I walked in to Brazos Valley about 5 years ago!! I needed a loan and I was already a member !! I met the Branch Manager her name was Tamara! I felt so comfortable that I started asking questions. I had no credit she gave me a loan of a thousand dollars. I paid my first loan off early within six months I took out another loan and then did an express loan for Christmas then buy the time I knew it my credit score jumped and now I’m able to buy a house ! I was always intimidated by regular banks. A credit union is all about its members and not just about money ! I thank God for Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union . Without them I wouldn’t be where I’m at today.
I have banked with them for over 20yrs, as the staff has changed over the decades, and customer service has remained stellar! Always greeted with a smile and kindness, keep up the awesome customer service, I would consider the bank and their staff almost like family!!❤️
This is terrible. I have banking apps with several other banks and have absolutely no problems. This one I can't even sign on. I goes to a page saying loading credentials and just stays there literally FOREVER!!! Thank God I didn't have my check direct deposit here yet because this app is horrible. I check my bank account daily all of them and this one is a huge disappointment. I was only able to log on once!!! This is ridiculous. I even tried deleting the app and downloading again but that did nothing. If you like checking your account with an online app don't count on this one to work for you. It's horrible!
I really enjoy going through the drive tellers they are very knowledgeable of the bank they work for any questions they have the answers which I feel is excellent service.
I enjoy banking with BVSCU and have my whole life, but the fact that I have to go to another place to view transaction history is disappointing. If this could all be available specifically through BV without having to switch to another company’s app, I would be a happy user! God be with you all!
I never got the services I got from this financial institution. The Waller branch staff are the best. Katy branch get a 5 star from me as well! My experience has been phenomenal with Brazos Valley SCU. I pray to continue to strengthen my credibility with institution. And keep my credit in great status! Thank you very much BVSCU 🍎
I love this bank, they offer great rates to buy a car. They also have very reasonable rates for loans . Whenever I have an issue the manager and the staff go out of the way to find an answer. Consider banking with BVSCU!
I love this app! I think Brazos Valley has done a great job keeping up with the technological advances in the industry. All these people who leave bad reviews have one bad day or experience and go try to hurt a company’s reputation. Stop and think before you submit your review.

The app seems to never be working, always saying that it cannot connect, or that it is having trouble getting my account information. I end up having to just log in on my phone browser.
As a software developer myself, I can tell you that is app is such a pleasure to use in terms of their updated UI/UX. The app developers should be really proud of their work! Love my BVSCU banking app!!
I’ve been using this APP for several years now and I have never had any problems accessing my account or managing the funds in my account! I love the convenience and the reliability!😃
It’s either the bank system it self or the app but when I make a transaction I should be able to see it right then and there made a transaction on 5/03 and today is 5/06 and it still hasn’t shown up and shows I still have that balance when I don’t.
Please work out the bugs with this app freezing. App freezes when trying to open and I have reinstalled the app several times with no change. Extremely annoying.
This app doesn’t even let me login anymore, it just stopped working and when it did work it didn’t update and it was hard to use. I’m just trying to see how much money I have and I can’t even do that.
Bvscu like many retailers provided excellent service at a certain point in time. However, it’s slowly dying and obviously doesn’t know how to keep with the times.
The app just stopped working out of nowhere and it won’t let me log in. I just want to see how much money I have in my bank account and I can’t even do that.
