I have an Iphone. After a recent update, this app completely shuts down when I open the “Area Schedule”, which is/was the most useful tool in the app. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling with no avail. My colleagues at work are also experiencing the same problem.
I need this app as I am a per diem employee and every day my shift changes. I understand apps have issues sometimes and you delete and reload but TODAY.... oooohhhh the frustration I’ve had today!!!! Seriously, I understand that things need to be updated but now I can’t even log in to the server let alone the app to see my schedule and I get the white square of death stating that the server is not available. My company has 18,000 + employees and we rely on apps for scheduling. Please for the love of all that is holy fix this nonsense!!!
I’ve had this app for a couple years and it has worked wonderful until about a week ago. It won’t let you log in, it took forever to reset password. Then once reset and you’ve logged in it just takes you back to home screen and asks you to log in again. Very frustrating
This app was fine until maybe a couple weeks ago. When I try opening the app it’ll stay in the blue page. It won’t log me in. It hasn’t worked consistently. There are a few times where it works normally but for the most part it won’t work. Please fix this!
The app itself is great and I love all of the features that are available to me. However, I don’t have an area view button to see who I am on the schedule with. Please update this!
There isn’t one person in my hospital who reports this app opening without 6 or 7 tries. My brand new iPhone takes 6 sone days not at all. In a time of increased medical need it would be reassuring to know the tools we are using pass at least a mínimum reliability level. FIX YOUR APP. PLEASE!
Is only showing one week of the schedule at a time and that’s basically all you can do is view. You can’t input anything or request to work or have time off.
My ANSOS2Go app will let me sign in, but not pull up my schedule. My schedule used to work and be blue. Now the days are yellow and won’t show when I work
The app is useful but still clunky. Why does it ask for a pin when that feature obviously doesn't work. iCal integration would take this app to a whole new level for sure. Plus passwords are becoming a thing of the past lets get Touch ID integration that would be amazing!!! You guys are close to five stars get over the hump! I also wouldn't be bad to use the weekly view on the app to see who else has signed up for shifts!!
Finally able to look up my schedule anytime or anywhere. With web scheduler I'm able to get texts sent to my phone when there is an open shift. I can request for time off, and so much more...This new app is very useful and efficient!
App is great when it works. You are able to see what your schedule is anywhere you go. However my phone updated and now it won’t even open. It keep saying “server connection test” and wants me to verify the website is correct. Once I do it wants me to do the same thing all over again. Repeatedly! Very disappointing because I used this app all the time until now.
I would give this five stars but every time I go to view my calendar view it just shows black lines through every day on it. I can only see my schedule for weekly view. Please fix this. I didn't have problems with it before. I've even tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
If there was a way it could sync with your phone calendar it would be ideal. Otherwise it's very convenient to access and its much easier to enter a schedule than on the online version.
This is the first time I ever wrote a review and this app is worth it. This app makes life a whole lot easier for reviewing, changing, and submitting request for my schedule. I recommend it's anyone who use ansos for their scheduling.
The PIN is not useful might as well remove it. I already set my pin and every time I login it pops up. Also, I tried touch password and it’s not working. It says Touch ID to view saved passwords. Really? I have not encountered something like this from other apps. I like the fact that I can view my schedule on the go but please fix the PIN and fix Touch ID password.
the Ap doesn't seem to work with the ios 10 please make an update so i can see my monthly schedule for work.. they just look like hash marks i can still see my weekly schedule so it does still work.. thank you
This app is great but I think it's time for an update everything works except when you go to view the calendar. It's just black lines. Please fix this.
This app is clunky and horrible hour dated. They layout is old and not user friendly. The log in process is painfully long, and is always asking for a PIN number no matter how many times you create one. Their web page is not much better. But at least it’s a little more user friendly.
Allowing my work schedule to be synced with my calendar would make this app perfect. It is a bit of a nuisance to have to log in to determine if I'm scheduled to work.
I love this app. But it needs a serious update. When I open my calendar, all I see are black lines in each day of the week. Other co-workers who have Androids are NOT having this problem. But the Apple users are. It's very frustrating. I've even deleted the app and reinstalled it. No changes were made. Please fix!!!
This would be 5 stars if there was iCal/Google Calendar integration for spouses to subscribe to and use for alarm automation by integrating the calendar with the phone.
I like app but ever sense I updated my phone when I go to the calendar all I see is black lines. It did not do this before. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help. Please fix.
Nice to access work calendar from phone, but would really be great if it could integrate with iCal or even let you manually put in personal entries on the calendar.
The app is dated aND not user friendly. Please also include the entire department schedule in the schedule somehow. It is pointless to only be able to view only personal schedule for those who may need to trade a shift for example. It’s a must.
They made it look better but it still has the same old problems. It never remembers your pin and I’m constantly quitting the app because it never remembers anything. Info disappears when you go back in.
It’s over a month now ever since we updated this mobile app and we not able to sign in (server connection/ authentication). What’s up with that? The entire hospital can’t sign the mobile app.
Ever since the "update" my calendar doesn't show! It's just a bunch of lines and squares! I hate the list view so this used to be a great app not anymore!! 😡
OK app, easy enough to use. Would love some functionality to see who else was on the schedule for any given shift, but not necessary. Now that iOS 16 is released, I would really appreciate if this app had a widget, like the android counterpart. A widget with my work schedule on my Home Screen would definitely make this a 5 star app.
The colors changed and that's about it. The PIN option still doesn't work. There's isn't an option to use Face ID / Fingerprint Scanner to save the password. Honestly, my coworker's ansos app on Android looks and performs 100x better than this app. On a side note, I have an iPhone X.... A simple resolution fix for this reskin would have been nice. As it is, I can log on and check my schedule so I'll give 3 stars for that.
