BRCC rocks!!! 🤘🏻
I have been a BRCC coffee club member and customer for many years and this is the best coffee, club membership, merchandise, perks/rewards program, customer service, etc. hands down out there! Love the many flavor and roast options with easy reminders and free delivery for our coffee, we choose how often we want it, how much we want and can adjust anytime. We used to grind our beans for the freshness and BRCC gives this option but we choose the grind option for which ever brew method we want each month so this saves us so much time for the morning “grind” (no pun intended lol). Club coffee ordering is so easy and hassle free and kick-$&@ good coffee to keep our family running through each day! Still keeping our fingers crossed to win one of the amazingly cool BRCC monthly member giveaways 🤞🏻!!! We also love the quality and the and military and veteran focused brand/support as well as their similar partnerships! Try the BRCC cold brew cans to kick your day up too!! We love ‘em also and they are another tasty option anytime but to beat the summer heat too!! Best coffee I’ve ever had
I discovered BRCC when they first publicly spoke out against corporate coffee and their lack of America first ideals. Being veteran owned and pro America caught my eye. I visited the SLC store and discovered their coffee was legitimately good. I bought an aero press and tried several of their blends over the course of about six months. I found all of them to be enjoyable; however, CAF is my favorite. I’ve tried many high caffeine content coffees over the years which were all overly bitter. CAF is surprisingly smooth. I even got two of my family members hooked who never drank coffee before as they didn’t like the bitterness. Overall I’m very happy with their products several years later and have been a subscriber for some time.

Only name brand I’m currently supporting
I’m a former LEO who left after 21 years. The “summer of love” finished me off and I took an early retirement. Bitter to say the least. I moved on to other things BUT after a visit to the BRCC shop in Pigeon Forge TN., I found a little pride in my service. The company has always had my eye, but the sincerity of the staff and like minded atmosphere of the store really hit home. I made a few purchases in there and have been making several since!! I love the apparel and coffee. I’m proud to wear it wherever I go. Veteran and First Responder causes mean a lot in 2023! I’m waiting on customer service to look into a bent up hat a ordered so we’ll see how that goes but overall this app and company have been amazing. Thank you!!

Zero Stars
I was happy to support the cause. However, after subscribing to a monthly coffee subscription, I have had one order actually arrive in a timely manner. On three different occasions I have emailed customer service asking when my coffee would arrive. Oh, BRCC didn’t have any issues taking my funds out of my account when I ordered, but 12 to 16 days later, I’m still waiting for my coffee to arrive. Customer service gave me a small “I’m sorry” discount on my next order and because I wanted this to work, I played again. Same issue. Customer service reply’s to my emails after 9 days of waiting for my coffee to tell me to wait another 5 days and then if I don’t get it....let us know. How about you actually do a better job of shipping your coffee on a timely manner and addressing my issue at hand? After this experience, why would I keep spending my $$ here? Good luck BRCC. I wanted to believe, but you failed on your part.

Best system and coffee.
I have been a member to the subscription for 6 months. It is so simple to make a monthly order and it is also so simple to adjust your order. This company does not throw bull sh** advertising emails at you when you are subscribed. The coffee provided are all crafted with such a fresher taste. My personal two favorites are: ak and silencer smooth. The app is built very simple as well making it fast as hell to buy apparels and coffee in 5 clicks or less. The coffee portion sizes are perfect. I drink moderately so by the time I finish 1 bag I have the new bag arrived around the same day . The biggest props goes to how accurate my shipments are. In my book 10/10 coffee and 10/10 brand.

One of the best on the market
I’ve been a subscriber member of Black Rifle Coffee for the past 3 or 4 years. I have always gotten outstanding service from them and have no complaints about the quality of the products that they offer. It took a while for them to add my favorite to their subscription line and I’m very pleased they did now I can have sent to me on a regular basis. The app makes maintaining my subscription a breeze, you can’t go wrong with BRC! Plus, you’re supporting warriors who put their lives on the line for our country.

I’m only giving it two stars because the coffee is really good quality in my opinion and I really like the premixed canned coffee drinks the 11 ounce cans and also the 15 ounce cans. I’ve tried the coffee grounds espresso blend is one of my favorites as well I cannot give it five stars, or even more than two because the customer service stinks. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks now to update my account and to switch my emails and that still has not happened. And also my last order, I had ordered two cases and paid for two cases, but only received one case. And long story short, neither one of these issues are resolved yet. Maybe once they are resolved I can give this review a better rating. Thanks.

Totally the BEST coffee I’ve ever tasted!
I can’t say enough good things about my BRCC coffee! It’s by far the most deliciously smooth, and perfectly blended & roasted coffee I’ve ever tasted. You’ve really made me a coffee “snob” and I’ll never buy anything but Black Rifle brand coffee. I always tell everyone I know about Black Rifle Coffee company. We have given it as gifts to our friends and family and they end up joining the coffee club membership afterwards. I can’t live without my Black Rifle morning or “anytime” of day coffee. If I don’t have my Black Rifle coffee, it’s like I haven’t had my coffee at all! I do enjoy receiving a complimentary sticker with my orders and look forward to finding it inside the box with every shipment. I’m like a little kid at Christmas opening my BRCC box. We Really Like BRCC Coffee
I’m career Army, and in addition to drinking more coffee than I probably should, I really appreciate a company like BRCC that firmly stands behind our military and first responders. There’s a store about a mile from our house, and I’m often there. I also frequently use the app for ordering a variety of things. The coffee tastes great, and with so many choices of roast, they offer something for every palate. Customer service is outstanding, and they always respond quickly and accurately. What more could anyone want?

Very slow to process and ship
In an instant electronic data interface world, it is highly unacceptable for any business to take over 7 days (and counting) to process and ship an order. Also you generally fail to discuss origin of beans. Your MACV-SOG is one of the few exceptions I’ve seen. And most of the time on your roasting scale of 1 to 10, you fail to mention where any particular coffee falls on that scale. I’ve seen a few “8s,” but that’s about it. Where does your dark roast start (what number)? Where does medium roast start and end number wise? The only reason you’re getting as many as 3 stars is because of your support to vets. I’m very very disappointed. With so many other quality bean providers, you’re forcing me to look in different directions. And it’s a shame, because I usually like what I taste from BRCC. I admit to being a coffee snob with a highly discerning palate. Beans, washing, roasting, flavor profiles, complexity of tasting notes, and country of origin are a big deal to me.

Something for everyone
I love this coffee brand! There are many different flavors, so you can find one you like. I did the subscription and changed my coffee every month. I’ve found several I really like and have at least a bag of one of them at all times. They have you say what you like and suggest several coffees. I’m usually a medium roast guy. I found their suggestions for light roast and dark roast for me were my favorites. The subscription is a great gift to yourself, or a loved one!

Great coffee for great cause
The selection of coffee that are produced by Black Riffle coffee is absolutely outstanding and while I prefer the medium and dark roasts for the rich body and flavor the light coffee has a great kick that is very satisfying. This company supports our US troops so for that reason alone why would I buy coffee elsewhere. Thank you for your great coffees and for your support of the US military, members of law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical teams. Your support assists those who provide our freedom and support us daily. 👍

Coffee and conversation
We went to visit our nephew and he served BRCC. We had been looking for a different coffee we enjoyed. So we were looking for some good coffee when we came across some in a sweets shop. We bought 2 bags of Black Beard’s Delight, we have used it since. Last year I joined a club, so it comes to my door and it is always a surprise what kind they send. I love that! My husband of 50 years and myself, love having our coffee with conversation nearly every morning .

Awesome customer service
I have been a subscriber for a couple years and have always been happy with product. Recently an order was delayed because of something I tried to do on mobile app. It caused a delay wholly my own fault. I called and talked with customer service. They immediately fixed the issue and had my order to me immediately. Great personalized service that most other companies have gone away from.

Darn FedEx!
Have been a coffee club member for several years and this month my order didn’t show up. Looked at the FedEx tracking and saw “label created” but nothing more. Since it had been a week since the ship date, I emailed BRCC customer service with a request to research the order. Within 10 minutes I had a reply (not the first time FedEx has misplaced a package) and a replacement order on the way. Great coffee and great service keep me a loyal customer.

Excellent App for Great Coffee
This app is a great one! Being able to switch up your subscription is awesome! No more will I be bored with the same rounds over and over. I can simply switch it to what I want and how often I want it. It does take a week or two to receive your order but I believe it’s well worth the wait. 🫠 I like to keep a great amount on hand for future subscriptions that take forever to receive. 🤭

Normally we buy BRCC at Walmart but decided to order directly thinking I’d save money. With the shipping costs I’m not so sure now but that doesn’t matter because I rather pay BRCC not through a 3rd party, not to mention there is a much larger selection and opportunity for rewards! Coffee Club Disappointment
Just joined the BRCC coffee club last week buying two subscriptions. I was really excited and couldn’t wait for the package to arrive. Stopped at the mailbox this morning and was kind of disappointed. I’ve had a lot of different subscriptions and memberships. I’ve received “Welcome” gifts with each of them, or at least a thank you card, sticker, something. Today was a bag of coffee inside a small bag. That’s it… I love supporting fellow vets but my expectation from a veteran owned company was on full let down. At least the coffee is good.

BRC app
I love the idea of BRCC. However, the emphasis of your platform is on selling OTHER stuff when on the app. Where is the menu? Too busy on the app for simple coffee order for pick up. Don’t ostracize your less technical customers and bombard them with app overload. KISS-keep it simple stupid. I’m disappointed at the app, but love the coffee and prices. The app should be like your competition and focus on mobile orders. I understand you probably make more money on the “stuff” but it’s too complicated. Ordering for a pickup has wasted 30 min of my life and can’t get back. Im even frustrated writing this review with it defaulting back to other parts of my paragraph. Ugh.

1 suggestion for the app
LOVE everything BRC, we have been apart of the coffee club for years! Suggestion for app… when you are shopping & click an item to view, there is no way to go back to the view all the items. Example: I’m looking at mugs and I clicked on midnight rider then wanted to go back to view all the mugs & I couldn’t. I would have to go to the menu drop down & choose mugs again.

Love me some BRCC
Just started my subscription for coffee. I moved from Salt Lake where I could go and get my favorite anytime and yes it is available at my local Walmart but not all types are available and the fact that I can help support our veterans just by having a subscription for my favorite coffee is a no brainer. Wonderful coffee, merchandise, and company. I hear they are not only coming to Logan Utah but my home town of Kalispell Montana!!

Great Company, Good Morals, Okay-ish app
I love Black Rifle and all that they do to support veterans and first responders; they make great coffee, have really cool merchandise, and appeal to a market that dislikes snowflakes, Karens, and hipsters, and loves America, guns and first responders/veterans. Their app however still needs some work, I’m unable to sign in while checking out even on the newest update and when the shipping email for my order is sent, the tracking button only opens the app to the home page instead of showing me the tracking info of my package.

Best coffee ever
I look forward to getting up every morning to get my BRCC AK coffee going. Love the coffee but I hope you get your app fixed soon. Just tried to check status of my order and crashed. Twice and same result. I often cannot get the app to work. Even the Coffee Club page won’t load. Tried to get merch. in past and kept messing up. Well, maybe it’s a good thing for me as I’d end up spending too much. Keep up the good work guys.

Delicious Coffee
I have been a subscriber since 2018 and continue to receive excellent service through all these years. However, the best part is the coffee itself. It is the most delicious coffee I have found so far. I am always sampling new coffees and haven’t found one any better yet. I love a strong cup of coffee and I am partial to Beyond Black. Perfectly satisfying.

Great Company. Bad App.
I love these guys. I love what they do and tell everyone in the military/vet, police officer, and EMT about them and their Coffee Club. I just wish they would fix a couple things on their App. I feel like that might cost them first time customer more often than they realize. I had a cop at my job tell me the other day that he wanted to do a subscription for his whole team, but got frustrated with the site and the app that he just said “F*** It!”

Hard to change Coffee Club subscription
It used to be easier to change what I was getting in the monthly coffee club subscription. When I tried to do that yesterday, it was very hard to navigate to the product I wanted to add, and when I tried to cancel a product I no longer wanted, I soon received an email that I had canceled my BRCC membership altogether. I don’t know whether it really canceled my whole membership, but it was very frustrating!

Best coffee out there
I love several roasts they carry. AK espresso is my absolute favorite. I subscribe so I never run out. I wish there was a way to add on additional items like mugs or apparel when getting subscriptions. That would be a nice new feature. Maybe the locations are different. But I’d probably spend more money if I could add something on.

Satisfaction
I have been a member since 2020 and I have really enjoyed Black Rifle coffee. I have really enjoyed the various flavors they have to offer. Being a retired law enforcement police officer, I also take satisfaction that I am supporting our veterans by buying their coffee and miscellaneous products. I am pleased to express that BRCC is my favorite company to have a coffee subscription with. I receive two bags of whole beans a month. I am a plumber who wakes up at 4:00 am, and this brand of coffee is a tool that helps me be my best. I love this company, and I know you will. Great coffee, garbage app
Been a member for years and have always enjoyed Black Rifle, however this app is complete garbage. You can’t change information or alter your subscription or change any coffee choices. What’s the point of the app? If you want to do anything you need to just use a computer and login to their website which again makes the app pointless. Please fix your app for your loyal customers but also new ones who may get annoyed and quit Black Rifle altogether.

Best coffee
I love the coffee. They have a lot of different ones to try but my favorite one is freedom roast. I love how they support our troops unlike some other places around. The staff at every location I have visited is super nice and quick to get your order taken care of. I can’t wait till they get one in my home town.

Complaint for the third time
Seems I order beans an they keep sending ground coffee. Which I did not order. I asked for beans not ground, yet they advertise beans or ground an I choose beans. I even changed from 30 day’s new delivery of bags of beans. An then I switched to 60 day delivery two of beans. An got four bags of grounds which I did not order. Hay I even talked an asked one of your employees he said he took care of it only to get these bags of grounds. I do not wish to order any more of your coffee. There seems to be a real lack of caffeine in all your coffee.

Great coffee, app needs a lot of work
TL;DR - fantastic coffee, awful app. I love BRCC... been a coffee club member for years... but their app lacks a lot of basic functionality needed to maintain my membership. They seemed to have prioritized non-club member a la carte shopping and funny videos over a club member’s ability to do basic things like check their rewards points, edit payment info, or edit shipping addresses (without it glitching and defaulting to an old address I no longer live at). Their customer service has always been great whenever I’ve had an issue, but the app needs significant improvements.

I’ve been a coffee club subscriber for two years now. This is the best coffee out there, and this company is incredible! I also love their apparel. Shirts fit great, and are really comfortable. Finally a mobile app that isn’t a webpage
So far so good. I haven’t tried everything out in the app but there’s a lot of nice stuff so far. It’s not perfect but it’s better than what was there before by a long shot. I’d love to see a location thing so I can figure out which gas stations carry the cans.

Best coffee in the world
I’ve had a recurring subscription for this coffee for a few years now…… I’ve never had a bad batch, and the only time I’ve ever had a bad experience with this coffee is when due to my own negligence, I’ve ran out before the new subscription arrived. I’ll be a life long BRCC member.

Pods, filter not sealed
I have bought a few boxes of the pods where when brewed most of them I’ve had to pour out due to large amounts of coffee grounds. I’ve opened the pods to see what was happening and the filter isn’t sealed on them properly and it’s allowing the grounds to go into the brewed coffee. I love your coffee. But if not fixed I can’t buy anymore. It’s a little high in cost if I’m having to pour most of the product out. Sasquatch and the green box with the dog on it.

Best Coffee
I have been drinking the coffee for a year and just started my subscription which is quick and easy. The coffee is phenomenal. Haven’t had a bad batch yet. Also love that it’s a veteran owned company who are doing things right and making a great American product. Ultimate respect for men like that and love supporting black rifle.

Just started drinking it a few months ago on deployment. Buddy of mine gave me a cup Of the Black Beards Revenge and I was hooked! Ordered two bags a week before we pulled in to port and I’ve been ordering ever since! Didn’t know they had a subscription you could sign up for. Doing that after this!

Very useful for coffee club members
I like the app and ease of access to my subscriptions. Great quick way to catch up on changes and make quick orders. There is one issue that needs to be addressed: The app reports that I am not a member of the loyalty program and continually advertises for me to sign up, despite me already being a member. It would be nice if the app integrated with the loyalty program better as to report member status correctly, as well as keeping track of points and redeeming them. I have logged out, cleared cache, and uninstalled/reinstalled with no success in getting things to report correctly.

App needs help
Great coffee. Substandard app. So explain why you can’t edit the items in a subscription??? You can cancel your subscription. You can add items to it. But you can’t delete an item. That’s just stupid. You would prefer that I cancel my subscription rather than order a bit less???? I’m a long time customer and this is frustrating.
