Good, but one suggestion
Overall easy to use and great user experience. Very easy to navigate as well. You can even shut off your debit card by the push of a button if you’ve misplaced it, turning it back on if you find it, and also having the option of receiving a text message if it’s trying to be used while it’s misplaced. Arvest App team, please don’t throw this review aside though because my only problem is that I’d like to see an option added when your transferring money, to be able to deposit into an account by simply typing that account number in. This would make people’s experience easier who pay a monthly fee to perhaps a landlord or someone who gave them a personal loan. Please consider this. I wouldn’t want my accounts to disappear because the process is so easy, but a simple button of *Or Type Account # here* would be so convenient. Even adding something as simple as a verification of Face ID or Password again to cover yourselfs from loss or people saying it wasn’t them making the deposit.

inconsistent and confusing
the app seems to SOMETIMES reflect transactions, and sometimes not. it makes it almost impossible to tell how much is in my checking account at any given time. for example, if i have 6 transactions in my “pending transactions” list, maybe two or three of them have actually been all ready cleared and the funds taken out, while the others haven’t. which ones are which? why doesn’t it say so? i need to be able to see how much money is left in the account assuming that all transactions have cleared. in addition to this problem, miscellaneous payments through paypal or to pay a credit card bill from my checking account take several days to even show up in the pending list, long after they have gone through. i don’t understand why this app is so highly rated. i find it extremely confusing and i often have to open my calculator app to manually add up pending charges to see how much money i’ve got left. this app is so frustrating, it makes me want to switch banks entirely. i miss the days when we could just text BAL and HIST to the arvest text number and get an accurate and real time breakdown of transactions. it was so simpe but it never failed me like this app frequently does. i really really dislike this app. please add features to make totals more transparent.

Thinking of switching back to Chase
This app is so disappointing. I loved being able to receive texts about my account balances, etc. but that feature is now gone, so I have to open the app sometimes several times daily. I also was excited that finally they have fingerprint log in capability, but it works 0 % or the time, in spite of working in iTunes and every other app. Finally, I also have experienced the frustration of seeing a charge, then having it disappear. This is frustrating when you don’t have a lot of extra money in your account. I am seriously considering changing banks because I feel like I have gone backwards in terms of technology and reliability. So frustrating! Also - read the reviews. Several 4 and 5 star reviews have many negative comments; looks like the reviewers forgot to change the stars (which defaults to 5) to accurately reflect their opinions, thus resulting in a higher average than deserved.

Please add a useful ebill feature!
Please, pretty-please… add a true ebill feature. Ya know, one where you could view ebills that have arrived but have not yet been scheduled to pay, and then, like, pay 'em (Been waiting on that a looong time tho & not holding my breath...) As is, you’d have to know in advance how much an ebill is, because it won’t tell you, even though you can pay your billers from the app, you can’t see what is due. Not very helpful, and has been my main gripe from the start of this app. Otherwise it’s useful, but that one issue prevents it from being a fully rounded app. I still have to go to the website multiple times a month, leaving the app hobbled. Edited to add, the other issue that needs addressing is SMS/texts for balances below your set threshold. I think this was a feature at one time… I could be mis-remembering, but either way, it really would be useful. Notifications aren’t always reliable enough, and I’ve been burned before simply by not realizing I needed to transfer to a particular account.

Extremely Dissatisfied
I love Arvest. I love that before, I could use my card and within 5 minutes the transaction would show on the app with my actual available balance. Now things will show up, then disappear, then magically reappear days later and what money I thought I had sometimes I don’t, and sometimes it shows back up. I don’t want to go back to the 90s where I have to carry around a log book to budget my spending and see what my real available balance is. I paid a $200 Bill last week; saw the pending transaction, thought it had already been deducted from my available balance, but magically a week later it finally processed today and now I’m not where I was financially. what’s the point of easy accessibility and convenience if it’s always the wrong information??

Much needed update!
The new app is an amazing step forward, I really enjoy the new design and layout but there are a few bugs with this release. When you’re enabling the widget on iPhone the app still has you signed in even when you sign out of your account and log in on a different one. It’ll display the previous account’s information while “logged out” and trying to preview the different account. The only way I was able to change that was by reinstalling the app and making sure I had the widget disabled to ensure my account information won’t remain visible. I wasn’t able to submit feedback directly through the app so I’m hoping the developers are looking at their reviews people are leaving. Like I said I think this new app is the one Arvest really needed for a while now and it’s finally on par with the other banks when it comes to banking applications. Now all they need is support for the larger phones! (Like the iPhone X)

Lack of Features
This review is about Arvest’s app, not their banking service as a whole. The app works, don’t get me wrong. There’s rarely any error or drop in functionality. Their customer service is also exceptional. Anytime I have to call customer service, my issue is always resolved by a polite and knowledgeable associate. However, one might think a for-profit bank primarily owned by the Walton family could invest a bit of money in adding and improving features. The details of the transactions are very limited, and if you don’t keep a close eye on them, it can be hard to remember just what a specific transaction is. There are zero budgeting features as well. It’s a very basic app with the ability to view transaction history and transfer between accounts. Not much more. I would really love to have the ability to track budgeting and spending trends right within the app, without having to link my banking credentials to a third party, which increases risk of my password being stolen.

Worst app ever
App never updates. Will show negative balance several days back when it wasn't. Will not show any pending transactions that are pending when you call the automated line. Alerts don’t work. Every time I have sent messages about this all I get is please try to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is just a way for arvest to charge customers for NSF fees because they aren’t showing the right items... their old App was 100 times better. Giving a 1 only because there is no negative UPDATE: After the original review I posted in January still having the same issue and it is now June and it has gotten worse. Transactions don't show pending from debit purchases balances are always off like showing negative and I call the automated line and I am positive. The only response I get from Arvest is have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I have 4 alerts set up and none of them come thru. Old banking app was 1000 times better and actually did what it was suppose to do. Thankfully my other bank is opening a local branch time to ditch Arvest after only banking with them for 12 years.

Easy To Use
One of the easiest banking apps I’ve ever used. I can turn my card off by myself if it’s lost and then turn it back on when I find it, I can transfer money like cash app, and I can get all my account information just on the app. You can also text the bank to fix issues which is nice, and better than waiting on a phone. The one star off is because there is some problem between Arvest and PayPal that can cause money to just get lost when you try to take it out of PayPal and into your Arvest account. I called both companies but neither of them could figure anything out, so it’s unlikely you’ll get it back. That’s only one problem though with one external app. All in all this is the best bank app for personal use. Especially since you can cash your checks and manage everything from your phone without having to go to the bank.

I’m switching banks Arvest is a thief
I kept a couple hundred in a savings account just in case I accidentally over drafted my checking. Arvest declared my savings dormant and was taking money from the account every month and I didn’t even realize it was happening it was just a little back up cash just in case. I asked for an explanation why and was told that they remove the money because I might have died or moved since no money has been put in or taken out. That’s flat out stupid because I use my checking all the time. Another thing is when they took the first money out of that account it was no longer dormant the balance changed. This is a sneaky way to steal from their customers I will be changing to a honest bank very soon. My whole family has accounts with Arvest I’ve told them and they will be closing accounts and changing to an honest bank also. It seems Arvest could care less about losing my business maybe losing five customers will open their eyes I really doubt it but maybe.

App is awesone locations not very many
I enjoy the mobile app but the locations within my area or scattered two in Jonesboro. One in monette and Manila. The hilltop location was handy. I know you can’t always have it your way. It ain’t like I have a ton of money In bank. If this trend of closing branches down continues I will be looking for another bank. Even though y’all are the nicest and best bank in my area. I know in the times we live in choices have to be made. When it affects me I guess it’s just in my nature to be disappointed and complain. Browns lane and southwest drive. Them two banks almost right on top of each other. A bank on the east side of Jonesboro would be nice. The Hytrol area. Sorry to complain. The hilltop location was great location though. Thanks

Broken, possibly on purpose.
My last review mysteriously disappeared so I’m gonna just keep reposting it. The app worked fine for a while. Then the widget and quick view just randomly broke. My wife and I are very fiscally responsible, and we used to check our account multiple times a day via the widget and quick view features. Now, they completely stopped working and no amount of attempting to reactivate it works. I’ve tried different phones, a BRAND NEW phone, resetting the phone everything. It has been like this for at least a year or more, as other reviews attest. This makes it harder to watch our funds, and easier for the bank to get those sweet, sweet fees. Also not helping matters is that every time the app updates, it loses my preferences for a quick login. It sometimes does it even without an update. It’s frustrating and feels a little underhanded. These features shouldn’t take that long to fix.

Started messing up
The app stopped allowing me to use the widget view after upgrading to iOS 13. Before changing my review, I tried not only going to the Arvest App Support link listed on the store, I called the number. When I called the number on the mobile app page I got hung up on right after it was telling me what number to hit for Spanish. When I try to re-enable the widget view the switch turns on like it working, a loader animation pops up, and then the switch goes back to off. I am very familiar with the fact that Apple update scan affect and app that used to work. What I am very unhappy about right now is that I tried to connect to get help before changing my review and got stymied at every turn. I like Arvest and they have been a good bank but it shouldn’t be this hard to get help from a big bank like this. I really wish they would fix this or make it possible to get an update with leaving reviews.

Love yall but..
I’ve been with arvest for quite some time now, and I have never once had an issue with customer service. Every time I walk into the Naveda Missouri branch everyone in there always has a smile on their face, especially Danielle. She is always ready to help with whatever the situation may be, so I didn’t want to take the time to thank her especially I would like to suggest an upgrade. Is there anything we can do with how long the app takes to update pending transactions it makes my overall account balance all out of whack. I’ve noticed it happening more frequently. Is this something we could possibly take a look into? Because other than this issue, everything else is absolutely wonderful.

Good but won’t use without aggregation and budgets
Maybe this feature is there and I’m just missing it, but the website allows me to see my accounts outside Arvest and manage my overall budget, two features that would need to be in place in order for me to stop using mint, and use this app instead. Yeah I’ll use the app if I need to do a transfer, or pay a bill, or see a check image, but those scenarios don’t come up for me near as often as managing my budget from all accounts in my household, which is a daily activity. Also, please consider adding the ability to paste your password in from the clipboard. I use auto generated passwords from LastPass so they aren’t very easy to type in.

Easiest Bank App by Far
Arvest Bank App is the best banking app I’ve ever felt with and I deal with a lot! My husband and I have at least 7 accounts we manage online with this one app. It has made life so much easier. No more running back and forth to the bank or ATM’s for deposits or cash withdrawals to pay bills or pay your friends that cash you borrowed Last weekend! You can do it all right here! I only like to keep a certain amount of money in my checking account but sometimes want to buy a little something special or go on Vacay. I can just transfer money from one account to another, in less than a minute! Besides being Arvest customers since day one, this App is a huge reason we love banking with them!

best bank period
I would first like to congratulate Arvest on their JD power award for outstanding customer satisfaction! I didn’t have to go out of my way to make this review, but I did because this bank has gotten me through a lot of struggles i had with money and has been remarkably patient with me. Their over draft fee is only 17 something dollars and they WILL work with you on getting the fee removed if you explain your situation. A bank should be trustworthy, I have NEVER had my money stolen from my account, while banking with Arvest. However several other banks somehow lost my money, I assume someone stole my money by doing that thing with my debit cards chip. Its a great bank, give Arvest a try.

New doesn’t mean better
Why does everyone think that you have to make new apps in order to “make things better”, or that an old app is no longer relevant?? I feel that this app is no where near as good as the app you forced us to leave. I can’t check my account at all unless I’m connected to WiFi, and when I deposit a check using this app, it doesn’t show it right away like the old app. The old app would deposit it right away up to $200 until it cleared but this app takes a while to show anything. I’m just really unhappy with this app. I understand that apps have “kinks” and what not, but I felt the old app was just fine. The saying, “ if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”, prime example right here!!

Awful!!
Lots to fix before they FORCE us to use it! Takes FOREVER to log in, menu button rarely works u can tap it 100 times NOTHING! At least 20 connection errors in a little pink box before I can even use it and that’s when there is no connection error everything else works just fine! Can’t use quickview because it’s to big for the screen so only see my account name. If you have more then one account it very hard to go back and forth once you finally get in! Sat here for 12 mins today trying to log in and it’s still just sitting there with the wheel running! No way to go back to the original one that actually worked! Very frustrating! Time to find a new bank I guess...☹️

Almost perfect - huge step in the right direction!
When you're looking at the account details via mobile app, the expanding/collapsing banner takes up too much space when its expanded. It displays no useful information. The collapsed version (the smallest one that shows when you start scrolling down) with the back button, type of account, balance, edit button, and choice between transactions and statements are all that is needed on that screen. The expanded banner only displays useless and redundant information while taking up almost half the screen. Other than that, it’s a beautifully designed app that hasn’t failed me yet! Great job! Way better than the old app!

Love it!
I love the new app! Adding and removing bills is simple where in the old app I couldn’t do that! It has the routing number right there, I don’t have to look that up anymore... making transfers and paying bills is easy and face recognition makes signing in much easier! Lots of features but these are just to name a few.... once I had an overdraft charge and I’m not sure why, I did a funds transfer from one account to the other and it showed it went through but then I used the card and was charged overdraft because it did not go through. Never figured that out but it was a one time thing and now I just triple check when I make transfers...

Love the app!
Love how quick and easy this app is! Love how much they have updated the deposits and pics taken from phone. The only feedback I have is that there is often a long lag time for some things to post (may not be on Arvest’s end) and that I wish there were a way to write our own brief description for a deposit or transfer so that it shows on the screen when you scroll down. It would be helpful even be able to put few words in for like Venmo or PayPal even to know at a glance what it was for vs having to login to their sites. Or when I transfer money to my daughter for gas or something she bought for me, I could write that in the description to show under it. App is very convenient! Thanks Arvest!

Fantastic
I’ve been an Arvest since 2015. I’m not even sure when I downloaded the app, but it’s been a long. There are regular updates, so it runs great most of the time. My favorite part of the app is how if I misplace my card, I can temporarily turn my card off and on by myself so that I don’t have to cancel the card and be without it if I find it later. Its very convenient. Also I can remote deposit checks just laying on the couch watching tv. Its a great app and I’ve had it a long time. I actually live in a town where there is no Arvest banks or atms and I still keep the account because I love Arvest.

The worst. What were they thinking?
This new app is horrid. I really don’t know who sat down, designed it, tested it, and then thought it was good enough to roll out. My biggest frustration is that it no longer has there ability to provide ongoing balance updates with every transaction, which was a huge plus with the previous app. As a matter of fact, it was my favorite thing about being able to have a banking app. This version has absolutely NO capability for it. In addition, the transfer function is longer and less functional, there is no facial recognition capability, it keeps asking for verifiable information even though I check to remember the device, and the snapshot is missed. If they can’t find a way to go back to ongoing balance updates (not a 1x daily push notification either), then I’d rather just find a bank that can function in today’s technology.

Ehhh...
I like everything that this app has, however I’m sad that the app doesn’t include more options. I have worked for banks, and I understand when some things are there then they disappear and reappear (authorizations). However I’m more sad by the fact that with a lot of the other banks I worked for they could do travel notes on the app. They could lock your card or report it lost all while on the app so we, the customers, don’t have to call support and be on the phone with someone forever just for them to barely help or transfer the call. I enjoy what it does but it definitely could be upgraded to add more factors that would help the customers and the bank be a bit more cohesive.

Face ID stops working
The Face ID and widgets stop working on iPhone. Have to uninstall the app and reinstall to get to work again. The ease of Face ID is great when works, but frustrating when just stops for no reason. When depositing a check it takes several attempts to get the app to accept amount and picture to agree. It refuses the deposit because it says it does not match. Have had to use my wife’s phone after several attempt and retaking pictures of check with different backgrounds. Other than that love the app and what it allows me to do from my phone. Would love to see some improvements on these issues though.

Worst ever
I have had this app since it’s come out and I’ve NEVER been able to log in. I have still be using the old Arvest app which is ending this month so just today I had to call in to check my accounts cause I can’t log in! Always says bad connection even when I know I am on good WiFi or in a spot I normally get service. So frustrating! Please fix this! I just deleted the app and redownloaded it and I still can’t log in. Before I even try to log in it says bad connection and everything else works on my phone? Now being forced to only used this version and I am having to call my bank to know what’s in my account!

Great App
I love this app. But I recently wrote Arvest with a concern. Short story is I found out by accident someone attempted to illegally withdraw money from my account. Because I didn’t have the funds it didn’t go through. But there’s nothing to show this attempt therefore if I open my account I have no idea. I highly suggest you fix this. So if someone is illegally trying random amounts to take from your account you can take action. Also the staff at my branch location on Chenal in Little Rock (by Starbucks and Kroger) are a super nice and accommodating group and big thumbs up. Thank you.

It’s a good app but pretty buggy sometimes
The biggest problem I have with this app isn’t enough to turn me away from it it’s just annoying. To even get the login screen to react to my touch or initiate Face ID i have to completely close it (I can’t have it running in the background and then open it and use it) so every time I want to use it I have to open my open app screen and close it before I can use it. Sometimes I can’t cash a check and sometimes it randomly crashes. Other than that it’s a useful app and it would definitely be a 5 star without the weird problems it has. I’m on iPhone by the way for the developers if you were wondering.

Mostly like it. Kind of difficult to get into
So, I like the app overall, but the app keeps making me enter security questions even after I enter my password every time and I have the box checked to remember my phone. It’s just annoying when I’m in a hurry and it’s supposed to remember my phone and I put in the correct password that it keeps saying it’s not me. Especially because it’s so sensitive so if I forget to use spaces or capitalize something it says I didn’t do it right. Appreciate the idea of keeping it secure but it’s annoying the way they did it. Other than that I really like the app.

Aggravating
I’m very, very close to choosing a new bank. Every month I have issues with this new app not showing the correct balance in my account. It’ll be up-to-date for a couple hours and then some transactions will magically disappear only to reappear days later when that money is gone. I should not have to carry a checkbook around so I can figure out what my balance is. That’s the apps job. Get the app fixed. I’m tired of my money disappearing because the financial institution I trusted with my bank account can’t figure out how to correctly calculate account balances. I even have overdraft protection but when the app is down it apparently means that even with a negative balance my card still works. No! That’s not what I signed up for! This is feeling more and more like a scam for overdraft fees every single time it happens.

Easy to use with a few bugs
I’ve been using the app for over a year now. It’s great to be able to stay on top of my account so easily. Depositing checks is a snap! However, every few months I have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. I don’t know if this coincides with updates or not, because I’ve never paid attention. The reason I have to reinstall: Touch ID quits working. The app suggests to remove Touch ID and re-enable it in the app. That doesn’t work. This time around, it also keeps giving me error messages when I try to log in using my user ID and password and takes two to three tries to log in. Kind of a pain.

I have been with Arvest for a long time. I can’t say enough about how amazing all their products are and customer service. I love this company. They have helped me when my acct was overdrawn each month when I didn’t have a job. They have always been amazing. I love the convenience of the mobile app and deposit functionality. It’s the best. I moved out of state and they still have been so good to me making easy to continue my relationship with them. I now work for a credit union and know a lot about banking and Arvest is above average and the best ever, even better than my credit union!!!! Shhhh, lol

The App is Great
The only addition I feel the app needs would be an (activate debit card) function. Actually, it would be nice to have on desktop as well. I appreciate the added security of calling to activate new debit cards, but between my wife and I, we had to talk to a live person, every time we tried to activate our cards; because everything we entered, to confirm our identity, wouldn’t work. By the way, talking to the live person was almost as frustrating. Anyway, Arvest developers have done an awesome job with this app. Hope to see more functions with upcoming updates. Thanks.

Easy to navigate and convenient to boot
Like the Arvest app before this one, this one is very easy to navigate. I like the way everything is set up and the fact that it’s at the convenience of just picking up my phone. I was born in 1977 so getting to see the changes that we’ve gone through technologically throughout my lifetime has been daunting to say the least. But from being able to check my balance, deposit my checks and make sure I’m not getting double charged by accident is a great convenience. Thanks Arvest, whoever developed your application deserves a raise.

Widget issues
Everytime there is an update it seems to mess up the widget. I have it set to be able to view my information from the widget in settings but for some reason it’s not showing the information it’s telling me to go into settings. I have even tried turning the option off and back on. It’s not working and it’s irritating. I love how Arvest offer the widget and the design of it. It’s convenient. Swipe over and be able to see balances, transfer funds and so on it’s perfect! I wish everyone’s was like it. Please fix the issues with the widget it’s much appreciated! Once fixed the app deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maybe released it too early
I wish this one was a little more user-friendly. I find it very cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated. Processing payments and transfers takes longer. With anything new, there’s always a learning curve and I’ll get used to it. I just hope it’s a secure and reliable as the previous version. I think maybe the developers are not aware that you cannot send feedback through the app. I lowered my rating three times as I repeatedly tried to send my message through the app.

Worthless!
I’ve never experienced this bank until very recently when I bought a truck. The car dealer arranged the loan. I hate this bank and app. ARvest tries to force you to open an account and have your direct deposits made there. I’m very happy with the bank I already have. I can’t pay on the app unless I do that. I call customer support to confirm. So now I have to drive to ARvest and make the payment. The use my debit card as a credit card. It takes a few days for the app to show my payment. I have 3 accounts at different banks and ARvest is the only one that does this. Their apps are so easy and I can connect my account and transfer money any time I want. I’m definitely NOT opening a checking account just to make a truck payment!!

Really wanted this app to work
Have new iPhone 12 and strong WiFi but this app only loaded successfully for me once. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling a couple of times and it either just hangs after I log in, or pops up to check my internet connection. Very disappointed! Arvest has been a good bank for me so this isn’t a game changer but... Today this app has totally transformed and is working great! Don’t know what changed but glad I gave it a second chance! I don’t have much money, but what I’ve got I like to keep up with. Thanks.

Horrible.
This app has given me nothing but problems. I loved the old app, it was amazing and I never had any issues. With this app my balance is never correct. It will show that I was in the negatives for 10 transactions. If I didn’t have money in my account, it would have declined so obviously it’s wrong. Especially when just yesterday my balance was correct. I have bills to pay, and they can’t come out of my account if it’s constantly saying my balance is wrong. Fix it. Please.

Easy info at a touch of a button
I really like using the Arvest Go app. It is so easy to track purchases made from other cards linked to the account. Paying loans through Arvest is as simple as clicking a date and what account you want it to be transferred from. I like that I don’t have to go get on a laptop or go to the nearest branch to make transfers. The only thing that I wish is, it would be great to see payoff dates, interest rates, reward points. Overall this is a very good app for money management and information

Maybe I’m missing something
I cannot edit my own transfer series-I recently tried to create an end date for an indefinite transfer series and the app told me I can’t edit it-this makes no sense. I’ve also tried to change the amount in the series and it changes it once then goes back to the same previous amount. My debit card also expires next month and Arvest Go has never notified me of this upcoming event nor given me next steps for renewing or re-ordering. This should be built into the app. It should be a hub for information and allow me to reorder my card and confirm my address. Instead, I’m currently on hold with Arvest customer service. Really frustrating app that is not intuitive.

Needs more up to date info
The app itself works smoothly for the most part. The only complaint I have is that it does not show up to date information. I, like others that have stated on here, do not want to have to carry my logbook round and keep things balanced. It is very handy to be able to glance at the app. It can cause major issues though when things appear, then disappear and reappear. Or when checks or other withdrawals clear on that days date but do not show up until the next day!!!! Not sure if this is due to the app or Arvest itself, but needs to be fixed. It makes it appear as if Arvest has some shady practices going on to cause people to overdraft and collect more fees!

Depositing
When I make a deposit , it doesn’t show on the home page that I made a deposit right away doesn't even say if it is pending . Until after . Later in the day .. the old Arvest online banking app that is discontinuing which was free , did that --- I paid for this app , I am not really very savvy . At electronics - or computers. Would be a better app , if it displayed any transaction immediately like deposits just made that are pending. It also transfered money from my checking to my credit card .which I ask it too . But nowhere on my checking it it show that . I didn't think it went through and I did it again . 😕

Missing dividing lines on main page
It looks like one of the latest updates (Nov 2021) changed the look of the main page which lists all of the accounts. There used to be dividing lines between each account; but now there are no lines between accounts. It is rather hard, especially for those people who are visually impaired, to distinguish between accounts now. It just looks like a page full of text.

Why?
So I have this problem intermittently, open app works fine, first account page loads fine, click on my account and I can’t see transaction dollar amounts, the page loads with a font too large to view all info with no way of scrolling. Click back to account page and try my wife’s account and it works fine! Click back on my account and no dollar amounts for transactions. I’m on an iPhone 7. It works fine on her 11. Then suddenly for whatever reason mine starts working again.. Then randomly it quits a few weeks later. Please help me to get this issue resolved.. Great app other than that.

To long to deduct
Wound give you five stars but it takes way to long to post some subtractions from ledger in the app like for instants I pay my energy bill with electronic check sometimes it takes three days to show up on the app and I’m getting older and forgetful so I check my balance and I’ve got plenty of money in my account one minute the next I’m in the red I wish your app was faster I documenting deductions and deposits thanks for listening to my spill…… Darrell H. Need notes for mobile deposit
I actually like 99% of the app. I use Arvest for my businesses, and there is one crucial thing that needs to be changed. Arvest, please create one of the following abilities: 1. Let me see a copy of the check that I mobile deposited, OR 2. Let me make a note on my mobile deposit so I can say what it is for, and/or who it came from This way I can note who a payment/deposit came from at the time of deposit, and then reference it when I update my Quickbooks at a later time.

Tired of this app.
Not only do my deposits show up 10 minutes later (they used to show up instantly on the old app) but for the life of me i can’t get used to the order they have their transfers in. All my other apps and the old app for Arvest did “transfer from” and then “transfer to” on the next page. This app is swapped and i am constantly transferring the wrong direction which has gotten me into some embarrassing situations. I’m frustrated and wish they would revamp this app. I like arvest but i use this app every day. If i knew another bank was good and had a better app i would switch. Also, what’s going on with the ratings where people say they don’t like the app and all the reasons why but it has 5 stars... that’s a little weird.

Highly dissatisfied
I check my account daily, sometimes several times a day and many times there are transactions I’ve made that I know are coming out of my available balance but they’re not showing up on the app. When I go to the old app to check those transactions they are there. It doesn’t always show deposits either until hours later. It makes it very hard to keep track of how much money you have left. I still keep a physical checkbook but I have two teenager boys who don’t and they rely on this app to keep track of their money. It would be very easy for them to get overdrawn because of the inaccurate information that this app shows.
