Long time shopper

My cousin in NY had recommended me shop on this fashion app, they have a lot of boutiques, and a wide selection of desi styles are available there. Even though there are so many other brands to shop from, my cousin still shops from Aza Fashions for its excellent customer service, product quality and satisfaction. For the last five years, she's been shopping from Aza and even today it's so good.

Beware of this company, potential scam

I am updating this review after Aza finally gave me a refund. Thank you for addressing the issue. Original: Beware of this company they don’t take accountability for sending you wrong item! I went to India for a wedding and ordered an outfit from Aza. They took my money, sent me the completely wrong dress in the wrong size - it was useless to me. Aza has agreed multiple times over phone and email to accept the return, but then they ignore me and never actually complete the return pick up. I’ve lost count of the number of emails and WhatsApp’s I’ve sent back and forth with this company for over 3 months now. They are just refusing to take accountability for their mistake. Never ever shopping with Aza again.

Issue with size but nice garnments

Update: Aza contacted me about the issue and agreed to waive the restocking fees. Original: I ordered two expensive garnments and picked the size following their size guide. Medium was suppose to be 40 inches at the chest but it's actually 42. 40 would have been a tiny bit big but since it's suppose to be loose it was better than too small. But 42 is way too big. Now even though the garnments are bigger than what advertised for, they still want to charge me $50 for restocking when the mistake is on them. So instead of exchanging I am asking a refund and lose my $50 but will never order from them ever again.

Nice app to browse

But the items are kind of hit or miss. I already have two orders where the outfits’ color are different from the photos (I am very happy with one gown so it’s not all disappointment). Shipping is timely and returns are easy (though it WILL cost you). Maybe there should be a process to ensure shops post accurate pictures? Or a policy where the return handling fee is waived if the items don’t match the pics and/or description? I like being able to browse several brands at once, but having to return twice because the items are not what I expect is bothersome and costly.

Image Search Convenience

I absolutely adore shopping from this app because of its image search feature. It's incredibly convenient and easy. All you need to do is click or upload the look you want, and bam! They show you all similar options. Isn't it amazing? Go install it now!

New Customer, No Previous Clothing Cultural Knowledge

Was recommended this App to look for a few outfits to wear as a guest to a multicultural wedding weekend. It has been a great experience! Wonderful, quality clothes, fit, fabrics, delivery and customer service. I have continued to shop pants and tunics for casual and dressy occasions.

Best service

I have recently shifted to US and ordered my Indian wear from Aza. It was such smooth transaction. I loved their service. The collection was so nice. There were many choices to choose from. I hope they continue such service, it’s just a life saver.

Doesn’t work as directed link

I have been shopping with AZA for years and one of the MAIN reasons I STOPPED or USUALLY avoid shopping at Aza is because its a PAIN to search through their massive collections. When i saw the instagrams ad shop now button redirecting to app download I was happy as I can now pick up the model being advertised like SHEIN, TEMO and many others apps. I WAS SO WRONG! No, NOPE it doesn’t redirect to the dress rather it keeps going back to the app downloads page asking to download. If you have already downloaded and try to click on the open button it takes you to the main page but not to the dress. Overall it doesn’t serve the purpose and NO i have no interest in going through this huge pool on a mobile. Thank you!

Sell Cheap stuff on a brand name, literally a scam website

I've had a terrible experience with this so-called 'brand' website. The products are overpriced, of poor quality, and often arrive damaged. I ordered bed sheets, a dhoti set, and kids' clothing—all arrived either damaged or in the wrong sizes. Their customer service is equally disappointing; they refused to help because I reported the damage after 24 hours. It's unbelievable

Social media vs app products aren’t accurate

I download the app because Instagram ads but the dresses are far from what I saw on Instagram, looks like Indian dresses and I couldn’t find the type of dress I was looking for so I deleted the app
