This app works well, but trying to get the “perfect” picture of a check for E Deposit is next to impossible. Every time I try it, I spend 15-20 min taking pictures so I can use that specific functionality. Usually works ok with the front of the check, but the endorsement on the back is too sensitive.

I don’t bank with Arsenal. Only have my car loan with them so for what I need it for, it’s perfect! Just go and check my loan amount and make sure my payment posted. It would be nice to be able to make my payment on the app with my debit card which is the only downside for me. I live far from the branches so I have to mail in my payments or drive a distance to make my payment. It’s an inconvenience but hey, what can I do about it 🤷🏾‍♀️

The only thing that would help, if i can see my purchases on my credit card through the app. Other banks that i have credit cards with, allow me to see the purchase which makes life very easy. Once I’m able to do that, I’ll definitely give it 5 stars.

My last bank didn’t have a app. Having one now makes money management so easy

The Home Screen as disappeared from the app. Instead I now have two “more” buttons, one on either end of the display options at the bottom. Both are identical as far as info. I now longer can check the balance on my accounts when I log in or view recent transactions please fix this.

The app is commonly down or just won’t load account information. Individual features are also frequently down. The app doesn’t give the robust functionality and features as compared to other banking apps.

Arsenal credit union app not only runs smoothly but professional. Would highly recommend using the convenient app.

I’ve been with Arsenal since I was 16 I’m 47 now I’ve never had bad service and I’ve always had good experiences with them!

Occasionally buggy, but solid.

The bank has VERY SPECIFIC things that need to be on each deposit endorsement and will reject it for not being exactly right. One letter is enough to kick it back. No other banks have this level of scrutiny.

Best app and locations for a cu ..If u want a cu that takes care of you, ACU is the way to go!

This app is near impossible to use if you’re paying a loan with them. It’s literally all I need the app for and this feature has ceased to work. Definitely a waste of time for me.

Worst app if you want to pay your auto loan, always says contact customer support

I like accessing my account online and need to be able to pay bills while on-the-road, however, this app doesn't do it. It is awkward and I'm not able to pay bills. It doesn't allow me to enter an amount. I hope you come up with an ipad app that is more user friendly. Thanks

Best credit union ever. Customer service is incredible. They offer all the services of a bank, plus many that banks do not. I've been a customer for over 40 years. Love the app.

Arsenal CU does a good job of continually adding new features. Love being able to have all the "bells and whistles" that big banks have on their apps while still supporting a local financial institution.

Very user friendly and so far no glitches. Have not found a reason not to give 5 stars.

Great app, easy to navigate with large buttons for one handed thumb navigation.

The app is outdated and the picture of the app is not what it looks like when it downloads. It also isn't optimized for iPhone 5. Needs an update soon. Only download it if you have to see your account balance.

Really like the format of this app. I can make transactions quickly and securely

Would love if you could see what payments are still pending or are outgoing. In addition what payments will be deducted automatically and when.

I love having the convince of banking at my fingertips. It's user friendly. I use it all the time.
