Valid doctrine!

Although the book of Enoch was kept out of the biblical canon, it’s writing and content appears to be consistent with all the writings that make up the Old and New Testament, and if it is inspired by the same spirit whom moved the holy men to write, as prophecy could never come by the will of man, but by divine influence alone, then the writings of Enoch will add some interesting detail as we grow in grace and knowledge. Especially at a time when many have ran to and fro and our knowledge has increased to the point where we now understand that which was sealed and not known in times past, but speaks now, like a voice out of Dan and published in Ephraim, being made plain upon tablets, that we may run knowing the measurement has gone out, and those with a ear to hear, will trim their lamps, as a virgin bride to met her husband,that she may be sealed before the harm to the earth, being established in the royal priesthood, as Him whos eye they are a twinkle of, being worthy to escape all things, being held from the hour of temptation, where they sleep not, but at that moment, at His appointed time, they change from flesh to spirit, co-heirs with her husband.

Made to Make one think about Jesus!

When I read from the book of Enoch it does make me wish I were there to observe even more just what is occurring! Sometimes I realise the reason why I stop reading is because I feel I have felt like I am being left out of so much of the real occurrences and I foolishly become a bit envious and then I find it hard to easier to get back into the picture of what is going on in life here today, because this bible makes it helps by placing me in and welcoming me into the the time and place and suddenly I can understand the verses a great deal better! It ie easier to know Where each individual speaks, their actions and reactions! It is wonderful to feel you are there, in a way that you feel you know the persons involved, that you are with them and that you can easily move about without any fear of the time or place. Need to read!!!!

Yes the fragments were dated only to the 2nd century BC. The high priests built a village below the caves in Qumran for the expressed duty of taking old decaying writings that were written on skins and transcribing them over to new parchment and upon them being discovered the priests sealed the parchments into clay jars and hid them up in the caves so the writings would be safe for generations to come. The book of Enoch answers a ton of questions including the fact that the earth is in fact round and known that far back. The thing that bothers me the most is that the book of Isaiah is included in the Bible along with many others that were found in the Dead Sea scrolls but this one isn’t. Good

A lot was penned in the second century BC. Particularly, the oral stories which had not been written earlier because writing materials were extremely expensive and so was ink. Under Greek rule, materials of hides became widely available throughout the regions to offset papyrus. And the two big Jerusalem schools (colleges) were up and running during those times. Same time frame the Septuagint was being completed. And of course the Apostles would know of the writings, it’s part of their heritage. The question asked of Jesus about the lady with seven husbands is from Tobit. These books were part of Jewish learning and were excluded by non Jews from biblical resources until recently.

To Be Read in These Last Days

As far as I am concerned, this book is a part or should be a part of the inspired Word of God. It all has to do with God’s Holy Spirit finally revealing His truth in these readings. Enoch walked with God and he wrote what he saw and heard being inspired of God. I have been reading this book for quite a while although I couldn’t make sense of it at first. The longer I studied this book and God’s Word the more my understand increases and the more I recognize God’s Words in this book. A must read for Christians in these last days!

Section Missing?

It appears Chapter 7 Section I is missing. It goes from Chapter 6 into Chapter 7 Section II. CHAPTER VII. 1. And all the others together with them took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with them, and they taught them charms and enchantments, and the cutting of roots, and made them acquainted with plants. 2. And they became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells: 3. Who consumed all the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them, 4. the giants turned against them and devoured mankind. 5. And they began to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and to devour one another's flesh, and drink the blood. 6. Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless ones.

Crucial To Everyone's Spiritual Growth and Understanding

This was exactly what I was looking for and needed. And, in my opinion, explains why it was removed from the Bible. It goes against everything we're taught now and at the same time it fills in the blanks of confusion about our world. I hope everyone already knows this wasn't our intended life and bc of Satan's influence we are having to endure it and this has so many answers to questions that aren't answered currently. It will change you entire outlook on life and comfort you as it shows you the truth!!!!

Enoch

Not put in the Bible because it was primarily about Jesus, the Book of Enoch tells not only all about the Christ, but has words used thousands of years later in the book of Revelation !!! Bible scholars report the Book of Enoch was considered to be too sacred for common man to read and that is why it was not put into the Bible. Enoch was one of two human men who was called to be with God before he died. Noah must have saved thes scriptures written by his Great Grandfather. I thank our Heavenly Father for continued existence of this work and the Bible.

Excellent

This Book of Enoch app is an easy to read rendition of the original scroll, the individual chapters make it so easy to read and absorb. The print is perfect and the format flows smoothly. With each new chapter I was inspired by the words of a prophet from so long ago and yet the words are relevant today. It is easy to pause and compare what I have just read with Scripture. I am enjoying The Book of Enoch very much. Thank you for this app.

If you are looking to fill in the missing answers here you will find information that unveil missing information about things in the Bible that reveals partial knowledge. I enjoy these chapters because my mind has been enlightened and truth increased as I believe it is an additional piece of precious material left out of the original manuscript. I love this app apocrypha is also good The lost books,The book of Eden, the book of jubilees, The completed writings of the ancient scrolls of the acts of the apostles of Paul of tarsus who traveled to Spain some Bibles only go to acts 18! Some go to 28....odd...It is not finish in an Amen...?so I do my research God be with you! The Holy Bible is truth The word of God these prophetic historical documents have been left of the Bible for some reason I do not know. Enoch was incredible Book.

2 Enoch

Enoch is the Greek book, I don’t view it as scripture but yet it’s pretty accurate and I’ve done a lot of research and evidence of the actual content of the book is all over the earth. like the actual evidence of the claims of the book. for example chapter 7 The megaliths all over the world were built by the sons of God who went into the daughters of men and be got Giants !!

Intriguing

There doesn’t seem to be acceptance regarding this book, and it could be of concern I suppose. But we’re also given the charge to discern the spirits, and given that Jesus referenced Enoch, I’ll assume he validates his stature in God the Fathers eyes. I found it explains the origins and story of mans fall, and the ensuing evils a fallen man perpetrates. It speaks of the Trinity, God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It gives me an insight as to the splendor and fierce power of God.

Fills in the gaps.

This book is as relevant as The Bible. It contains information they don’t want you to know or understand. It fills in a lot of gaps. Jesus/Yeshua Himself quoted Enoch as did others through The Bible. The principalities of darkness will never teach you enough to over come them. They don’t want you to read and understand this book.

My review

I love the book of Enoch; a book that should never have been omitted from the Bible, but was because corrupt clergymen believed the common man couldn’t handle TRUTH. My one complaint to Y’ALL is that after Every Chapter I’ve read I have to go to the menu and pull up the next chapter. Very tedious. Make a format that allows you to read continuously, like an actual book! Also the ADS are off putting!

This book needs highlighting, I’ve only read the first chapter there’s so many key points in this book. Please put in highlights. Also in the app there’s no chapter 11 when the last two verses of chapter 10 are chapter 11.

First time in the book of enoch

This was the first time ever reading the book of enoch,an i liked it i was wondering why it was kept from all versions of the holy bible,but either way i was still able to read it well almost read,am going to,but what other books are available for public use.

Of give it 5 stars but...

I’m so appreciative to be able to read the book of Enoch from my iPhone. However, this app is not fully fleshed out. I was expecting to be able to read the entire book of Enoch. However, there are only a few select chapters that they have selected for reading. What they have selected for reading is definitely interesting, but it only scratches the surface. Another issue is navigation. Once you finish reading a chapter, I found that I was unable to swipe to the next. Instead, each time I had to go back to the search bar and search for Enoch. From there, I was then able to select the next chapter they had made available. A great start but still a ways to go.

Enoch to learn all aspects of life

I find humans create history to their needs. To learn from a variety of written documents from the same time, Allows you to truly understand what has taken place and what the real truth is. God, human aliens, or just plain creation of life? These are questions that need answers to satisfy inquiring minds.

The book of Enoch

Great information about an important but obscure book not widely known to many today. It speaks in a unfamiliar language that seems almost as mysterious as Harry Potter to some. I enjoy reading books of the Apocrypha that did not make it to the Bible. Great book. Marshall Jackson Jr.

The Bible

It’s helping me to fully understand God’s mercy for us. He’s so patient and loving that he takes the time to give us warnings to get right with him before it’s too late. What an awesome God indeed because he owes us nothing and loves us so much that he sent his son to give us a way out of eternal death.

Fail

Upgrade (ostensibly to remove ads?) link doesn’t work. Content is incomplete; just selections. Helpful for a novice, but why not the complete book? Settings show a button to show/hide the speech option button, but there is no speech button. They even tease you with different voice choices and reading speeds. Must be living off the income from the ads. Doesn’t cut it if you are a serious student of the scriptures.

The biggest mistake

I feel that the book of Enoch should not have left out of the Bible because many of the so called scholars mistakequestions you have about the beginning of mankind the questions are answered by the book of Enoch.

The piece of the puzzle

I have read the Bible the book of apocalypse and I also looked up Hebrew gineptric numbers with the language as well and it all makes sense now Bel is coming soon and we have to stay strong in the name of Jesus and our Heavenly Father AMEN

Love it!!!

Love this now I can see why it has been taken out of the Bible to much to try and explain to those that aren’t ready to try and discover on their own. For me the Holy Spirit works through all writings of men and gives me the discernment of what to keep and what to discard!!!

Excellent reading

Heaven sounds like a fun place. I never knew that Jesus was prophesied even before Noahs time. This book brings together a lot of information that is in the Bible. Fills in a lot that is missing from Genesis 6 about the giants that were in the land in those days.

Pray before reading!

Be warned!!! This version includes the 105 chapter that was added in after 100 bc and alludes to Noah (Jesus fore father), being born of angels corrupting his bloodline so that he is not fully man, and therefore could not be our spotless lamb as Christ. This is occult doctrine added in later and was not in the Dead Sea scrolls or any manuscript before 100b.c. as far as I can tell.

Funny how this book kind of slipped through the pages of king James version but I got a Tell you Yesuah (Jesus)mentioned it and so I’ve got to believe it was a book that has been lost over the centuries with the Jewish people in Israel still know about it

Enoch For This Generation

So far so good, Enoch’s account is very interesting. I can see why it was not included in the canonical writings. But I have to say, these prophetic words written in the book of Enoch are very scary if you are not living from The Spirit!

I’ve always been cautious about what is doctrine, but the Lord has shown me that these are trustworthy bc it lines up with scripture, along with the book of Jasher which blew my mind when reading and the book of Jubilees as well!

VITAL READ

One of the most important historical biblical documents that connect future to past and is a key to understanding scripture . I’d recommend starting at genesis and then once you see Enoch mentions Segway to the Enoch book , once finished continue back on genesis.

Enoch is the best scripture for the End Times Generation That we find ourselves in as of 2017 through 2024, now is the time for Salvation. Read the Book of Romans Chapter 9 and 10 also. Jesus Christ is the Way to Heaven!

Missing Chapters

Although it says No chapter, there is a chapter but they took it out. They put what they wanted in this book but when God spoke on how He’s going to bless his children so they have to be humble & obedient is what’s missing. They don’t want people to know how to truly get ur blessing. What Chapters that’s missing in this book is necessary & important!

Yes, there are ads, but the app is perfectly usable. I’ve downloaded many other apps from this author and they all function in the same basic way. I’m thankful for an easy way to read these texts. Well done.

Description

The Book of Enoch is considered to have been written by Enoch, the seventh from Adam. It is considered an apocryphal book as well as a part of the Pseudepigrapha (literally means “falsely ascribed” is a collection of works supposedly written by a biblical character), although it is not a part of the canonical Apocrypha. Once considered to be of Christian origin because of its obvious references to Christ, ten fragments of The Book of Enoch have been found at Qumran in the Dead Sea Scrolls, it is known to have existed in its present form since at least the 2nd Century BC. The book was believed to have been composed by Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah. Most critics and scholars believe it was begun in the second century BC and was a collection of works that includes writings for the first century BC as well. Some believe it contains the actual words of Enoch and that it was handed down through the ages. There is no real way to know for certain if that is so. The only thing we know for certain is that fragments of the book date back to the 2nd century BC. It is generally believed that the Apostles and the writers of the New Testament were fully aware of the Book of Enoch also called 1 Enoch. In fact, it is directly quoted in the Bible: Jude 1:14-15 “And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, {15} To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him”
