Up until a couple of days ago it was working absolutely perfect. Now each time I try to log in it keeps redirecting me to the webpage to download the app, which of course I’ve already gotten as I’m trying to log in on the app. I’ve tried reaching out to support, customer service but they seem to be nonexistent in their response. If I was a betting man then I’d bet that in leaving this review will it get me an adequate response either. And yes I am attempting to log in with the correct details each and every time .
I am able to receive emails to my US gmail account from BTInternet from the UK but not able respond to them or compose new ones Get message failure error
The only reason I haven’t moved to another email provider is the ‘pain’ of moving email address This email system is so very clunky about once/week all content of the emails is dropped and they show as ‘unknown sender no content’ Also about once a week (and yet not at regular intervals) I am locked out and have to log back in Also, last week while overseas, every email I wrote failed to send and - without warning me - sat in the outbox. Eventually I noticed this, but was NEVER able to send them from the outbox and had to rewrite them all and apologize to those who were expecting quotes etc Very very poor
Every now and again I need to reinstall the app as it freezes. Some days it requires me to sign in more than once a day. The search function is really not great. The yahoo app was so much better. Shocking that a great big company like BT can’t come up with something better than this app.
Worst I have ever come across. Avoid like the plague if you have access to another provider. Constant glitches, logs you out all the time, slow and just incredibly frustrating to use. Wish I could give it no stars.
You switched the app with no notice, it is awful to use, with constant having to troll through e-mails to ensure I have not missed anything as the past 24 hours get mixed vim with the current 24hours. The constant relogin is infuriating. The app is so awful, I am looking at alternatives.
The old style was much easier now I have circles around the letters for what I don’t know. Emails I’ve read appear unread,generally speaking it’s messy.
