I just got back with BOC after years of being away due to no Apple Pay. So happy to be back. Great customer service and services. Only thing that drives me NUTS is on the Apple Pay card (the digital picture of the card in the wallet app) the last 4 of the card that is shown on the bottom right overlaps with the line on the bottom. It is a visual design mess up and bothers the living crap out of me. I know it seems small but I have a touch of OCD and it’s driving me crazy. Fix that visual glitch and 5 stars it is!!☺️ PLEASE fix this.
The most useful feature of this app aside from basic banking is that you can use Touch ID on iOS to log in, except for some reason the app will seemingly randomly forget that you ticked that option on forcing you to type in your password again every so often. This makes the app effectively useless.
App works sometimes, main issues are log in, half of the time it will error out saying check login info and retry if issue persists call us for help, best advice was to delete and reinstall, my experience is to try again tomorrow it will probably work then, same with transfers, works one day and not the next....
I’m a long-term bank customer and I was really hoping this new app will solve a lot of issues that we had in the old app however none of the functions of the new app work same like the old app. The builder should learn from Bank of America app
Horrible banking app. Never lets you logs in. Have had to reset password 7 times and had to go to bank each time as the number given for support is useless. One of those time they had to delete my app account just to fix. I expect more from a trusted establishment.
Prior to the latest version, the app worked great on all devices. However, it no longer accepts my password on iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.2. I have removed and reinstalled, but still can't login. The app works fine on iPhone 5C and iPad Air both iOS 9.2.
Are you guys ever going to fix this app .... so inconvenient that I can’t use this app. Worked great before the update now keeps telling me about connection error every time. I’ve installed it and uninstalled it repeatedly and still doesn’t work. So I’m wondering are you ever going to fix this ?
This app always has issues. Seem to never be able to logon which scares me. Now it says I’m not connected to the internet which I am. Whoever developed this app needs to be fired and some else need to redo this app so it works properly.
Yes this app does work well with checking your account(s) and transaction(s) or transfer(s); all basic functions of any banking app. But has never worked with the other "basic" function that is now readily available on most banking apps, check deposits. The app can access my camera, take a picture, but fails to connect to banking server after that point. Asks me to try again later, unsuccessfully. Frustrating only for the fact that it hasn't worked, ever. Also due to frustration with inability to contact a support team on the matter for lack of contact information on your website, other than a brick-n-morder locations phone number and address. Hopefully this reaches someone. Honestly trying to help.
