Well done game, fun, addictive

I have been playing this game for several weeks and really like it. I have cashed out once for $5 and it went well. I do feel as though “they” punish you for cashing out because I couldn’t win a game for over a week after cashing out but still enjoy the game enough to keep working it. Having moderate success overall Set your expectations low at making lots of money and enjoy the game. Overall a fun game I have trouble not playing while I drink my morning coffee.

No one ever replies

Again, please send me your email. You have asked me twice to email you in both responses, but you still forget to give me your email. How do you expect me to send you email if you don’t give it to me in your response. Please send email. Thank you Hello I read your response about you asking me to email you, however, you do not give me your email. And will you reply? Because I’ve sent you a few and never got a reply. Just an email stating that you’ve received my email and that you will reply. But never do. Please send me a good email to reply to you. Thank you kindly. Let me start off by saying that this is one of my top 3 games I love to play. The withdrawing process was fast and I love it. However, I withdrew money again today, since about 30 min ago and I still have not received it. I have also sent you 3 emails asking you questions regarding the game and it’s been about 3 weeks now and I still don’t get a reply. What I don’t like about the game is that when I spend a dollar so I can score points for the Trophy Royale tournament, which I’m happy to report that I’ve won them a few times, all the winnings that I won went in my account as bonus money. Why is that? I’m spending my money but what I win because bonus cash and I can’t cash out? I don’t think that’s fair at all. Other than that, I really love the game. So I hope you can fix that or I just might have to stop playing. Because my winnings should be able to be withdrawn. Thank you

Worst App

I played for a while and made some money. Got my husband into bingo and he downloaded the app as well. The last time I tried to withdrawal it would not let me. When I reached out to support they told me that it was against their terms to have more than one player in the same household. I reviewed their terms and this is not the case. The only thing it mentions about players being in the same household is players that live with the game developers or affiliates. They closed my account and my husbands. No option for one of us to delete and the other to continue playing (even though as I mentioned earlier, nowhere in their terms does it say we cannot both have an account, only states one account per person) I had over 200 dollars that I had won and my husband had quit a bit built up as well, that I’m sure went right into the developers pocket. What a scam. I wrote a dispute to support. Per there “terms” they are required to answer within 45 days. It’s been almost 2 months with no response. Very poor customer service and once you start willing money they will make up reasons to close your account. Also, you are required to put your address in when you signup. If they do not allow multiple accounts under one roof this should have been flagged and my husband should not have been allowed to signup. Instead they allowed him to win and withdrawal several times before kicking us both off the app.

Frustrating & Disappointing

Once I liked this application w 5 stars then it became harder and harder to even win. It hardly ever calls the numbers on the bingo card, but before I gave it 5 stars it was calling numbers on my bingo card. The time will run out on some games before I even have half my numbers called but before I gave it 5 stars it was giving numbers easily i rated the application it stopped throwing numbers out there my timer will be out before half the my numbers are filled seems like a catch to me especially if i would not rated it maybe I still have a decant chance I’ve lost more than anything after eating 5 stars so my decision is definitely not 5 stars. It also keeps telling me I need to turn my location which is on so then I can not play any of the games for money also this game sure does want to deposit, I’m not gonna deposit any money if I can not play a game w the money I did eventually make $1.00 w from different games. I do enjoy pls bingo but I don’t like being tricked I will see how much longer I can tolerate this game. I actually down loaded to give it shot not sure how long that is gonna last.

Technical issues

I’ve had several issues that haven’t been addressed, involving games using money. The game will freeze up midplay and cause you to lose. The last incident involved a $2.50 game, which I paid for, it lagged, and when it started, I only had 17 seconds to play the game, which of course resulted in a very low score, and a last place finish. I emailed tech support with no response. The glitches the game has will cause you to lose. I did like this game before, it did pay, but to feel a bit of unease before a game starts because of the glitches makes it hard to like it again. I’m always worried it’s going to bug out on me. UPDATE: Response time, although it took long, was well worth the wait. The company went above and beyond to help with the issue I had.

Don’t get this game it’s not worth it they are scammers let’s off by saying first they make you spend your cash first instead of say for instance you have $10 5 of it is bonus and the other 5 is cash they are gonna make you play your cash not they bonus credit/money when you win a tournament say of instance you win $45 and you cash out some how and way they will take $10 to $15 talking about it’s bonus money so u thought you $45 but they take money from that let’s not forget that when you sit at the table they already charge you a fee they think they are slick but they are not o yeah and once you cash out the bonus money they take back from you so you can’t cash out the bonus money even though you worked and played for it so if you do get this game don’t upload no money if anything play for free off the bonus money until you can cash out to what you want I am just here to share this information

Something changed

I have really enjoyed this game. The pace is just right and even though it had some glitches in the past (app crash when totaling lucky day scores for example), I was winning a little bit here and there to work my balance to over $200. But something has happened that I don’t get. After fixing the glitches and up dating I can’t seem to win anything. Like overnight I went from winning to losing with winning scores being 2-3 higher than mine. That never happened before, ever. So what changed? My bingo scores and mechanics are the same so what gives? I won’t play the money games until I figure out what happened. Have the rules changed? Have the bots taken over as they do just about everywhere? It was fun while it lasted but those times are gone.

BEWARE!

This is a scam just like probably all of them. They use bots. That’s why you’re always the first person to play. Amazing! Out of everyone in the world you’re always first! They need to know your score so the bot will surely win. Actually they’ve come up with another plan and you aren’t always first on this app but they’re still bots. You aren’t playing the same game with equally skilled players. It’s absolutely impossible for others to get such high scores! Not if they’re playing the same game. Can’t fill a card if only 4 numbers were called out. They must think we are that dumb! There’s a class action lawsuit on one of these. Same issue and they were caught using bots! Don’t waste your time or money. I did find a way to win a few more games though if anyone would like to know. After winning 2 in a row you will not win another for about 5 or 6 games. You lose so bad when you played so well. They are so blatant it’s crazy! Anyway, play your coins for several games so you only lose those. Then play for $$. You have a chance at winning. Now let’s see how long that continues to work after the creators read this. lol. Since you do read these please tell me why you must cheat and steal? You’re already making money on each game? Misleading

Well I downloaded the game thinking I was getting 20 dollars just for downloading like the app ad said and of course it was a scam. Thought it would be a good starting point to actually play money tournaments. I hate how the ads make it seem like you can win all this money but you really can’t unless you prolly lose most of the time and by the time you lose all that money the winnings don’t outweigh the loss. Also it’s pretty disappointing to see how you talk to your customers in other reviews. Not the greatest customer service if you ask me. I have never seen a company call someone vindictive. If you wanna make things right and give the 20 like the ad advertised I will write a better review and keep the game downloaded. If not then bye bye and I’m not gonna wait 2 months for you to make it right either.

Lost a loyal player…definitely playing bots now

I was a loyal player who spent tons of real money playing daily and winning. After the game began glitching and cheating constantly and never receiving a support response I’m done. The recent updates are suspicious went from being a top player in high stakes games to literally not being able to win a single game. You’re no longer able to really advance with tokens they have successfully taken away any incentive to play their game with legitimate competitors on the App Store. Screen record EVERY game because you will lose money when the game glitches frequently. I have well over 200 dollars invested in games that never took place due to the game not displaying any call numbers at all. Luckily I’ve screen recorded every match and have now contacted legal as I intend to recoup some of what I’ve lost.

Bait and switch

Used to be good. Now it’s very scammy. Suddenly went from winning small bits regularly to unable to win ever - and it’s always only me in results until suddenly there’s a bunch of people added at once who win. Like how likely is it that I’m the only one in a game waiting for others to join for an hour, and suddenly there’s 9 other people all at once? And on top of that, going from winning regularly to winning never literally overnight - on a night they definitely adjusted their system because there were bugs while they did it. There’s more as well. Basically, once you win, they set you up to lose imo. They are prompt about payout so I didn’t go full single star. But it’s a shame, this used to be my favorite.

Scam! Plain and simple

Be aware that after making a withdrawal they won’t allow you to win any more free tournaments. I was able to collect bonus cash on a daily basis by playing free tournaments. With that bonus cash I played a tournament for a fee and I won the first prize. However, I could only withdraw a percentage of the total prize, and if I did it, the rest of the money and the additional bonus cash were forfeited. I knew these were the rules and I withdrew the small amount they allowed. That’s when I noticed that I wasn’t able to collect more bonus cash by playing free tournaments anymore. I have been playing three consecutive days and not able to win even one free tournament, when before the withdrawal, I was winning most of them. The tournaments are manipulated! Total scam!

No payout

While this has been one of my favorite Bingo app games to play, upon my first withdrawals I never received payout. I recognize you’re always taking a gamble with these types of apps but I didn’t have an issue with other Bingo apps I’ve used consistently. I waited four weeks from the time of requesting withdrawal to my PayPal account, deposited more money to keep playing, with good faith and did not receive a payout. I contacted customer support and did not receive an email back beyond the request which stated not to email again and they would get to my email in the order received. The game is fun but do not expect to actually withdraw your money or hear from customer service. Use bonus money or coins only.

Hmm

My issue is with the certain prize pool games, I’m receiving the same card, I’m supposedly put against people with that card, the card has only ten numbers called out of all the numbers being called, and it is the same exact numbers and order of numbers. If the card was the same but the numbers called in each game were different, that would make it fair, but to recall the same exact numbers using the same exact card , that has no way of winning, is not at all a fair game. I can hear when the order of numbers being called is the same as the last round. I can provide the screenshots , I’m working on an way to let you hear what I mean. Also it’s the same names as top player .

Frustrating bug

This game was fun and much better than other bingo games because you can earn money without depositing. However, I’ve encountered a frustrating bug that’s made it almost unplayable. At some point I selected an option to earn playing cards. Since then that has become my default screen. Sometimes I can switch and start a game but other times it cycles between that and ads and I can’t play. Other times the game freezes on the card screen and has to be restarted. It’s become super annoying and the game is no longer enjoyable. I emailed to report the bug but there was no response.

Fun game but still waiting on money withdrawal

I am out of work due to health issues and am appealing an insurance company. This game gave me a chance to not focus on it for a while. The only problem I have is that even though it is claimed that you will get the money transferred to Paypal, I am still waiting although I was told 3 weeks ago it would be in my account in 3-7 days (if I remember the time frame). I was really hoping to get the money and ended up with a family tragedy while waiting. Payment is definitely not as quick as promised. I’m beyond hoping it will come and hope I don’t lose my car or get evicted while appealing the insurance company.

Bonus cash!!!!

Love this game! I’ve lost some money up here and I’ve won some, actually won more than I lost and that never happens on other bingo apps but my first deposit I deposited 5 dollars and they gave me 10 extra dollars for my first deposit! It’s really an awesome game and then I got an email today stating that they would give me bonus cash for my 5 star review or feedback! Who can beat that? Keep up the great work Bingo star! So funny.

I downloaded this game just to leave a review. Before I ever download a game I always check out the reviews first. I absolutely love how whoever is replying back to the reviews is commenting. lol. Talk about putting people who are trying to get down on the game in their places. Not to mention half of them acting like a two year old not getting their way. Good job. All of these games are the same! Tells you that you can win money and withdraw it and you don’t have to pay out any money!!! Lies all lies !! Every game has wanted me to pay to play and this one took money from me saying it was depositing money for my wins , when in reality it was taking money from me stealing from me!!! Shame on you!!! All of these games are the same! Not paid, and not answered.

Well, I was thoroughly enjoying this game until I made a withdrawal 2 weeks ago…. I have contacted support numerous times, through the app, but never got a response. Then suddenly I go to log in, and the app made me start over, I tried to log in with my phone number and it says, “user not found” but then when I start over, and try to save my NEW account it says, “a user with that phone number already exists” and so it repeats. And so now, I cannot even see the withdrawal, (even though I did take screenshots in case something like this happened) not log into my old account or save new one. I just want my withdrawal and for someone to contact me so we can resolve this! Thank you.

I used to love this game ,until a few times I noticed that in the higher paying games when I finished I was in first place with only 1 person out of 7 left playing so everyone’s score was posted and I was in first place so I knew that only if the last person left playing submitted and beat my score I would at least get second place and then when I went back all the sudden I was in third with still one person left I thought that a few times before today I had seen this before and it left me suspicious but today I was positive that it happened and now I know that they manipulated the game and basically ripped me off so I am deleting this game because of this utter bull$&!?

Long Withdrawal Times

Normally, you guys have been paying out each withdrawal I’ve made within the “2-14 business day” window. However, I’ve made a withdrawal for $75 on June 24th, 2023 and I have yet to receive it or any update about it since. I’ve emailed you guys through the app several times and still no word and it’s been very frustrating. Awesome Game Company, Possibly

Bingo Stars has always done what they said about everything the game entails. Bingo Stars is one of two very fave games. However, I earned a wee bit of cash and it hadn’t been credited to my account; been more than 14 days. I now has $15 in earning a buy can’t withdraw any of it because a gray square pops up and tells me I can’t withdraw while another one is pending. Is this a ploy by Bingo Stars that after you teach a certain amount they won’t credit you any more? I am baffled quite frankly and would love for this to be corrected.

Game you pay for

This game has a pattern, it’s pretty obvious how they set you up to win or lose. It will share the highest score of the day after your game, to which you will find you scored less than someone who supposedly scored higher than the highest score of the day. It doesn’t pay you any wins. Bingo is not a skill based game. Bingo is based on the right draw and I watch the numbers like a hawk, and get all the numbers drawn on my board, yet I have lost $40. It’s a fun game, just know that you will never win anything because they own the draw and they claim Bingo is a “skill-based” game which contradicts everything about a legitimate Bingo game.

Lags super bad

Leaving 5 stars so that it hopefully gets put out there faster so everyone knows. Started playing about an hour ago and it lags super bad. Try and enter a game and you have to keep trying over and over just to get into it and after you play a game you lose points or money whatever because it lags so it doesn’t complete the game like it should other than that it’s a fun game.

Freezing /Flashing

I really like this app for the most part. I’ve reached out at least 3-4x already because of the app flashing or freezing. Todays the first time I play one of the higher games and the app closes when it reloads says my game is over with 0 points. Now if the game didn’t cost me 44 dollars I wouldn’t care as much but that’s not fair and it wasn’t even 15 minutes. I’m hoping I hear back because this isn’t the first time I lose money due to the app but this time it was a larger amount of money so I hope this gets someone’s attention.

Annoying

I’d give the game a 5 star if the withdrawal would refresh 🙄 it says that it’s on “hold” because you can’t withdraw until the last one has gone through. I won $20 and tried to withdraw and it never did. I reached out and they apologized for the mess up and put $5 in my app. But I have money waiting to “cash out” and it’s still not letting me do so. Haven’t officially withdrawn any money. So we’ll see what happens. I’ll come back for a 5 star review if I’m able to withdraw anything.

BOTS IN THE GAME!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The way this game works is everyone basically plays the same game. You get extras based on how fast you hit the buttons. The last 4 games, including money games, I have received scores under 10,000 points. But I’ve been beaten by what I presume to be bots who have gotten over 39,000 pts for the same game. In order to get that score, you have to get a coverall with over 30 seconds to spare. The last game I didn’t get a single bingo. So, in playing the exact same game, someone else got a coverall with 30 seconds to spare and I didn’t get a single bingo with the numbers popping up at the same rate? This is a scam or has been taken over by scammers.

DO NOT GET THIS SCAM APP

SCAM They steal all of your money. This is completely rigged. You are playing against robots. They take half of what you’ve earned just to play and then you typically lose. You cannot even withdraw all the money that you make using the app. And they cost you to withdraw as well. They also take the additional money that they call bonus money from you - supposedly additional money you when using the app but not actually playing bingo - once you withdraw even though you can’t actually withdraw that, but once you withdraw the cash that you can collect the bonus money they take from your account so you are back to zero. Fun game

I’ve been playing for a few days and am having fun playing I’m not sure how the whole deposit situation is though. After reading lots of reviews on these kind of apps you never know if they actually pay out or what. I can say that even though the bonus cash is nice I’d rather NOT have it since it seems like a way to not pay what you win.

Have not been able to withdrawal in 6 weeks

A little while ago I submitted a withdrawal request. The game said that the withdrawal was submitted but did not take any of the funds out of my playing account. Thought it was a glitch that would get worked out so I paused from playing until it was fixed. About a week later the situation was corrected and I started playing again. Since then the withdrawal has been pending. I have not been able to withdrawal my current winnings because the last withdrawal that I sent has been processing for 6 WEEKS!

$50 Glitch

I played the $50 game & my score was I think it was 13,000 somewhere in that range & definitely not what was given as a final score. My card was nearly full maybe 2 or 3 spots was empty AND I had the 2X. Well when the game was over my score was in the 2000s & I was given $8. Usually I don’t have any issues with this game but this is a BIG deal. I sent a message to support & now I’m waiting to get a response. I believe these games are recorded so they should be able to see the error on their end & correct it.

I think it’s perfect if you wanna make a little cash on the side but there’s other apps then this that you can win more on and bet/pay more on with what you have or what you add on your game account to win l. Where’s my cash out

Good Game Except for one thing.

I like this game it’s really fun and easy to play better than Pocket7games, but every time I play the tokens game, I end up in second place. What the heck is going on? Are those players cheating or is it some kind of bot to make it impossible to score that high and steal my spot? You need to treat your players fairly, what you’re doing is wrong! You don’t make bots and steal the player’s first place spot when they worked hard for it, YOU DON’T DO THAT EVER!

First of all, don’t tell me how sorry you are that I feel this way. This game is and very obviously a scam! If you win a few cents you have to register before you can get it. No other game that I play or have played does that. If ever I happen to win enough to cash out then I will register. I don’t give out my information that easily! Confused

Can somebody tell me why this is happening.. I played the 1$ fee to win 4 dollars but ever time I’m in first place and get get 2 dollars and the second place has 1.50…I try hard to be first but only 2 dollars I profit.. when I play 20 token to get 110 token it again gives me less.. I’m in first again and they give me 60 tokens so I’m confused at this point… it’s like the money that you can win they’ll take half of that… so wrong… it’s already asking for deposit when I have money in there already.. Unfair payout system.

Okay so I have this app and the solitaire one. I’ll give an example of my issue (which I have wrote them multiple times about with no reply back). For example: I had 2.67$ in my account, played 2 rookie games for 1$ each. That left my account at .67.. I proceeded to win 3.50$ in those 2 games. Checked my Withdrawable balance and it was only 1.70$ when it should have been 3.50$. Now that’s just one incident.. I won 20$ the other day and my withdrawable balance was 7$ it’s absolutely unfair and they are falsely advertising their payout system.

What I think about this game

This is not like the fake games that you see where you can never get the payment you are promised. This starts off telling you that you are in control of your money and stays that way through the whole game. They don’t hide the start money from you and when you win you get the money in your hand.

Refuse to pay withdrawal or respond

DON’T play this game if you expect to get a payout. I submitted a withdrawal and 2 days later got an email demanding a copy of my drivers license, utility bill and a selfie with me holding my ID and a piece of paper with the game name and date. Although I thought that the demands were ridiculous I complied and still have not received my money. They will not answer my numerous emails. It has now been 5 days. There is no reason it takes 5 days to send $ to PayPal. This game appears to be fixed too so that once you make a withdrawal request you will not win another game. SCAM - still no payout or response!

Misleading

This game is very misleading. “Deposit” means a deposit to THEIR bank (the money you use to play the game). Getting cashed out takes up to 10 days (I don’t know, I’m still waiting and have not been cashed out). When I realized my mistake of assuming deposit meant to cash out to my personal account, and it instead took money from me, I went to appropriately cash out to get my money back (which you have to read the fine print to do) and they charge a fee to do so. Horrible. They make it appear you have a chance at winning but it just takes your money. Robs you blind.

Can’t get logged back in

This is an awesome game has been my all time favorite till recently I got logged out of my account due to technical issues during game play, now I can not get logged back in to my account because there is no way of updating my phone number that has recently been changed I’ve contacted customer support several several times over this issue and still have not gotten it resolved yet….other than this issue it’s a great great game!!

Teaser

So I dropped $10 in and played 5 hands. I’m no expert , but know enough that I was robbed. Never remotely came close to a full house. Never calls the corner numbers. Winds you down thinking all right I might pull this off. But 2 numbers ( especially corners ) away and counts down to nothing. Can’t say I even had a game with all 4 corners marked. Maybe just me, but I’d think I’d pull 1 win out. Nope. False hope. Don’t get excited about a match your sure to win, as plenty of times left. Tick tick those numbers never get called. Great game

I’ve played a lot of these games this is the first one I’ve actually been able to withdraw my winnings from and not told to deposit the same amount I’m trying to withdraw like others. The only issue is that they charge you dollar of what your withdrawing it’s not much so no big deal I’m just happy to find an app that actually pays out

No internet?

I got good at this game. I have cashed out around $30 without depositing a cent. Now, overnight, the game keeps saying I don’t have an internet connection. I deleted the app, redownloaded, it asks me to resign in, and as soon as I put my phone number in, it says no internet connection again. I’m assuming they didn’t like me winning free money and blocked my account. I assure you I have perfect internet. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to redownload the app. Was very pleased with the game until now. My suggestion is to never put money into this app as they can take it away from you at anytime.

Not the right sex apparently

I just saw an ad that said this game was for women to make money. Funny. I am a man and downloaded it but haven’t really played it. I will now uninstall it because it is a tool of the gender war designed elevate women over men and give them special rights. If the company is serious about it being a game for everyone, they will end their ugly sexist ad campaign.

I withdrew $30 and they never sent it to my paypal. Contacted support 4 days ago and today they email me saying they need a picture of my ID, a picture of my utility bill and a selfie of me holding my ID with a sign that says “for lucky day” that’s absolutely ridiculous!! EDIT: I see the developer responded. I never said I was leaving the game. I just want the money issue resolved. I’ve emailed back and asked if the money can be deposited back to my game since I’m not comfortable sending all my personal info in and it’s been 2 weeks with no response. Replying to developer- No I have not received my withdrawal.

I just started this game. I don’t know yet enough about it too be able to give an honest report so I will hold off until I have a better knowledge of this game. The graphics are beautiful. The characters are cute very entertaining so far. Will post later with more details, I hope everyone enjoys it. I always love to see new games.

Don’t expect to win any real money

Been playing for a week now. Did not pay into it to see if you could actually win some money. I’m now up to $4.80 but I am only allowed to withdraw $1.42 and there is a $1 withdrawal fee. You can play the coin games just for fun which I do like but don’t expect to win a dime out of this game without paying a lot into it then being charged to get your money hopefully within the 2-14 day processing time. Probably deleting since it’s a scam like most of these cash games going around.

Didn’t receive my withdrawal

This app was one of my favorite app back in days and everything is working so good fairly opponents and money withdrawal is also quick but i made my last withdrawal on march 18th its like 30 dollars but i haven’t received until now i been sending them emails no one ever got back to me from there support team I didn’t even got any single reply of email since that day i never played it back. Experience with support team is really bad for me i still have my money stuck in there app. I hope you guys will do better. Thankyou
