Using Beaty bay is a more economic alternative then ordering directly. I purchase a product from UK and the price was outrageous and it took very long for me to receive my order. Never making that mistake. I recently placed my order and I got it on time and received extra goodies! Love Beauty Bay!

if you want a shopping experience that’s loaded with every type of glitch, bug, and error, then this is the app for you. I’m unable to use it for a full five minutes before I can’t deal with the Absolute Garbage Experience anymore. I can’t scroll down more than halfway before the app jumps back up by itself, I can’t view more than 3 products before the app decides its Crash Time, and when I use the search feature the app LOSES IT’S MIND. I’m talking like you want to scroll down? Forbidden. You want to view a product? Absolutely Not. You want to flicker back and forth between products and completely freeze the screen? Good. Because that’s what is happening. So far this is the most Useless and FRUSTRATING app i’ve ever tried to shop from. it’s been over a week and i still haven’t been able to place an order due to described issues and my inability to work around them. I deleted the app and just went back to shopping on their website, but I thought I’d write a review for any other poor soul who’s considering downloading this absolute nightmare. Stay far, FAR away. I’ll be thrilled when/if beauty bay releases a functional update.
If I can give it a ZERO star I will , the website failed to accomplish a simple question of a customer that was asking where is their shipment They took my money and their negligent customer service replied it’s pass time where you can get a refund or us contacting the carrier and my shipment was supposed to be delivered overseas and the lady kept referring to a local carrier!!!! I emailed a couple of times and when I asked that I want to deliver an official complain to the management the customer service refused and kept replying same statement and that was a rude thing to do regarding an official complain that was written explaining the situation. The amount of shipment not even worth losing a loyal customer that ordered expensive weekly packages but it seemed that this wasn’t their first time not being cooperative and responding properly to customers
I have tried to order from this app on multiple occasions and every single time I have tried to order they cancel it they don’t give me any explanation i have tried changing the address I have tried using a different card I have tried changing the settings in the app and on my card app but they still continuously cancel the order i have tried contacting them through the bot and their direct contact to customer service and never got a straight forward solution or they never answer the phone or it says their unavailable I literally never hated an app so much at this point and I really was excited to use their brands makeup products a great disappointment
I love that I can get British products and other foreign products as someone who lives in the US, but this app is constantly glitching. Anytime I’m scrolling looking at products it randomly brings me to the top with a whole new set of products that I’ve already seen or haven’t seen. When I try and add items to my favorites they never go to favorites, so I can never remember what products I want ( I have to write them down in my notes app ). This app needs a serious update because I love all the products they have, but I might as well shop directly from the brands for now.
I really enjoy this app, the feature that makes me choose beauty bay over any other site! The app is really easy to use and makes the shopping experience all the better. I only wish that there were as many brands as there are on cult beauty, and more skincare products! My biggest issue though is how difficult it is to review products. I’ve looked everywhere to try and find a place to do so, but I’ve come up empty every time. It’s nice to offer insight to products on basis of skin type, skin tone, etc. I’m disappointed that I can’t do so. However I appreciate the free shipping on certain orders. It really makes a difference, and one of the main reasons I continue to use Beauty Bay. For those wondering if this site is legit, it is! I’ve gotten all my orders on time, and very quickly!
It’s my first time using beauty bay and I waited way too long for them to arrive. I ordered skincare products and the box was open when I received it and one of the products was damaged and wasn’t sealed properly. I’m very disappointed 🥲 the app is also glitchy and the delivery tracker is so difficult to navigate. Never again, would not recommend.
Just made my 3rd big order with Beauty Bay and let me tell you so far so good. Great quality pallets for a great price. I am in the states and pay for express shipping, all of my pallets have arrived quickly and in great shape. Hope it continues this way.
I love to shop in stores like Ulta or Sephora however neither of those compare to the online store of Beauty Bay. Not only is their personal brand great quality, but so are the brands they carry. Definitely Recommend to fellow Makeup lovers!
I love love love this site!!!! It has hundreds of makeup brands and even its own brand that amazing as well! I will probably be getting all my makeup from this site and will definitely tell my friends about it!
I broke I love cheap but I also hope that beauty bay. Also makes the whole card for one years without paying fees and shipping like in the United Kingdom but ofc one time purchase.
The app is fine but the customer service through the app is horrible the total that they charge me was different then what was written in the payment page I tried contacting them multiple times emailing them my problem and they never answered I even tried to cancel my order and they didn’t cancel it I was so disappointed
I truly love this company their pallets are absolutely amazing super pigmented and just incredible I am from the US and I don’t mind paying the extra for shipping because quality is at its finest!
Items took almost a month to arrive. Website says tracking takes 3-7 business days after shipping date. The tracker was not clear on where it shipped from or when exactly it was going to ship. Would not recommend.

Very bad in shipment trucking, cannot contact with costumer service because it is robots , also long time and I didn’t receive the shipment, now more than 3 weeks . I paid for shipment and I didn’t have it yet . So I advice people to be careful from this app.

You can’t view your wishlist. If you reach out to support they won’t help you, they just toss you from person to person regurgitating the same copy paste response. It’s pathetic.
I’m tired of too good to be true. I PAID FIFTEEN DOLLARS for Express shipping over a week ago! There is NO ETA. My shipment is still across the country. Stop robbing people, my gosh! I asked for refund as I don’t even need the package anymore, and I hope they’re return policy is at least fair.
I only put up with the horrible app and website and all the glitches because of how good the deals are if they were more expensive I wouldn’t bother shopping here
I paid for the next day delivery to come to Ireland but it has been five days and I still haven’t received my package! I’m so upset because I needed the things urgently. I’m definitely not ordering from this site ever again.
I love Beauty Bay so much! Their shadows are so buttery and pigmented! But the best part is if the brand you love discontinues something or is out of stock BB will more than likely have it for quite awhile! 10/10 recommend ordering from them! This app was going pretty well for me before I realized some products they are selling are more expensive then getting the products from the direct brand.Take Tree Hut for an example; the sugar scrubs are more expensive here than getting it from the direct brand from AmazonThey’re like 17 dollars here yet from Tree Hut it’s 7 dollars. Don’t waste your time and make sure you search up the products before you buy them from here cause the price will probably be higher.
I’m loving the Beauty Bay app. No more typing beautybay.com to get to the storefront. Just open the app, and voila! I love BB’s products, and their prompt delivery (well- as prompt as it can be, traveling across the pond) On a side note, I was thrilled when watching the new season of Glow Up on Netflix, to see my favorite palette (Bright Matte) being used by several of the MUAs. I assume BB supplied them, but still I was tickled, each time I caught a glimpse of it!
I first heard of these products through a YouTube review. I was skeptical at first being out of the country for me. However I figure if the reviewer was from the US and was giving great reviews might as well. I ordered and it didn’t take half as long to get to me as I thought. Shipping is VERY reasonable! The products?? WOW, there is NO WAY you can purchase here for the price including shipping! Products are very dependable on consistency as I have ordered multiple times since!
