This Wallet is Amazing

This is simply turning out to be my “go to” wallet when saving or transferring huge funds! Every transaction happens flawlessly thanks to the simple design! But there is still MUCH room for improvement! 1- There is a bug that somehow still isn’t fixed. This bug makes the bottom UI disappear so I have to close my application and relaunch it every time to make it go away. 2- It would be great if you made the bitcoin purchases simpler. I feel like I have to go through soooooo many verifications and steps just to buy bitcoin(I get that it’s for security reasons, but it would be great if you tried to find any room for improvement to make it an easier and better purchase experience).

Terrible, be very weary

This app can be a scam. Be very careful because if you download this app on a device and try to download it from the cloud it will corrupt and you will have no access to anything in your wallet. The developers will then tell you your assets in the wallet are no longer available to you. You lose everything, be sure as soon a you download the app immediately back it up and get the 12 words to explore, they will not tell you this since it is a way for them to get free crypto in there app. Very disappointed and would give them negative stars if available. I have a wallet that has quite a bit of assets that I have been told is lost forever, I can look at the currency, but can not ever access it again though I have the wallet ID which is like a account #. Terrible customer service. It is funny that the developer says the recommend people back up, it should be a requirement if they have no ability to access without the back up. This app plays the part of not being able to help when in reality they have the ability to see there is a wallet with currency in it, but can not help the end user access. This is the only app that it is not good enough to set up an account with a solid password. After that have put your currency in their app then and only then do they tell you a back up is necessary and that could very likely be too late. Again -5 stars, pick a better app. Will recommend every one I speak with to use another wallet. They are scam artists.

I am completely dumbfounded

I wanted to see is this would be a good wallet, so I decided to try it out. I am always looking to find the best wallet for me. So i use several depending on what I am doing will depend on which wallet I use. I decided to try this one out. I bought some bitcoin through them which was expensive won’t do that again. Then I sent the bitcoin right away. This was THREE DAYS AGO! And it’s still not confirmed on the block chain. I’ve never had it take this long out of the thousands of transactions I’ve done through many different wallets. My other wallet I am using I’ve sent probably 20 transactions today, all of them were confirmed in under 10 mins. I sent a lot of them to the same destination as this one. The others went through. This one going on day 4 now still says unconfirmed. The best part is, the transaction fee for my other wallet was less than half of this one. In reached out to customer service, they said the speed depends on the transaction fee, higher the fee faster the transaction. Well I paid twice what I normally pay and it’s been 3 days going on 4?!? They have got to be just pocketing the transaction fees, it’s the only thing that makes sense. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

Used to be good

The wallet itself is really good, and I use to love that I was able to buy bitcoin from these people since they are more close to the original people who created bitcoin, so I trusted them a lot more than other websites. And I noticed people complained about them advertising BCH so much but it was never a problem for me to just switch to BTC if you wanted too. However recently they stopped supporting my region and I can’t buy bitcoin anymore from here and forced to buy bitcoin from there local side of there website. So I thought it would be okay since I trusted them before, and the first offer I did I got scammed and lost my 1K and support told me that all they can do is banned them and can’t recover my funds. So just warning people if your region is not supported do no use there local side to buy bitcoin, those people on there will say anything just to get your money. Other than that I still use the wallet.

Great all-purpose Bitcoin wallet

Most importantly, it works great as a wallet. I have used it for a long time and made many transactions with people of all experience levels. There are simpler wallets like Yenom that also work well if you want absolute minimalism. It works out of the box but has a lot of configuration options if you want them: - hide balance - alternate currency - additional pin lock - audit wallets - built-in shapeshift - probably more Regarding security, your seed phrase stays in your phone and you can back it up to paper if you want to. it walks you through seed phrase protection issues before showing it to you. It should go without saying but never install a crypto wallet on a rooted phone. Expect your money to disappear eventually if you do. Beware of all the wacky bad reviews. I have used this app and seen it improve over time. It was pretty good when it was first released and it is great now. It has never been bad, a scam or any other claims like that. Unfortunately there is a kind of war going on in crypto and the company that makes this wallet is the target of a lot of unwarranted hate.

Kiss your money goodbye!

They are great at taking your money, but getting it back is nearly impossible. They make it that way on purpose. That way they earn interest on the money you pay. Then when you try to pull it out, there are only a couple places you can do it. And most states don’t support moonpay which is the only easy option. They have held my money whole bitcoin has been going down and i cant withdraw it. Already lost 50% since i tried to get it out because of this app! And support is vague and useless telling you what you already know and taking days to respond... again on purpose so they can keep your money longer... oh unless you’re asking how to deposit money... then they’re magically very efficient! And finally, the app is not intuitive at all. It os difficult to navigate and doesn't make much sense without eatching several tutorials.

Best BCH/BTC Wallet

I’ll try to keep this short and simple. This is the best wallet in my opinion to use when it comes down to securing your Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, or Bitcoin. Your wallet is never shared to the developers and you ultimately remain in control of your money. If the developers ever read this, thank you for what you do. Keep providing documentation to new users to avoid bad reviews (it’s not your fault for the bad reviews, people just don’t backup their keys). Thanks to you, the developers, you’re changing the world and empowering new people like me to get into crypto. Mass adoption is right around the corner!

Amazing wallet that keeps getting better

Thanks for all the continuous improvements to this app!! It keeps getting better and better. This is, hands down, our favorite Bitcoin Cash wallet for iOS. And the complete redesign of the app as of version 6.x is INCREDIBLE. We love it. It's soooo incredibly fast now, and the new interface is a million times better than the old interface! :) We have tried sooo many wallet apps, and none of them compare to this one. Thanks for creating this wallet. Love love love.

There is racism

I used this app two years ago and bought some coins without any problems. Now I tried to buy more coins, I did everything right but they keep declining my transactions. I emailed them ( Moon customer service or whatever they are called) and I got this message “ We are writing to inform you that we are unable to accept your transaction in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please reference section eight should you have additional questions in this update to your account.” I think they are racist and they don’t want to provide services to people coming from this country. Hello you are not doing this for free. But it’s ok I already found alternative and won’t need this app no more except to transfer the coins I bought two years ago.

Don’t use this wallet, I was scammed

This wallet has some major security flaws. I’ve used over 20 different crypto wallets without issue but this one was hacked and my funds stolen. I contacted support but they don’t seem to care. This app is totally unacceptable. I deposited BTC and 2 hrs later the funds where sent out to hackers. How could this happen? My phone was in my possession the whole time! After the funds where received / completed I didn’t look at the app until 10 hrs later thinking everything was ok. Nope someone accessed my funds and sent them to themselves. Unbelievable but true. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Worst crypto I’ve ever used and the developers don’t even seem to care. Use any other wallet and don’t risk this compromised app or you may be very sorry you did. You’ve been warned.

Logged Me Out

For some reason I went to look at my wallet and I was asked to sign in as if I just opened the app. I didn’t. I’ve had it for a month however after I was logged off of the app I signed back in and all my bitcoins where gone. And now the wallet it gave me is not my original one. I go to my original email and look at the CASH in my Bitcoin wallet and it’s there but all the bitcoins are gone. How does this even happen??? Try Coinbase if your going to use bitcoin. You can even cash them out into your bank account instantly if your in the USA. This app here won’t allow you to cash out you bitcoin into cash like Coinbase will. I’m trying to completely close my Bitcoin profile because my atm card info is on there and I can’t get into my original wallet. I dislike this app.

Scam Alert, Don’t Trust the 5-Star Reviews

Please, if you are reading this, I am trying to help you. I don’t want you to fall for this scam. Roger Ver, the creator of Bcash (Bitcoin Cash, BCH), wants you to buy Bcash instead of Bitcoin. Bcash is not Bitcoin. BCH is not BTC. Please understand that the creator of this app and the owner of Bitcoin dot com is trying to trick you into buying BCH instead of Bitcoin. True Bitcoin has the ticker symbol BTC, not BCH. Do your research, there are much better wallet apps than this. Although using a cryptocurrency wallet app on your phone is insecure, and you shouldn’t do it except for small amounts. If you do want to use or require a wallet app on your phone, just don’t pick this one. There are many scammy or insecure wallet apps, so make sure you pick a good one. I won’t shill you another wallet app, as that’s not my goal. Just stay from this scam, seriously. Also, there are much cheaper ways to buy Bitcoin. The Cash App from Square currently has one of the lowest % fees for buying Bitcoin, although it is not a “wallet.” Cash App is a fiat mobile payments app like Venmo that also lets you buy and withdraw Bitcoin, and only Bitcoin. No scam cryptocurrencies to confuse you!

Total trash

The security on the wallet itself is garbage but that's not the worst part. The app is more of an advertising forum for the app developer to get paid than anything else. I get it, developers need to be paid, but this is ridiculous. Their faucet is a scam. You have to solve a captcha to get the trickle of btc. You solve the captcha and get a couple satachi and the developer gets paid for you solving the captcha. That's how bitcoin faucets work. But this one says payments to your region are maxed out, after you solve the captcha. But the developer still gets paid. I call shenanigans. The rest of the site is year old blogs or someone trying to sell you something. Whoever wrote the blogs wouldn't pass a freshman English comp course at a community college. Really, it's embarrassing. This app is a joke.

Faked market prices

I bought $410 worth of Bitcoin from them recently. The market price was in the 29K. That’s what it told me on the app before purchasing. On the receipt, it said I had gotten $410 minus an $8 fee. When it hit my account minutes later, I only had gotten $365. I checked my receipt and in the receipt and only in the receipt did it tell me that they sold to me for a price in the 32K! This is nowhere near the price or what they said it was! Because of that I got less shares and I lost money! I had to buy more to complete the amount I originally needed and it happened again. Scammed me by selling at a fake price and not telling you until you can’t do anything about it!

DO NOT USE

This app is highly deceptive. It guides the user into buying Bitcoin Cash over the real Bitcoin. With the amount of green on this app, it’s pretty obvious that this was a bad download from the beginning. Bitcoin cash is trash. That’s why nobody uses it. DO NOT TRUST THIS WALLET OR WEBSITE. Bitcoin on this app has higher fees, uses an older form of bitcoin when there are much more effective versions of it and again, it’s guiding and not straight forward on how to buy the real bitcoin. There are better places to educate yourself on bitcoin and also the best place to buy Bitcoin is on Cash App. Look it up and enjoy finally buying REAL bitcoin. Don’t be tricked! There are many scams and angry bag holders trying to dump their alt coins on the next sucker.

Amazing platform

This is one of the easiest platforms to buy, sell and swap cryptos. It takes a lil longer to receive the coins into your wallet on initial purchase than some of the other sites but the payment option flexibility they provide is second to none. And customer service is extremely helpful and respond very quick

My Favorite Wallet By Far

There are a lot of low-blow reviews about this wallet, claiming its “misleading” because it offers support for BCH and BTC, and that somehow people are being “tricked”. That’s ridiculous. The fact this is, this wallet is the quickest to set up and start using, making it my preferred wallet when setting someone up for the first time. No email signup, no writing down the mnemonic phrase before you even get started. Quick, Clean, and Simple.

Great App

One thing I really wish they would improve on is the way you purchase Bitcoin Cash or Bitcoin through them. It seems to lengthy and annoying. If they can simplify the process just like Coinbase or perhaps make it even better, I think that will propel this app to another level. That is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Please compete with Coinbase so they are not the only source we have to rely on for fast and convenient crypto purchases. Thank You!

App crashes wont open

So the app wont open right, they made me register an email, verification process name etc etc, so i bought bitcoin then after like 30 minutes i got it, so the app now crashes and theres no way it will open, tried 20x ans still wont open, me thinking that my email and verification thing will save my bitcoin on my wallet i uninstalled it, re installed it and then oops its all 0. Asking u right after u open the app to buy bitcoin, no log in no nothing, then talked to agent named MATTHEW AND ALL HE WAS SAYING is if you dont have the 12 word phrase your money is gone. Gone . Gone. Didnt help at all just said its gone no way to recover no nothing. Thats it. Gone.

Absolutely terrible

I am early in my crypto trading experience, and this was a huge headache. I only downloaded this app to buy a meme coin for quick profits. The fees In this app was nearly 14% after one buy and sell. This app does not support the vast majority of coins. Overall I’m very unhappy that I lost nearly 14% of my investment in an hour all because they charged large fees for me to buy, then within an hour sell Bitcoin for the same price. If I would have know upfront that this app does not support buying and selling he coins I wanted to trade, I would have never downloaded it. 100% would not recommend this app.

Run from this app!!!

It cost me $200 to learn there are 2 different Bitcoins. BCH and BTC! So I sent money from this app to another web site. The place where I sent the Bitcoin does not accept BCH. Now no one can get my $200 back to me. So I’m out $200. So after my first experience with Bitcoin I’m I am done with it. Hope I save someone the trouble and money that I went through.

Do not transfer out they steal your money without any transaction proof

Hello all, recently I tried to withdraw a percentage of my bitcoin and transfer it to my bank. Bitcoin and moon pay both confirmed that the money was deposited about a week later the money disappears and it is neither in my bitcoin nor my moon pay wallet. I contacted both companies bitcoin never responded to me never looked into the situation I sent at least three emails and no response. Moon pay denied every pain and did notEven try to help me I’m strongly considering hiring a lawyer so we can take through all their files to find my missing bitcoin.

Yikes... Definitely exaggerates bitcoin price

First and foremost bitcoin is at 10,3xx so the fact that I put in $70 and it said it was 10,799 but then changes in price by a smaller amount depending on what u want to buy I’d hilarious. Also no way to send ur purchase directly to another wallet so you get two HIGH fees just to buy and send in the same go round. So not only do you get LESS bitcoin than you purchase (intentional on their part) but you’re also getting double taxed. Cost me about $10+ just to buy and send a measly $70 just to not even get the real amount you are purchasing. Super trash. Get a real wallet or use CASH APP well before this.

1 lifetime pending confirmation. 2 Horrible customer support ( they don’t respond you for hours) If i will be lucky enough to get my money. I promise that will be matter of milliseconds to delete this app. Also i have to see psychiatrist for six months to recover from this horrible experience.

Don’t do it

I fell for it to .. they take you money then don’t let you get it back or transfer your page to MoonPay who will definitely rip you off !There is no one you can call or no one to contact if you need something just a restarted AI that don’t know anything but do you want to buy or sell it’s the only words that it knows. So I just deleted my account with my money in there because MoonPay won’t sell because get this my phone number is the same on both accounts well isn’t it supposed to be ? And I’m the criminal!

Stole before I could enter info

I deposited 1k after downloading the app. I have other wallets I wanted to move some funds into. Before I could paste an address, it instantly sent 5.78 to an unknown place. It was confirmed three times and it was gone. I then had a person I know who has expertise in crypto confirm that it was evident that it was taken without my consent or control and they moved the remainder of my balance out. I would discourage anyone from considering this app. I will never use this app again. It’s the only one that’s deliberately deceptive.

Pretty great, especially for BCH

A lot of wallets overcharge transaction fees because they use an algorithm tiered towards BTC. BCH transactions can be made much cheaper than BTC at the moment. This wallet does not overcharge transaction fees like other wallets (BRD) and works pretty well. There are a few times when the bottom navigation buttons disappear and I have to reload the app, but overall it’s the best BCH wallet I’ve found.

One really bad problem

Overall the app is pretty good for a first wallet ,but there’s one problem which can be really annoying. You can’t chose the amount of inputs your transaction is based on which can bump the fees up to higher than the transaction. If they fixed this one problem it would be a really good app. I would not recommend it for anyone who’a gonna make multiple transactions.

Great Wallet! recent purchase issue

This was the first Wallet I really found trustworthy but today it will not allow me to purchase BTC after I enter the email it says not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Orgin. Moonpay has otherwise ALWAYS been reliable thank you for that

No password is required ??

Every other thing is good with this app but the issue I have with the app is: I’ve been searching for the password form but I couldn’t find it so I thought maybe it knows my device in a way that if I uninstall the app and reinstall it will bring out the exact previous wallet so I tried that but it brought out different wallet entirely, my question is how do I recover my coins even with my private keys if I happen to misplace my phone or if it got spoilt etc

Horrible (Do not Use)

Do not use, would not recommend to my worst enemy. They say it usually takes 30-2 hours but on rare occasions may take 10 hours. That is a lie the norm is 10 hours plus. However they make sure to remove the money from your bank account immediately of course. When you contact customer support they claim it’s because it is your first transaction. This again is a lie I’ve done 3 bitcoin transactions with them without fail takes upward of 10 hours. This is the only place I’ve tried to buy bitcoin that takes this long haven’t even had any other company take half as long as they do. If you want to have no idea where your money is and deal with nonexistent lying customer service go ahead, as for me I am never using their platform again.

Upgrade

I recently upgraded the app and now when I open the app it crashes and closes on its own within a couple mins. I have tried restarting my phone, closing and reopening the app but nothing works.

Change my password

Why is it every time I try to go to my profile it won’t let me go to my profile it says you guys have an issue and it won’t open the page? I’ve been wanting to change my password. In all it does is open for a second give an error message and go back to the original page I was at.

Scam - DO NOT Download this app!!!

If you have crypto currency with this app, try to transfer it out IMMEDIATELY!!!, because, when you make a transfer to your account using moon pay, they will say it was successful and your money will show a zero balance on the app, and it’s transferring to your bank account. Meanwhile, your bank account won’t reflect the added funds from your crypto account. Also, you can’t reach customer support if you have an issue with fraud. Please, stay clear of this.

Wouldn’t recommend

I recently downloaded this app to convert & sell Bitcoin like other apps in the past. First off there is no way to contact anyone involved with the app. I was able to send one email & have yet to get a response. The online chat constantly says “something went wrong” & I need to speak with someone regarding a transaction. I lost $2k on here by submitting two transactions & only receiving one. Unprofessional to have a business & no point of contact. Only faqs… be careful

Total Scam

This is a scam company that is trying to get rich by stealing people’s money. Both their network and gas fees are insane. Be careful before putting your money in there. It will stuck there forever because you won’t be willing to pay a 20+% fee of the amount you are trying to withdraw or send. I was trying to get out my $100 but it would cost me an extra $28 to get my money. In addition, sending Crypto from BTC to BTC cost a lot. I would go with CashApp if anyone is willing to buy BTC.

Would not recommend, thousands of $ in price differences.

This app uses a third party to make it possible to purchase Bitcoin. The two companies either do not really talk to each other in real time or there is a intentional lag in the system where $ per Bitcoin is shown at one value but is substantially higher when you go to purchase your Bitcoin; in my case $2000+ price difference. Not happy with the answers I was given from customer service. I will not be using this app in the future.

High fees poor service and difficult to view your own history

This app charges high transaction fees and when a problem arises can’t even do the job you are paying these fees for. I bought crypto and it took over 3 hrs to process with no help or indications on their part. I would def recommend another service there have got to be better apps that will ensure you have access to the money you have and won’t assist in theft of your currency.

Fantastic Wallet

I was resigned to waiting up to an hour on a good day for bitcoin to arrive in my wallets. Then I found bitcoin cash. This is everything I want from a crypto currency: fast transactions for spending, intuitive wallet for mobile transactions, and appreciating value over time for personal savings. Perfection.

Not sure if it’s a scam or not

I downloaded this wallet and then purchased some BTC through their website, it has been almost 7 hours and I have not received any cryptocurrency, but I was charged immediately. I tried emailing them and they mentioned that they aren’t responsible for 3rd parties even though I bought through their website. Not sure what’s going on exactly

Best wallet... if you have the ability to read.

If you can’t tell there is a difference between the terms bitcoin cash and bitcoin... this app is not for you. Nor is any cryptocurrency... or anything that requires reading. Once you become literate, come back to this wallet app. Best wallet app for both bitcoin and bitcoin cash.

I love this app.. good Customer service 5 star..My first two transactions was a little bit uneasy due to the verifications but after the verification’s I’m using the app smoothly now without any problems.. I recommend this app it’s very good.. love it ❤️❤️❤️

Ignore the Haters -Great Wallet App

Despite the numerous negative reviews trying to pursued people from this app, it’s actually a great app with lots of functionality and a great UI, and I’ve used it almost daily for over a year now... Just give it a try and make your own opinion, you’ll see it’s a great wallet and app.

Awesome customer support!

As a beginner to crypto I wasn’t aware the wallet I was using no longer supported my coin. My funds were gone. Within 15 min of contacting customer support. They responded. With their advice, I was able to recover all my lost funds!

Just as slow and crappy as all the others!

This is my second review, whatever I said before - I take out all back! They are so sore snot making transactions and although I have been making purchases and they were doing well months ago-they turned out to be just like all the other apps-don’t expect to get your Bitcoin (off you are lucky) the next day. Fees are ridiculous and don’t pay the upgrade fees for faster - it is a lie! I can’t leave zero- but I would!

Stay AWAY!!!

This app is a piece of sh**. Bought 50$ of Bitcoin received 48$ and paid 63$ including fees.... when I sent 50 my Bitcoin to my Online stock trading account and I only received 39$. 10$ in fees for such a small transaction !? This company is based in Malta not very secure. Ontoo of the fees I received another fee for an international transfer which I was not aware of. Seriously this app is a crap please stay away. These other reviews that are saying it’s good are lies. JUST GET COINBase this thing is terrible!!

Update gone bad

The app jus recently updated. After it updated I noticed a substantial amount was taken from my acct with out my knowledge. Usually they send me a email every time I send or receive Bitcoin. This time I didn’t receive one and I check my acct and almost all my bitcoin is gone. I’m still waiting on a email response. There isn’t a number I can call or anyone I can talk to. Plz help someone this isn’t right. If I were you I would stay far away from this wallet
