I really enjoy using BankFive mobile app it is very accurate and easy to manage my money without having to go to any location it’s a great family bank and I feel like everyone knows who I am
Overall the app is fantastic. Unfortunately, in the “bill pay” section, when entering a dollar amount, what you enter is not what’s displayed and it’s a much higher number. If you don’t pay close attention you’ll end up paying a much larger dollar amount than anticipated. I’ve already contacted customer service about this 3 months ago.....needs to be fixed ASAP!
All else is pretty seamless but the mobile deposit stinks. Never got it to work. I’ve had success with other bank apps but this feature is missing something.
The app is ok. If you want to use bill pay, do it at least a week before it’s due or it’ll get there late. The bill ot is the worst part about the app. Or it could just be bank 5
Hello Please this update took care of the bolding and the separation of pending but still NEED DATE HEADERS. Why is this so difficult? The app was great. Transactions were separated by date! This is such a tedious task to look at transaction without date headers.
This app needs some updating ! Compared to other mobile banking apps this is my least favorite and inconvenient. I thought of closing my account for that reason !
Great performance. Banking made easy. I love the deposit feature. I would always forget or be too tired after work to stop by the bank to make a deposit, but now I just snap a picture & done!
I use this account for a job and separate money from my normal household income. It's the fun money account. App is easy to log into and check my deposits and transactions.
I wish I could download the ledger from the app to use in check register app, but maybe in the future. Other than that it is easy to use both on the iPad and iPhone.
App does everything like it should. Very fast and secure. However only gripe is that you can't split your deposits between checking and savings, it can only go into one account.
I like the app but using it to deposit checks is a complete fail because you deposit a check one day at 3pm and by the next day at 7pm it's still not in there and they don't have any idea why, not good business in my opinion.
Just updated the app, seems to be no option for Touch ID. Nor does anything prompt me to enable such an option. I believe theirs a bug not allowing to do so.
