I recently discovered the Aviator Nation brand and was intrigued by their unique style and quality craftsmanship. After speaking with a couple of women who were sporting their gear while on vacation in Mexico, I decided to give it a try. As a professional artist who has been wearing mechanic coveralls for years, I was excited to try out the Kelley green twill fabric unisex flight suit. The weight of the fabric and the overall styling of the suit are fantastic, and I can see myself wearing it for a variety of occasions. However, I don't think I'll be painting in this suit as it's too nice to get paint all over it. I'm hoping to see more colors in the twill fabric in the future. Overall, I'm impressed with the Aviator Nation brand and look forward to trying out more of their products in the future.
App only shows 5-star product reviews, doesn't include negative reviews shown on website
I love Aviator Nation's clothing but there's some really shady stuff going on with the reviews shown in their app. If you look at any product in their app, the only reviews are 5-star reviews. However, when you go to their site, you can see that there are indeed other reviews for many products that have less than 5 stars. For example, take the "Women's 5 Stripe Sweatpants" in Heather Gray. As I write this, the app shows an overall 5-star rating based on 63 reviews. When you look at this same product on their website, this product has an overall 4.7 star rating based on 80 reviews. Of these 80 reviews, 63 are indeed 5-star reviews. I noticed this because I posted a 4-star review of their "Women's 5 Stripe Jacket" in October 2020. I love the jacket but it's not 5-star worthy in my book and I clearly stated why in my review. In this app, that review is nowhere to be seen, along with another 4-star review posted by someone else in December 2020. The app only shows 13 reviews for this product that are all 5 stars. This really feels deceptive. Hopefully this 1-star review gets their attention and they do the right thing. And though this isn't related to the app at all, their website shows very little diversity in their models with zero people of color. Be better, Aviator Nation.
I love this collection, it has evolved, it is not a temporary release, out of stock or even been eliminated, but rather appears to grow larger in merchandise selections for Aviator customers which makes the obvious to this particular line of clothing being marketed, despite being trendy in pattern it is still very much still in demand! The charcoal/darker and both the newer purple option in sets with pink bolts still appear original to the clothing line, but also add a fresh new look of color to choose from, these are the most comfortable purchases I have made and definitely my favorite with the traditional original logo pattern (sets) I have had for many years! 🌈😊⚡️💗
Aviator Nation's app is like a treasure chest of groovy vibes and rad threads! From funky tie-dye to cozy hoodies that feel like a warm hug, this app has it all. Navigating through it is smoother than a perfectly waxed surfboard riding the waves. Plus, their notifications are like little reminders from your stylish best friend saying, 'Hey, it's time to treat yourself to some seriously cool threads!' 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to add some sunshine to their wardrobe!
I love aviator nation clothing however theirs improvement’s that need to be made to the app and website for example no matter what you look at for women’s clothes it seem that the models are always half naked when you look at a jacket or sweatshirt the have no pants on just a swim bottom of when you look at sweatpants they always have a swim top with no shirt another thing to add is their shipping they only ship with ups and ups always seems to have a weather delay and never seem to be on top of it their app is always wrong I think they should ship with fed ex or usps how ever I have nothing against their clothes
I’ve probably spent over 3k on AN clothing over the last 3 years. When we fly cross country to LA we always stop at the Malibu store. I don’t ever buy a ton from 1 brand but I have with Aviator. Although I’ll never understand why they only do a dorky elastic bottom. Why not a regular bottom or flare … like a boot cut ? I’m an old east coast surfer. I like my stuff vintage and cool. Elastic bottoms are like skinny jeans. Dorky. But we love aviator nation.
I have is very easy to scroll and find your favorites. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and they are the comfiest things in the world. But I feel like if your nation doesn’t restock their kids which gets me kind of annoyed because I wear a kids 14 sweatshirt but I like to get woman sweatpants but I really want a sweatshirt from the kids section and there are no sweatshirts that I can find that are a size 14. Overall the app is amazing sweatpants and sweatshirts so comfy I would buy aviator nation right now.
I would literally buy one of everything if I could afford it. I have 2 Ninja hoodies I have owned for a couple of years and am complimented every time I wear them. Being in Washington, not many people see this brand here. I am obsessed!
Totally garbage app that is unusable unless you provide them your mobile number so they can blast you incessantly with marketing push notifications — good product brand with cool designs but they are garbage as a retailer. A case study in sticking to what you know; in Aviator Nation’s case: designing product; Aviator Nation is terrible at online retail. App is about to be deleted and has left a sour taste in my mouth about the brand overall. Plenty of other nice shorts or sweatpants available for $200 that don’t require you to provide your mobile phone number.
This is one of the worse apps that I shop with. Search results don’t bring up the right items. App crashes when you tap the option to be notified when as item is back in stock. Stock state is wrong and you don’t k lentil you get into the checkout. The default phone number entry for an SMS field is a random foreign country. I get red error banners constantly when I tap on products. Like what’s even the point of the app if O have to abandon it and go to the website?!
It doesn’t sync with my web browsing even when I’m logged in, or pick up on credits I have for an exchange. The result is I’ve missed out on item bc of the disconnect and it’s easier to check out on the web when I have credits, so I’m back and forth. Then notifications disappear and when I’m in the app it prompts me to open the app 🤦🏻♀️.
Was hoping the app would be more user friendly than the website but it’s not. There is no way to hide sold out items which is very frustrating and turns me off from shopping. And at least the website offered ways to filter by color, style and size when in a specific collection. It’s a bummer as I’m a fan of Aviator Nation but they make it too frustrating to actually shop their stuff.
I absolutely love aviator nation clothing. I haven’t had a single problem with the quality, and every product I’ve received has been better than I imagined. I get many many compliments when I wear.
Right now I have three pairs of sweatpants and two sweatshirts from Aviator Nation. They are such good quality and I wear them all the time. They have an adjustable strap on sweatpants and a bunch of other clothes you need one for. I will never stop buying from them
The story of aviator nation is somewhat of an icon for many business women, such an interesting story about Paige Mycoskie inspires all to strive for nothing but the best. Paige Mycoskie delivered an amazing product with amazing quality and quite literally the softest sweatpants I’ve ever felt. Thank you Paige❤️
I got a hoodie with zipper pockets love it super soft and comfy, then I just ordered the full zip bolt hoodie and so excited to get it, will for sure purchase more in the future and I love they have a true rewards program $1 for point. Order something you won’t regret it.
Love shopping on their app. It’s easy to use, search bar lets me search under anything I type in. It’s not glitchy and most of all I collect points when I make purchases on it! Love AN
Customer Service is as exceptional as the quality of this brand
My 14 year old daughter absolutely loves this brand, as do I. The Customer Service team was amazing in dealing with the first issue we had and went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue promoting this brand simply by my daughter wearing the clothing and friends continuously inquiring about what the brand is and how they can buy it. Thanks again Aviator Nation team!!!
Love aviator nation! Even though it is a little on the $$ side, there are things you can do to earn points! Once you save up enough points you could a discount!
Ordereda half zip and a crew, definitely needed to size down, but I love the cozy softness of each item. They are comfortable and sized out in all the good areas. Excited to order more!
I love these so much. I’m obsessed with them. It’s like wearing your boyfriends old college sweatshirt but much better! I give their clothes 5 stars but they have the worse shipping turnaround ever. 3 weeks for my ground deliveries.
Aviator Nation has become my absolute favorite! Great Quality and Unbelievably Comfortable. Nothing compares. Best part is you still look very stylish on your comfy clothes day!!
I love my Aviator Nation clothes. They’re super soft and comfy and wear really well. My teenaged daughters always ask to borrow them. I have not regretted a purchase yet.
I have seven pieces now from Aviator Nation and I absolutely live in them. They are so comfy and stylish. I love the fact that their handmade in the United States.
