The main problem I have with this app is that every single time I click on the icon to enter my app I am forced to reset my password. If at my . desktop, I do not have to do that. It's online banking, but this app is not the same and it is horrible because as you can imagine I have confused my passwords with the constant password reset. The facial recognition is a joke. Once set up I should go directly to my account, that doe's not work either. No option for Zelle. (This is way over due!) Unable to take a photo of a check and make a deposit with your phone that's something else you at ALIVE need to add to your app. Please correct those bugs. Thank you.
When the app updated we were promised that issues would be fixed. Yet I still can’t see both of my accounts on the same page like I used too, can’t log in with face recognition, no quick view just to see how much is in the acct, transferring and depositing is still more of a hassle than it used to be. I’m honestly thinking about closing my account and moving everything to another bank I’ve been using, all over an app (after having this acct for 16yrs).
Do not like this new update. Can not see pending transactions. Not good at all, we need to see that. After all the times my accounts have been hacked, I would rather catch them pending then after and all my money is gone.
Since the new update Face ID is not an option, which means taking the time to log in every single time. Additionally, everything takes at least 5-10 minutes to load whether using data or WiFi. Money is not easily accessible. Transfers are not easily accessible, or easily transferred. The old app was not broken, it did not need to be fixed or changed. The new app is terrible.
Short and sweet: No longer able to see pending transactions in the feed. Available balance is hidden in the weeds. You have to get all the way into the accounts to see available funds Bill pay is tedious at best and very difficult to see the font is TINY. Again you have to open each individual transaction to see the amount to be paid once it is scheduled. Toggling between screens is not straightforward. Most importantly facial recognition is no longer available so logging in now adds another layer to the mix. In my opinion I would rather have the old application back.
I’ve been with this bank for almost 20 years and this is by far the worst application ever used to access my accounts! It takes more time to get into my accounts through the app than it would just simply calling the bank! Why they decided to upgrade to this I will never understand
The fact that I have to login every time I come to this app it’s annoying y’all need to fix it or put it back how it was because there was no problem the first time I have never had a problem with this app until the most recent update. Like come on how long do we have to deal with these problems
all was well ! now i want to change banks mobile access is so important half the time the app wont work . pending transactions no longer a thing. takes 4 mins just to move my money. No useful tabs who ask to add credit scores like doing to much!!! just why? we didn’t ask for this!
The old app was more user friendly and had more functions. This new app is awful. It doesn’t allow finger print access, It’s difficult to make a transfer, you have to signed in completely every time even if you choose to remember my user name - it doesn’t. Not a good update.
Since the new update 2 weeks ago I have not been able to use the app. It won’t load and when it does it won’t let me use my finger to log in. If I am able to get logged in, the app runs very slow. It’s easier to call and get a status then use this app now!
There was only 1 or 2 things I wanted like lock cc and round up savings. What they did is take 5 steps backwards.... no pending, having to log in ever time, no Face ID or password only come on do better.....
This app right before this update was fine. Then the update came in and now my phone doesn’t do face recognition, doesn’t do quick access and doesn’t save username for quicker access. The entire app is more difficult and not user friendly.
