The new AFFCU online mobile system is giving me log-in issues. I’ve only been on the new system for a few days but each time I attempt to log-in to their new online mobile system, I am unable because a circular icon just spins and spins with the word “Processing” beside it without opening. Each time that it happens, I have to re-boot my mobile device in order to be able to log into my account. I hope this issue will be resolved soon as it’s very frustrating!
It won’t allow me to log in I even successfully changed my password and I’m still receiving the same error message and when you go to call the customer service number for assistance you have to wait until business hours in order to speak with a representative I mean can you at least a 24hr support team Please fix this issue, Thank You
Cannot add alerts with app. Had to delete app now cannot reset/add Touch ID as previous app allowed. Cannot send this review every nickname entered taken/used.
