I have been coming here forever and I always get the best service. The tellers are wonderful and always friendly. They work quickly and are always open to answer any questions you may have. I have never had a bad experience here!!
I updated for “improvements” and I don’t see how this was an improvement. The font for the transaction is huge compared to the balance. Where did the color differentiations go? Why is everything one color? This is not quick to glance at and see what’s going on — I have to READ EVERYTHING when I just want to check if a certain transaction/dollar amount came out. Banking apps should be visual before anything, the whole point is convenience. Also, the whole look of the purple block above is off as well. The previous version, complicated as it may have been, was perfect visually.
Been a member for 30 years. Back when it was Downriver Catholic then first catholic. Overall good credit union. Just wish they would hire individuals that belong to the church first, only because it's a faith based credit union . Much better service then a traditional bank like Chase Or Bank of America though .
I love this Credit union because it will bend over backwards for you there have been several times that I have ran late and they had stayed open for me so that I could make my deposits.
While this new app has more functionality than the previous version, I really miss being able to use fingerprint authentication for multiple accounts. My family has 6 different accounts that need to be managed. Having to enter the passwords for each different one is frustrating, especially since I use cryptic passwords for each.
I have always done my banking with a bank. I have never been with a credit union. I left my bank and joined ACCU and I could not be happier. They go above and beyond with any issues that you may have. Will never go to a bank again.
Some times the app is soooo slow I have noticed this since the last upgrade to the the app. The older version of the app never gave me the same problem. From the app I am unable to open a check image

Credit unions are superior to banks and we particularly like ours because of the staff and especially Ms. Violet Johnson. She makes everything, business wise at the credit union, a joy to transact. We will always be faithful credit union members.
The rates are threat. The staff is friendly but, when I first joined I had an issue that caused me quite a bit of frustration. After a couple phone calls and emails it was resolved to my satisfaction. The situation was very frustrating and it was the credit union’s error.
Ricardo was so helpful for me today, he got me out of an impossible situation and I want to thank Ricardo for assisting me with my needs and let management know that he’s a very helpful employee.
This current version is always having errors and won’t ever let me sign in. I have to go through a browser to see anything about my account. It used to work fine with no issues and suddenly I can never sign in. Extremely unhappy.
I liked the simplicity of the app originally, now with this update I find it to be way More complicated than it needs to be. And a simple transaction of transferring Monday will no longer work giving me errors and not saying why.
The app looks like it will name (nickname) your account, but it DOESN’T so you have to be super attentive when dealing with your accounts. An absolute drawback.
Regular breakdowns in the app have caused me to not be able to transfer or use ANY of my money during these times. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Don’t use this app
I really appreciate the simplicity of using the app, having been an active member of the ‘family’ or extended family since the late 1960’s. Even with the great convenience that the app provides, it’s still subject to the limitations of my connection. One of the MAJOR improvements I’d like to see would be giving us an option of reviewing and approving online purchases/charges before we’re caught off guard and have to report them as fraudulent. I just noticed a charge the other day and had to call to stop payment. Then I had to drive in to meet with a representative to review my case. Fortunately I was able to get a new debit card, but now have to update all automated payments for legitimate charges. Despite these complaints, I still want to remain a credit union member!
The design is sleek and very user-friendly, the Touch ID to log in is excellent; but there’s work to be done. First of all, transactions for my credit card take forever to appear. If I purchase gas with it, it will take up to 2 days for it to appear. When I want to pay my credit off, and I transfer funds into the account, it takes an average of 3 days to update the balance. The thing I find the most annoying is that I can’t see my transaction history of my credit card. Yet I can see it with my debit card. If you fix these problems, the app would be A1 like it deserves to be.
The last time I wrote a review on this app, I thought it was great -I use it every day. The only thing that could’ve made it better would’ve been if it gave me the ability to pay my credit card. Guess what... I now have that ability with that app.
Great app great to see its finally available. Love the the graph feature its pretty cool. Couple of things I would like to see in future versions. Mobile check deposit like chase and pnc where you can simply take a photo of a check front and back and deposit it without going to the bank and secondly to be able to see the name and amount of a pending transaction immediately instead of just seeing the amount subtracted from the available balance. And then seeing the name and transaction info a couple days later. If you guys could add those two features the app would be perfect. Keep up the good work!
I love the fingerprint security feature. It's fast and easy. I miss one thing from the website though. The routing number was always at the bottom of the page. That came in pretty handy and I wish it were here too. I also wish there were a mobile check deposit feature and Apple Pay support. Otherwise, what it does, it does well!
I love this bank as I dearly need to go to the bank as I can do most of my business via their app. It fits my life style and it takes care of business. I recommend this bank to anyone who needs low cost and convenient banking,👍👍👍
Still cannot access your Visa except for balance. Updates to transfer from balance page a huge plus. Still cannot access monthly/weekly transfers I’ve initiated.
I used to go online for everything until I saw my son use the app and I was impressed with the ease and speed with which I could navigate. I have been using it exclusively ever since.
The app consistently works and is very convenient so those are the most important features to me. I use it all the time and have no complaints. It makes online banking so easy.
I've been consistently impressed at how convenient this app has grown over the past few months. A little work to the UI would make it prettier, but as far as functionality goes I'm satisfied
Thank you for finally jumping on the technical bandwagon. We're not all like my father-inlaw with his rotary phone and his cursing the debit card. App is nice and simple to use. Just add photo check deposit and your tellers will never have to look at my stupid face again. Thank you Alliance ! I'm very pleased with it.
This app has made my life so much easier. Love that I get all the same things from my credit union that other people get from big banks, but with a more personalized experience.
It's a quick and easy way to check my balance, and it offers all of the services you have access to online. Also nice to deposit checks using this, since I'm an hour away from the nearest branch.
So happy Alliance has an app... I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS! Now all they need is credit card payment options and the take a picture of a check to deposit option as well! Love being a member with Alliance :-)
Love the easy interface and mobile banking option. Would prefer if I could stay logged in without having to entertnmh password every time but other than that I'm happy with it :)
