Betsey's Boutique Shop

I love this app and it has always worked well for me until lately ….. when I go to open it, it keeps telling me to download the latest version but it downloaded I have my updates set to automatically update and when I go to app info through my settings it shows it has been updated to most recent. This is a bummer!

I love everything I’ve ever purchased from Betsey’s, however, what I don’t like is how long it takes to arrive. Shipping costs are a bit pricey compared to other boutiques I shop from and yet it always arrives about 3 weeks after I order the item. Other boutiques take about 1-1 1/2 weeks at the most. The processing time is very slow, usually about a week and a half to two weeks, before they print a shipping label. After it’s printed, it sits for several days before it actually is mailed. Disappointing.

Style, comfort, color, selection, sizing, sales, communication-this boutique has it all! I love that I can purchase an entire matching outfit here!! The website/app and checkout are easy peasy! The models are gorgeous and certainly add to the grace, style and beauty of the clothes and accessories IMO. I have no desire to shop anywhere else!

I have used this app for a while and lately, it keeps telling me to download the most updated version but I have and it still won’t open. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still gives me the same issue. Definitely affecting my purchasing as I do not like using the website because it’s not as quick for checkout. Looks like others are having the same issue. Please fix this so we can enjoy the convenience the app is supposed to provide.

I love this cute little boutique! I’m a teacher and have loved everything I’ve got from here. I’ve told several of my coworkers who have asked where some of my clothing items are from. I love the daily deals too!

Is there a glitch?? The app stopped working a few weeks ago. It keeps telling me to update. I have the latest update. Why won’t it work???

I’m guessing the latest update is glitching somehow. Every time I open it, it claims I don’t have the latest update and I do. So hopefully this get resolved, because my husband really hates this boutique and I clearly cannot live without it. Please let’s not disappoint him and fix the glitch 😉

This shop has the cutest styles out of any online/app boutique. They are so unique and the quality is great. However, shipping is hit or miss and customer service is not responsive which is very frustrating .

I love this shop, but for the past few weeks the app says I do not have the latest version so I can’t use it :(. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. I hope they can get it fixed soon!

I’ve tried several times and it will not download

Clothes are SO cute and typically tts but shipping takes an ABSURD amount of time. I had ordered some dresses for my husband’s graduation and other graduation-related events and they didn’t even come in time (weeks after placing my order) so I had to buy additional dresses from elsewhere.

I love shopping this place! They have everything. Keep up the good job.

I have shopped at Betsey’s for 5 years and I love how often new styles come out! By far my favorite shop!

The manager always knows what outfit for that perfect occasion. I love shopping there!

When you open the app it says to download the newest version of the app but there is no update available. It never loads anything.

App keeps crashing and doesn’t remember what was in my cart when I reopen it. I am getting very frustrated!

This app no longer works. It won’t update and therefore you can’t get past the Home Screen picture.

I cannot find the items I’ve selected or liked and I can’t find where I could purchase and it’s very frustrating… this a scam website!!!????
