Just one thing missing

Love the app! Use it almost daily. The only thing I wish for is that they somehow incorporate their weekly ad into the app. That way I can know what’s on sale and what isn’t because the ad has stuff on sale that the website/app does not sometimes. The website has a link for the ad, but it’d be nice to be able to go to just one place for both instead of back and forth

Helpful, Honest and a good and fair store

Today I left my credit card at the payout counter and did not realize it until I got in my car. So went back to the store and the young man said I know why your back, you left your credit card, I have already put it back at the main customer counter, and they were getting ready to call my home. Thank you, sincerely

Pretty good

I just installed the app apter signing up for their rewards program. It’d be nice if they added Apple wallet support to the app so I can quickly show my card on my phone.

To many emails

In Feb of 2024 I received 35 emails from F&F. Really how many times do you need to tell me about sales and then how many times do you need to remind me about your sales. Its a little over the top with the emails. I know I can opt out of them which I have done but I usually see what kind of and how much garbage I get from apps to judge if I want to continue giving them my money. It’s too bad cause your stores are great and your employees are great also. But your emails have soured your corporate image for me.

No one cares about their job

It’s more and more obvious every time I go into the store and see employees wandering and playing on their phone they don’t really care about their jobs. Picked up a drive through order and they couldn’t even get that right. 2 bags of 25 blank orange ear tags. Both numbered 1-25 and two different colors. If you have the time it’s better to drive to tractor supply in Harvard. Much better staff that gets to know you and helps you.

NOT iPad Optomized

There is a new Blaine’s FF opening up in Rhinelander. I am looking forward to shopping there. I wanted to look at what they offer and downloaded this app. The screen is NOT optimized for iPad which is the tool I use for online searching and shopping. While not a deal breaker, it is frustrating. Not the best first impression.

Not bad

The app works pretty well so far but there’s no way to change the credit card or to delete the credit card used. I don’t like that.

Great app, needs one thing

I love this app. Pickup ordering is awesome. I’d like to be able to export my rewards card to my Apple Wallet... I hate launching apps at the checkout and I’m sure the cashier hates waiting.

Needs rewards card in Apple Wallet

I got the app mostly for managing my rewards card. It really should have the option to add the card to the Apple Wallet where it will be most useful.

Apple Wallet and Apple Pay

Add Apple Wallet support for your rewards and Apple Pay support at the stores and you’d make it a lot more convenient to shop at your stores and use your rewards program.

Needs update

Needs a big update no matter if settings say on for camera or off it doesn’t allow me To use the scanner :(

Horrible app

Wanted to love it, because I order from them frequently, but the app is terrible. Horribly glitchy, logged me out every 30 seconds. Literally couldn’t place a single successful order. Ridiculous.

Disappointed

There is no way to cancel an order or add/alter it. I placed an online order expecting to pick it up the same day, some issues occurred and it exceeded 8 days, rather than cancel the order the store in Lake Hallie, WI marked it as “picked up” even though I had not been to the store to retrieve the items as such my credit card was billed... for the items that weren’t picked up. I now have to go in the store for a refund, needless to say this is why apps like Walmart and Amazon are used so frequently.
