I had the opportunity to purchase and acquire my first watch from Bezel last week. A Vacheron, 7900V Overseas, Dual Time, which was advertised as being produced in the year 2021, unworn, complete with box, papers, and two additional straps. I was skeptical because I was unaware of the Bezel organization. I researched Bezel and then made contact with Chris; he is the Concierge for Bezel, and apparently often the first contact one will have if there are written or verbal inquiries. He was outstanding. Extremely professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions which took several calls. He outlined the acquisition, authentication, and delivery process. Bezel is very interesting, because after they acquire the watch from the seller, they authenticate it’s veracity in-house. This involves more than just authenticating the actual watch; there are other databases, which they also utilize to make sure the watch has not been stolen etc. I was able to follow the acquisition, authentication process, and delivery through the app. The entire process was really first rate, and truly exceptional! I received the watch completely as advertised. There was a nice hand written letter from Chris; the watch was even set to the correct time, in my time zone, to include the date. I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc. I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!
I have been interested in watches for a very long time and like many others, I started my journey buying pieces in the lower price range. I knew I wanted to step up a bit into a more luxury-type brand but found myself very overwhelmed with the whole process. The app itself is a great concept and it has a great interface and is easy to use. However both times I’ve tried to purchase a watch through them they have told me the watch is no longer available and it had already been sold so essentially they are marketing watches that they don’t really have to sell. I get that they are a third party but you have to list only watches that you currently can sell to the consumer or it creates a negative consumer experience and for it to happen back to back on both watches I tried to purchase in a 3 month span is pretty bad. Down the road I think this will be a great app, but they need to fix some things obviously for the consumer to have a better experience.
I just purchased an “almost new” Rolex Yachtmaster from Bezel. I was a little worried about a relatively big purchase being done online - however their professionalism throughout and assurances as well as the ability to use credit cards (no fee!) was enough for me to try. I am 1000% happy with the watch, and the entire process was exactly what you would hope for with a professional watch purchase. The app is also terrific and their follow up is A+. I am a big fan now.

The authentication process ensures and legitimizes the purchase but I have to say that the biggest help was from my bezel ambassador Chris Benedetto. Got a great price, used affirm for delaying payments, watch was sent to authentication within 24 hours, and is being shipped to me within 48. They asked wrist size and already fit it to me personally. Not sure how you can beat this experience. Will use again, undoubtedly.

Today, I received my 2023 Datejust 41 deep blue fluted motif with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. I looked everywhere and no one had it. Bezel had 2. The Bezel team communicates very well and they stand by their watches as noted. I had a very minor issue with the seller and they corrected it prior to me knowing via their authentication process. I would buy another watch and plan to do so. Once the watch is authenticated they ship overnight

I have not bought a watch from the site so I can not speak to sales process, but the app itself needs a lot of improvement. You can’t zoom into pictures, there aren’t multiple pictures available, you can’t sort at all and a many other things. Hoping you guys figure it out.
