I hate the little things BFCU does to ensure more than one thing bounces through your account. We keep money and utilize our other bank more do to the little penny here or there BFCU takes from our account. Our significant money is kept in our other account do to these things. I can make a cash deposit through the atm and still get penalized for having the cash money there but using my atm card. We are working class people whom deserves to use a FCU that doesn’t do as such.
To be honest, most things at banks confuse me besides knowing how much is in my checking and how much is in my savings. This app is great because I can do just that and nothing more if I want - and anything beyond that is clearly laid out and explained in the app!! It's perfect for even the least savvy.
It used to be free with direct deposit, after several years they took it away. They now charge me monthly fees. When my account was hacked they kept charging me overdraft fees while it was being looked into. After about 30 days they refunded the money and the overdraft fees. Now 2 months later they’re saying I authorized it and are taking the money back in a couple of days which will overdraft my account again! What’s the point of being insured by the FDIC if they don’t use it? I’ve been with this bank for over 30 years and now I’m planning to close my accounts.
No other bank requires me to put my account number and “For mobile deposit” on the back of the check. Other places figure it out without me wasting my time writing it.
This app lets me do everything I need except for getting cash in my hand! When they added the mobile check deposit I could not have been happier! I rarely need to go make a special trip anymore which is super convenient.
I wish it didn’t take so long to show purchases that are taken out. We may wait two days before they show up. Chase bank shows up within seconds after you debit your account.
Every single time I go to the bank drive thru or inside everyone is absolutely amazing. My app on my phone is so easy to use it just makes things effortless.
I've been using the app now for a little over a year n so far it's been great! I love the ease of being able to transfer money from my husband n my Acct to our sons Acct n an instant, or just to ck a balance. It gets an A+ from me!!
Card is good but can do better with sending notifications and there should be a way to lock it when not using it and unlock when you are ready to use it
The app does exactly what it is supposed to do. Only complaint is I wish they would update the user interface because it looks a bit outdated but other than that it’s a good app.
The Barksdale app is nice however, it would be better if it shared more information about my account. I’d like to have access to transactions as they clear my account. It’s just a thought; thanks for your time.
What a great bank! Goes the extra mile for you! They really try to help you instead of it just being perfunctory service. I would definitely recommend BFCU!!!
I truly love Barksdale Federal Credit Union. I have everything with them and they are like family. I will never bank with anyone else. From top to the bottom this institution is the best!!!

I’ve used this app for years and it’s a part of my day to day life. However the current version does not seem to be working for the iPhone X. I consistently receive the “application error” message. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, same results. I’m sure they’ll fix the issue in an update.
Freezes and crashes all the time. Yall will never keep my automatic payments recurring for whatever reason. AND ive had to go in branch twice to get my online check deposit fixed and it still has yet to be updated through the app. Terrible customer service
I have asked the branch’s help to get all of my accounts on my app and it hasn’t worked successfully. I have Eastman construction, Eastman properties a savings account and a open line of credit. Would love to be able to manage them all
I’ve been waiting for Zelle for years to be added. The website gives you instructions on how to use Zelle, but it’s not available to use. You can’t see your purchase history in real time. It sometimes take 2 days before it appears.
