Worked Perfectly and Then Mobile Payment Option Not Available
Mobile App on IPhone 13 worked perfectly through May 8th, Sunday. All sections including mobile bill pay. On Monday May 9th, bill pay was not available with a red exclamation and a message saying that payment section was unavailable or that I was not eligible to use. Has to be a problem with an app update, permissions etc. I can go through safari and physically log in and get to the payment section and use. Was functioning perfectly and then not. Not much use in a mobile app than you can’t pay bills with.
I used to love this app however the last two updates no longer support password managers. This means that you now have to manually enter your password. Given that passwords now require a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters (none of which you can remember), your choice is to simplify the password, write it down, or stop using their app.
This app is broken. I'm using iPhone 6 running 8.1. Installed the app. When I opened it I put in user name then it asked an ID question, then another, and another. After answering 12-15 questions I gave up. Tried again and got the same thing. I can't get past the questions.
