This app is really easy to use. It’s not complicated and has many options of which I can choose from to do my banking. Aside from a few reasons, I never have to go to the bank and since the beginning of this pandemic, use of this app has become that much more important. Overall I’m happy with app and happy with BayCoast as my bank.

Cannot believe that Baycoast deducts the funds from your personal or business account when the send the check not when it’s cashed. So check gets lost or whatever, the money already came out of the account. No other bank I’m aware of does that.
I love this app. It's convenient for those who work later than the bank does and when I need money quick, I just make a quick transfer from my phone. I love it.

It lacks as lot on both interface and design. I've been having a lot of difficulties depositing checks on the app. It's easy to make it functional, please hire a better app designer.
I have used better and smoother apps from other banks. This one is slow loading and sometimes not real intuitive. I especially do not like the way they handle bill pay. Why not just let us enter the date we want bill paid instead of figuring out a send date? You can figure out when to send it. A few tweaks to make user experience better would make this app awesome.
