Even though the download installed properly every time I try to log in from my iPad Pro it tells me to update and sends me back to the App Store and I click open and it opens. Other than that it’s ok
When you can get it to open, it works well. Often lately it won’t open and you can’t use it. I’m getting tired of needing to get in to do banking and the app is stuck and won’t leave the cover screen to allow me to sign in.
Downloaded and opened. No sign up button. WILL NOT LET ME sign up on website ether. Have put info in multiple times. All I get is invalid info. Took two whole hours out of my day for NOTHING! Extremely dissatisfied! The help numbers have NOTHING pertaining to the app. Needs fixing for sure.
For a while it worked well, but for the last few weeks I have to go to my desktop to read my account information. This application is NOT very useful on my iPhone.
Worked great and today it says no internet connection, then it wants me to call. Did that they said it was down...okay so why can I get on it through my laptop. Am deleting app , may even switch banks....
When everything works, it's a decent bank, but every software update makes them forget about you entirely and you have to set up a NEW USERNAME and PASSWORD every time. They won't even let you view your account. They choose to pull these stunt on Sunday's so you can't call them. Small town desperate RIP-OFFS.
