Could not have been more supportive and helpful to eliminate my debt. Not 43 months but 15. Why because not only did I get support but I got coaching. Coaching that did not make me feel like a failure but a success. And then to waive the fee for the remainder of months and say we are not going to penalize him for following our direction but reward him for it. Thank you.
I enrolled in July 2019 and was told they'll offer me a loan after so long to settle the credit card debt more quickly. I made sure, thru the pandemic lock down to never miss a payment, even though they were rude and condescending when I'd call and ask for a deferred payment since I lost my job. Then they offered me a loan, twice, at a higher interest rate than the credit card debt I had from a divorce. I declined and that's when they really became unfriendly. They quit settling my debt with one creditor left and instead of being done with the program like the terms said, it's been six months and they're still taking money. No one will talk to me and the app gives me zero answers. They've taken more money than agreed. If you don't take their high interest loan they repeatedly call you about, they will try to bleed you for every dime they can. No different than credit card companies.
I appreciate companies like Americor being there as an alternative solution when financial times get difficult to navigate. Americor’s people are great, always polite and professional. They are there to support and answer questions.
I have been paying almost $400 a month for more than 3 years. My last payment was supposed to be in just a couple more months. Now Americor has automatically added 7 more payments to my account! I have not missed a payment! I am so upset and do not recommend this company to anyone. I could go on and on about how they have not met my expectations but I will just leave it at that.
They don’t let you post valid questions about their process and now after 8 months in the program I found out that I will pay 2600 in fee for only 1 accounts. I have 10 so I feel this is scammer. Im going to report this in BBB. Don’t get in the program with 50k you will end up paying them half of that
Overdrew funds that were not supposed to be taken out as account is settled and Discover was paid. I was supposed to get my $2,000 dollars back that I overpaid over the course of several years as a loyal and consistent client of Americor . I should be compensated for the way my account and misleading information that your reps gave me. It’s unprofessional and negligent on Americor’s end.
Since the last update it’s been terrible because I can’t log in.!! Before this update everything was fine I was able to log in and everything went fine., but since this last update it’s horrible not being able to login.!! Please fix this issue ASAP.!!
After the latest update the app stopped working. It will open to log in page then freezes after face scan, tried doing pin log in but the page was frozen as well.
The app is unusable right now. The login screen is unresponsive and so is everything else. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and that still didn’t fix the problem.
Went to update the app website and now I can’t get access to my account or anything. This update has gone horribly wrong. Can’t even get it to open now😡
The app requires you to create a pin, but it freezes on the button to create it. The one time I got past the button to a numerical keyboard, it froze again and the crashed. What good is the app?
The most recent update, as of November 16 I can no longer login to the app it freezes upon entering the pin or passcode. Please update the app to address

I usually love the app but recently it has stopped loading and won’t show my program details anymore. I hope this gets fixed soon so I can see where I stand. Update: thank you for releasing an update so quickly to fix the problem! I was able to log out and log back in and everything was back to normal!
The update fixed all the issues! THANK YOU!!! What’s going on? App will no longer show Any information at all. Please fix this. I need to know my information and the app makes it much easier to keep up with progress than logging on to the website.
Used to be very helpful but now it barely loads and if something does appear, it isn’t very detailed. The online version is MUCH more detailed! I’d love to see an app that reflects that layout and design.
If you’re thinking of using this company, DONT! They are worse than credit card companies and don’t tell full truths. Save your money and time! Please I wish I would of had someone to tell me when I was looking into starting with this crook company!!! Everything they do, you can do yourself! Talk to your credit card companies and negotiate with them yourself for free! You’ll probably even get better offers because Americor just wants your money. Go look at the Better Business Bureau for proof this company is a slum!
This app was very detailed before but i noticed that i don’t show the date when my next payment will be as well as other details that used to be shown before. I hope this can get fixed because it was a helpful app before.
Used to be great until the last update. Can’t get it to load any of my details. It’s just shows the loading the screen, left my phone on the loading screen for 5 minutes made sure nothing was going on in my background and still never got it too load.
Everything use to work fine. Now I don’t get anything on when my next payment is going to be withdrawn, nor do I get anything on my progress bar, nor do I get a date for when I’m debt free. What happened?
I love this app. But recently I cannot see when my payments are do next, & can’t see how my progress is going in my debt free bar. Somehow it disappeared. Due dates & my debt free goal. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
I have been trying for 2 weeks to login and I can’t. I know I am putting in the correct info, it just takes me right back to the login page. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and still nothing!
It worked great AT FIRST. Now it will not show anything. It just sits and spins. I waited 2 minutes and nothing but a blank screen. It updated 2 weeks ago and I think that is when the problem started..
This app has a long way to go in terms of providing customers with features that work (despite being advertised that they do) and a basic level of security. This app includes people’s financial data (to some extent), these matters should be taken seriously. The top four issues that come to mind are the following: 1) Upload Documents: Fix the duplication of documents. Whenever I use the “Upload Documents” feature and upload more than one page from my camera roll, the app just duplicates one of the pages instead of uploading all of the different pages I selected. So essentially you can only upload one page at a time. This needs to be fixed ASAP as it’s a touted feature by the company in the App Store, but not at all executed correctly. 2) Upload Documents: In addition to the above, when attempting to upload a document via the “Take A Photo” option (vs an attachment from your camera roll), the app immediately crashes. The alternative solution is instead to do what was mentioned in #1 above and take the photo first outside of the app and then upload as an attachment. The caveat however is good luck uploading multiple attachments because the app will just duplicate one of the pages. 3) Contact Us: There is no “Contact Us” option in the app. Meaning nowhere in the app can you locate contact information for the company which seems extremely odd and inconvenient, thus requiring the customer to leave the app and google the company or go to the website using their browser. When I am in the app reviewing my information, I may have a question or a concern and instead of leaving the app, it’d be nice to use a telephone number or email address or website URL or Chat function within the app itself to create a seamless experience. Why can’t something as simple as contact information be included? Seems sketchy. 4) Security: There is seemingly no level of account security built-in to the app. Anyone with access to your phone can simply open up the app and see everything about your Americor related finances and/or debt program. This is worrisome and highly recommend that this company REQUIRE the developer to build-in a layer of security on the front end requiring customers to enter in their login and password or grant access to a bio-metric feature (ie., Face ID or Fingerprint) BEFORE allowing access to a users account information. C’mon Americor, you and your developer should know better... smh.
