Every time I open the app it stays black, I deleted the app then re downloaded it and it’s black and freezing up. This is aggravating bc I track my money on that app. Please fix. Thank you.

Can’t login to app!

Haven’t been able to login to the app in over a week. I had it set to fingerprint login & that won’t work anymore at all but even when I type in my users& password I’m getting a message that says “Authentication Error. Unable to authenticate” and I know for a fact I’m typing in the correct info! I also tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app but that didn’t help either so I don’t know what’s going on. I usually use the app several times a day so I hope this issue gets fixed soon!

Not happy at all!!

I love having the app so I can see my balance and etc. But going on day four the app is not working click on it and it’s just a black screen. Going to the main website didn’t help either. It never loads just a white screen. Simply ridiculous !

Doesn't work after update

A recent update rendered the app completely broken. Will not allow to log in. Crashes every single time.

Could never log in , always saying error . App was just a big mess up on their part . Need to make a whole new app .
