Basic app for mobile banking. Does what it should be and except for capturing pics of the front and back of checks. It is THE WORST. Other banking apps make it a simple process. Not this one. Ready, aim…..then the app takes about 3 minutes and still doesn’t take the pic. After manually taking each pic you are lucky if you don’t receive some kind of error message regarding the check you are trying to deposit. Do better Banterra!
I do all of my banking with this app. It has everything you need including the ability to deposit multiple checks, Person-To-Person pay (P2P), Bill Pay, plus the option to turn off my debit card if lost or stolen. I couldn’t be more pleased with the function and capability of this app.
In the MANAGE DEVICES section of the settings, I should be able to edit existing devices (including deleting a device). I can’t. This is important because somehow there has been a number THAT I HAVEN’T PUT DOWN for a Chinese restaurant in Norridge, IL as my business number. Please fix that. I do not own a Chinese restaurant.
Every time I click the app, it never opens. It shows the logo and then stays on that page for over half an hour. Also, I have to re-enter all my information every time and call Banterra to have my identity verified. This app definitely needs some work. I’ve never had problems with banterra, just their app.
I use an iPhone with this app and it is always updated properly and I reboot my phone after updates, but this app constantly has connectivity issues on cell networks or internet WiFi. Very disappointed customer
Cannot login with face after certain points and crashes. Cannot setup static bill pay and add in payee is tedious. Just seems out of date compared to other bank sites.
Have been unable to even open the app since the last update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can’t get anything to appear. Just keeps loading with nothing ever changing.
This app is riddled with issues from not being able to launch properly all the way to not being able to deposit a check over WiFi. At the end of the day, it’s almost unusable.
Usually the app is a seamless process but unfortunately since the latest update you are unable to login. It just keeps “thinking” at the home screen and doesn’t pop up anything to long in.
I may sound stupid, but I cannot get out of the terms and conditions when I read them. What am I not doing to leave the terms and conditions? 1 star until I’m able to actually use the app.
Wow! I was actually surprised how smooth the app ran. However, it did crash the first time I tried opening it. I believe this is just due to how new the app is. I love it so far, a lot easier than logging in online. So congrats Banterra you might actually have something here.
This app is ok but very limited in what you can do compared to other bank apps. please add the ability to deposit a check by photo UPDATE Changing 3 stars to 1 the app just crashes- deleting
