No account to display. Can’t deposit money. Can’t see what’s in my account. Uninstall...reinstall...works now, but it forgot my login info and won’t save it. A big hassle and a big waste of time.
Just too hard to get a photo. All other photo apps work fine. Why do you capture in black and white? Take a nice color photo and convert later. Too many Review deposits.
You could not ask for a better app! It is consistent and reliable- in fact, better than the website. Benchmark is truly a bank that cares for its customers. They have earned my loyalty! Thank you Benchmark.
Please support iPhone 6/Plus! This app is so low resolution, and it's one of the very few apps I have that isn't optimized. It's not very useful for anything except viewing account balance. I would also like to see Touch ID. As a side note, I would also like Benchmark to support Apple Pay. It's added convenience and security are very important to me, and other customers, I'm sure.
It is wonderful to see that Benchmark is doing a great job of keeping up with the ever changing world. This app is very user friendly and I have not had a single problem using it. Keep up the good work!
I'm extremely thankful for this app. Being on the go pretty much all the time, this app is useful to me on a daily basis. Friendly lay out, simple features, and extremely easy-to-use, great job!
I just installed this app and used it to transfer some money from one account to another (the drag and drop accounts was a nice touch) and it worked great, the UI is nice and clean and very intuitive. Well done...
I think the online check deposit amount needs to be increased. Right now it’s $999.99. Other banks limit it to $2000 or $3000. Don’t understand the low amount.
