The app is well designed, crisp, displays products neatly and has thurough descriptions of all of their items. The resources Buceplant provides *for free* are invaluable. The customer service is amazing as well, and when their product is inferior they refuse to let it stand. They've always been polite and eager to help. 10/10 :)
Finally Buce Plant has their own app!!! I’m so excited. First off, the customer service @ BP is exceptional. Any time I had a minor issue or question about their products, their team was quick to answer and resolve it. They really do stand by their products and it DEFINITELY shows! Secondly, I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received from showcasing their tanks and plants at my home. I’ve already set up a few different tanks with different landscapes, because I enjoy having a variety. I can go on and on, but the company and products sells itself. Download this app and give them a try!! You won’t regret it. Cheers, mate.

Title says it all, very user friendly, use the app over the site every time I need materials. Plants always arrive healthy and as described, tissue cultures are prime. Only complaint is livestock is a little overpriced and I usually will defer to other places.
I haven’t received my plants yet, not due to Buce plant, but because Fedex delivered to the wrong house. Even though it wasn’t their fault they’re resending the plants. They were fast and had great customer service. Will be ordering more plants for sure.
Constant errors when trying to setup an account, never got sign in to work. Had to keep closing app and reopen to get through check out. I couldn’t find any search icon to make finding items easy. Had to waste way too much time scrolling through everything. Filter needs more options. Will stick to using website.
I’ve been ordering plants from buce for away and you always do a phenomenal job. I’m so happy I can now surfer and create new wishlists for future tanks.

Used to be a good company. I’m not sure what happened. I ordered over $100 of plants and they demanded that I pay them an extra “invoice” before they sent what I already paid for. Don’t use this company.
BUCE has really outdone themselves. This is one of the most gorgeous, user-friendly online shopping apps I’ve ever encountered. I was really pleasantly surprised, given the fact that it’s an aquarium shop, and it is as effortless to navigate as Amazon! Live their selection, the photos and images are incredible, the knowledge sharing and links make it easy to decide, and the new “what you see is what you get” is really something that needed to happen to take the guesswork out of online shopping for both sellers and buyers. I’m new to aquascaping, and this is definitely going to be my go-to app and shop moving forward!
