Since the recent update I have been unable to use the app on my IPhone 6 S. It comes up for a few seconds while the log in screen flashes then disappears and then nothing. Please fix if possible. I depend on my mobile app to carry out transactions throughout my day regularly. Thanks!
I have called the number and ask for help but I’m told it’s not on their end because I’m able to open my account on the web. I loved the mobile app when It worked!! I still have a issue trying to open bill pay on the web. There is definitely a issue if so many people are having issues with the same mobile app not opening. Please if you’re gonna offer a mobile app fix It!!
My phone uses Face ID to get me into the app and it’s having the same malfunction that it did with the thumb print. It’s giving the same “Attention” box as in the past, telling me my log in credentials aren’t right, etc. This is a very old issue that should not BE an issue any more. It works fine for a while and suddenly stops.
For the past month I have been unable to login to my mobile account. I called my bank and despite their efforts, it still does not work. Previous to this, I had no trouble with the app. My phone is an iPhone 5s.
Statements not available in app. I already do 2FA and refuse to do the additional 3rd party datamining foisted on clients. Make statements available in the app or start mailing them out at your expense. Or start losing accounts. People are sick the direction banks are headed.
Changed password, reinstalled app, turned Face ID on and off. Still cannot ‘validate’ my information. Probably to be expected from a rinky-dink local bank.
as of last night i haven’t been able to use the app. everytime i click on it, it flashes white and brings me to my home screen. i’ve tried uninstalling it and turning wifi on and off. same thing happens. plz fix your app
Unfortunately this past Tuesday they started requiring a code to be texted to your phone number. The code is never sent. Have spent the past three days trying to log in and talking to customer support throughout the day nobody has been able to help me. Will now have to switch banks now to one that has an online banking app that works.
