Age of War

I’m echoing what a lot of other users have said. When you try to beat the impossible level, you quickly realize they have ramped up the other guy to a ridiculous standard. You have to time the use of your sky attack to perfection EVERY SINGLE TIME! And even then it’s just luck if it hits all the heavy guys coming at you. Even when I analyze and play over and over again constantly tweaking my plan of attack, such as realizing the best turret for a while is the egg shooter or buying another turret space for the middle rock mortar, if you don’t do everything perfectly and are lucky with your sky attacks, you barely make it pass medieval level. I suspect the only way to beat the game on impossible, if at all possible, is to play hundreds of times in a row until you stop making even the most minor of mistakes while experiencing a healthy amount of luck during a completely perfect run. For that reason, I’m done playing this game.

Nice to be able to play this game again, but I don’t think I’m alone in saying that the in-app purchases for this game are more expensive than they have any business being. It’s nothing I can’t enjoy the game without, especially at that price.

I also, like a lot of other people apparently, thought the impossible level was going to actually be impossible. But NO. That was only when I was just starting. No, it doesn’t take a million times playing it and is not just “luck.” After I figured out how, I played it every time and won on impossible consecutively. Tips: Use the egg beaters (all 4 of them) don’t upgrade till you have all 4. The entire time, keep spamming the first soldier over and over. They should literally PILE up. And do this the whole game until the last upgrade where you should have enough $$ saved to upgrade your turrets all to the 40k top ones. Then sit back and relax while you gather up 250k. Then send like 10 supersoilders or more but send other guys in front to kind of help clear the path. Use a sky raid.

Thanks to B0aty for having a Tweet about this that got me to look it up and realize it's on iOS. Saw the top review herewhining about impossible being impossible so I called skill issue. Lost the first two times before realizing I could flip my phone to actually realize what I was doing that took damage, then after one more calibration round remembering the strats I easily won twice in a row. If you think impossible is impossible then you're just bad :) Great game.

This is honestly one of the best strategy games I’ve ever played and what other people say is true too because the 2nd one is more about strategy than this one because, you have to think about how to spend your money and do it wisely. In my opinion I think this is one of my favorite games to play with no internet.

This game really amazing and for some reason people bug about impossible being to hard, but it literally states impossible because it’s hard, but I’ve defeated it before. They are just bad at the game

I have been playing this game for years, going all the way back to its early days on the internet. Thank you for providing an update and not dropping this game like so many other companies have done with their games.

It’s a cool concept and I enjoy playing it for a little bit. That said, in all actuality it’s a bad game. The enemy evolves slightly quicker than you, so all you can do is wait for the final age and then save a bunch of money from your turrets destroying enemy troops. Then launch a final attack and win. There’s no other skill to the game. You can only win this one way, and there is nothing else to it. I hope to see you rework the game so that it’s more enjoyable in the future.

Amazing game But if you could make a few changes 1 I would love it if you made a multiplayer and can you make impossible somewhat possible?? but otherwise really good game and don’t have to much else to say

This game brought so many amazing memories back from when I was a kid. I used to play this all the time to the point where I actually figured out how to beat it in record time. If anyone ever wants a simple, fun, time passing game... this is the one to get.

The game is great as I remembered from years ago. The music soundtrack is fire bring back a lot of memories when I still in primary school. It is not that hard once you find out the pattern, pretty entertained.

It’s not impossible. Stay in the Stone Age till you get 2 egg shooters. Do not go passed the medical age until the enemy is in modern age. Then upgrade straight to modern age. The power up in pilgrim age is useless against the canon guys. You can spam 16 of the Stone Age range troops instead of one pilgrim ranger.

Just a little disappointed that the game doesn’t get more difficult, impossible is too easy

love this game I would play this for the longest time now its on mobile its even better i did a comparison mobile is a little harder but its not a big difference. Also it would be really cool if there was pvp you could learn other peoples strategy

I absolutely used to love this game out of all the flash games that were available in max games but I do feel as though the $5.99 dlc is kinda empty still a time consuming challenge which I find to be an excellent feature.

I love this game; but I tapped on store and wanted to buy generals, thinking there were coins on this game, but there weren’t. well there were but yea Could you add earnable, usable coins??? Also, is impossible mode actually impossible???

Maybe because it makes me nostalgic since I used to play it all the time on OneMoreLevel. I’ve beat the impossible round but as others have said it took luck, good timing and countless attempts.

I played this classic back when it was only on flash years ago. No impossible isn’t impossible, honestly it’s quite easy.

The problem is that it takes to long to win I was on this game for 2 hours on the max age and I haven’t won yet pls fix this problem

This game is great and to those saying things were cut from the game. There’s an age of war 2 idiots and NO this game doesn’t need multiplayer. Too many games on mobile have multiplayer I don’t want this game infected with that garbage.

I loved this game my whole childhood on PC but on the tablet many ages and items were cut out including the Egyptian and Mid-evil ages also many characters because there are four per age on PC.

I was playing the game and I wanted a new mode. Multiplayer. The hacked mode can and or can’t be enabled (Players choice) while the game is just like the computer vs player. But instead it’s player vs player.

Have u ever wondered, how the computer gets coins and experience? That’s the reason for not adding multiplayer. If 1 guy sits and uses turrets only, no way the game is gonna work

I loved this game growing up. And I like that the developers have made a mobile version! Also the “Age of War 2” is even better!

I remembered playing this as a kid so I decided to play the game again, and it’s just wonderful. Even though it’s an old game it’s still a great game. Good game!

I Always enjoyed the game on pc as a child as I only have good memories of it. However, The phone version is equally fun to the pc version but with adjustable changes .

The Impossible level used be easy by building lots of club men who overlapped and combined their hits, thus dealing heavy blows to superior attackers. However, they took care of that somehow, this approach doesn’t work anymore.

I honestly love this game. But, I would like to say that y’all should add more ages. Like you could add a Egyptian age or others. The game is great but, the 5 ages get boring quickly.

Fun until you are a master

It is truly a good game it reminded me of the pc however there is just a lack of ages there is only 4 but that does not make it not a great game

They’re should be no cooldowns on the god spells, but other than that, it is a great game!

It is impossible to beat impossible you need 10/10 luck. You have to play 200 games and get lucky while being perfect. For this I’m over the game I’ve beat age of war 2 on impossible many times way easier.

easy to beat, played this game a lot as a kid. sometimes u can beat impossible just buy camping prehistoric and maxing egg shooters and tower space upgrades and spamming cheapest cavemen while timing sky attacks right. not too hard unless u advance age at wrong times.

The sfx is always in. You can turn off the music though… it is loud enough that you can’t hear any other apps in the background.

This game is good. But impossible should be insane and their is the level one level two level three level four level 5 and generals shouldn’t cost money and pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaase ad more leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeels!!!!!!!

Can’t beat impossible? Every minion is like triple times as strong as mines can’t save enough points to buy turrets. Any tips on how to beat level impossible?

Ah yes, the fun game where you go to war while going through all the ages.

For the noobs who can’t beat impossible. Get gud, and stop wanting the easy way out. AGE OF WAR IS LIFE.

I used to play this game on PC as a kid when all I had was flash games. So happy to see a perfect port of the masterpiece.

Played on harder difficulty, literally impossible to beat the game seeing how Im on the final age and the damage for the enemy is so significantly increased a tank from them is worth 5 of mine. Complete waste of time is really all this game is.
