If your bonus money is gone, everything in your bank is yours and you will most-likely give it back. Con-Dover Downs is now Bally’s Dover Downs Casino. No rebranding has occurred; no updates to the app in over a year; and no modern or newer games periodically added. Bally’s is pretty big so I hope this gets revamped or they switch developers. The app was created but not maintained like Pennsylvania casinos who payout the same day; have dynamic, not canned promotions; more engaging; and constantly add new slots. PA online casinos give you a real experience remotely.

Started off good, quickly went to crap.

The app started off okay, and very quickly became frustrating to use and support team did nothing to help remedy the situation. It’s a mobile app that requires you to have multiple internet connections to “ triangulate “ your location. I have 6 nearby connections and still, it cannot register that I’m sitting down the street from the physical Dover downs casino. The app constantly server disconnects and it doesn’t always start back up where it disconnected. The withdrawal feature will redirect you to the deposit screen and there’s indication of that until you either accidentally deposit more money into your account. Or until you read the fine print on the last page. I’ve contacted customer both via email and phone call, neither of which have offered me any help or tried to help my situation with the app. So unless you like losing money, DONT DOWNLOAD.

Ever since ballys took over the games do not pay out anymore. You literally win NOTHING. The online app is definitely programmed to take your money. You sit there and watch it take your money down to nothing. It pays you 20 cent here and there and then a 4.00 pay out to keep you excited to spend more and then it completely drains you. Will not be visiting Ballys or and of their establishments anymore. We will go elsewhere for our gambling. Have a nice day and don’t let Ballys take all your money to pay for them taking over Dover downs and having to create all new signs and paint the place. They are looking for their money back on all that. Go elsewhere people

Shady app

The process to get your cash is ridiculous. They want a-lot of personal info just to receive $20 back. And it took a week for them to even reply and ask for that extra information so my money was just sitting there. Never had any other issues before with casino apps until this one. And calling customer service is no better super unprofessional and they don’t know how to talk to people. App is not worth it!

No point in downloading, they won’t pay you.

The app has its bugs, but their verification process to cash out is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced. Since I’ve played this thing, I’ve sent in 3 diff copies of my ID, bank statement, and debit card and I still have to keep verifying the same information over and over to get any money out. They take the money in 10 seconds and give it back after 2-3 weeks.

Can’t get past the Terms & Conditions

I have been trying for weeks to get in to my acct. with no luck. I log in, then it says I have to click the terms & conditions box, which I do. But then nothing happens and I am stuck there! I thought clicking the link to read them might make it go through, but that goes nowhere, too. So frustrating.

My review

Terrible customer service. Geolocation fails during the middle of tournament play after being fine for hours which then block me out and I lose my entry. Any attempts to get this rectified have been ignored entirely. Completely ridiculous.

This is a terrible app. Possibly might even be a scam, at least that’s what it feels like. I’ve been waiting about a week for my withdrawal to go through and the email provided along with the number are both invalid leaving me unable to contact anyone about this matter. Very sketchy, not worth the investment.

I have spent well over 400 and no pay outs most I won was 4.50. I would not recommend or tell anyone about this app. I am waiting to file something with the gaming commission because it definitely does not pay out at the rate it states.

Was better under Dover downs

So I’ve dropped around 300.00 after they sent out the email about being under new ownership. Nothing but a let down so far, 4.00 dollar bonus on renegade with top symbol only paid out 19.00 dollars and 8.00 was won on hitting the 3 scatters it takes to trigger it. What a let down. If things change will update review. But from the looks of it I don’t think that’s gonna happen UPDATE: DO NOT USE!!!! Waste of time and money with the new ownership.
