I’ve been with Allegacy since 2006 and even though I moved to Georgia in 2011, my Allegacy account is still my primary bank account. I thought about changing it to a local FCU or bank here in Saint Simons Island, Georgia several times over the years, but it’s difficult to give up a relationship when they’ve always been there for me and my family over the last 11 years.
I love this app and online banking. However, AFCU just did a big upgrade over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Unfortunately there is still no fingerprint log in. I must say that is disappointing because it is available for must all other banking institutions. It would be so much quicker and easier.
I am having trouble depositing a check through the mobile app. I enter the amount to deposit and I hit the front button to capture the check and it goes to a blurry screen and says to rotate device to continue to deposit and it won’t do anything past that. I’ve rebooted phone updated the iOS. And deleted the app and reinstalled app same problems.
Love AllegacyWeb banking the app is great but has room for growth
Great app. Needs to allow more user features. Huge improvement would be allowing users to Chat Live with Allegacy member relations or customer service. This would eliminate calls and increase members. Otherwise 4 out of 5 stars.
Used to be a great app but lately I try to open it and it says “you are not connected to Internet this is obviously false because my Wi-Fi is turned on and I’m able to connect other sites so there’s something wrong with the app and it won’t let me login anymore... hope they fix it because it was very useful
This app is great. Helps me keep track of my accounts.. only bad thing is you get charged after 5 transfers a month. To avoid this you have to call. Don’t really understand the logic behind that.
I rarely use a home computer anymore. This app has been mostly great, however, if you’re looking for a specific charge, it’s impossible with the app. The search bar is there but you can’t access it because of the way the layout is designed.
I love the people of Allegacy, but this app is difficult to navigate and seems limited. I do not have a bank account through Allegacy, but I do have a credit card and loan. Needs much improvement in the credit card and loan services. Must cater to only their bank account holders.
The app has always worked for me but recently I cannot deposit check cause it’s telling me I need to rotate my phone to take a photo of the check. Rotating the phone doesn’t work.
We use the app while working New Zealand to access US funds and make deposits. Makes life so much easier. Transactions are immediate, and the online really is helpful. Love Allegacy!
Asking to rotate phone but it does not register when you DO rotate the phone. It also kicks you off as well as has a hard time accepting the checks because it cannot read items or wants you to go back to review the information. It’s very frustrating and there are no banks close by! Pls fx! Thx!
I like the app. It's very easy to use and I appreciate the real time updates as well as security check. Let's me see everything I need to effectively and efficiently.
My Face ID won’t work and it says my password is wrong even though I’m typing the right one in. I go to change my password and it says invalid login credentials??? On the screen I’m changing my password on how could it be invalid login credentials when I type matching new passwords?????
I usually don’t like using apps but Allegacy’s mobile banking app is pretty easy to use and I feel safe with it’s fingerprint sign in option. That’s pretty cool! Although I don’t like being charged an extra $5 fee every month for not having enough in my account. Stop kicking the little man when he’s down! Have a good day ;)~ Josh
Can’t use my mobile check deposit because of a faulty check I was given years ago. Now I can’t deposit my paycheck online, and have to drive to the next town to deposit. Locked indefinitely!
You wait until this Carona pandemic to break out to mess up people’s account y’all should be ashamed of yourselves but I will be removing my direct deposits from this bank. #DontWellsFargoMe I want my money back ASAP!
The current version of this app does not work well with iPhone Xs. The automatic check deposit does not properly fit the proportions so it does not accept pictures. Please fix this.
