Caputo’s is our favorite store to shop at. I got this app to make shopping easier by viewing sales and adding items to a shopping list. This app does not make that easy. You can view sale papers but cannot click to items to list. You can view sale items but the filtering does not work. I tried to view a piece of meat for sale in their flyer to add to my list. I was not able to get the app to find it. Please exam other apps like Meijers which is a fantastic grocery shopping app.
Awful system. Caputos here in Addison never has more than 2 registers open. Lines are typically pretty long if you don’t shop at off-peak times. This app has coupon deals, but when you get to the register there is nowhere to plug your phone number in to receive the coupons you clip. I ask the cashier, she says she has to call a manager to do it - which then everyone behind me sighs. There’s never baggers, so I bag my own groceries instead of making the cashier do it. She pages the manager who never shows up. What a waste of a system and way to disgruntle you shoppers that get stuck in lines longer than they should. Since grocery retailers are trying to cut overhead every possible place, service is already lacking. Managers take their sweet time doing anything - at least to an observer. And yes, I have more than 10 years as a Team Leader for Whole Foods, and understand the marketplace
Why have a log in? Or at least make it usable. Your site wouldn’t let me log in, and if I just want to look at your add, why make it mandatory to sign in? Not good for traffic on your app. Your app is suppose to simplify things, make it easy to want to shop at your store. Take a look at Marianos or Jewel, not perfect apps, but they are very useful! Too bad for you guys!
I just show my card when I’m shopping and I’ve saved around $20 so far. Once you spend $200 it automatically takes $5 off your bill. This time I was able to give my phone number since the app wasn’t working. Love these rewards!
Who ever designed this app needs to look at all of the other grocery chain apps to learn how this app should work. For now it is the most useless of them all. I tried to use it several years ago and it was the same as it is now. I deleted it then and I’m deleting it now.
Cannot search for anything and even the weekly ad won’t paginate. Caputo’s is a great store and we will continue to patronize it but their phone app is poor. If you need to have electronic access wait for a better version or shop elsewhere because their current app is not usable.
This app doesn’t allow me to search for anything. It constantly spins, times out, or gives me an error on the screen. I will still shop at Caputo’s in person but this app is completely useless and needs a lot of improvement.
If I would be able to give this app no stars I would. It never lets me to log in - kicks me out without a reason and doesn’t even have a contact info to complain to. Just terrible!!
The app is useless in the store I even have a hard time getting it work in my house where I have WiFi. If you want to get credit for in store purchases you will need to take a screenshot pic of your QR code or get a manager to manually input it into your file
You start of setting up an account with the worst captcha ever. Once you get in, it’s, at best, unusable. My favorite store, but my dog could code a better app.
I have tried filling this out too many times only to get an error every time saying error captcha code doesn’t match! Even after I tried reloading a new code 4 times and deleting the app and starting over-nothing works and still can’t create an account..
