BYbit- Reliable applications for Inexperienced Crypto Investors

I must say right away that I am not an experienced crypto investor. I have tried various applications and I will say that bybit is the most understandable and reliable of all. Firstly, there is no load of information and various imposed analyzers. But there are tips for beginners and more video tutorials to make it easier to understand and get used to the interface. I recently discovered a cool feature like launchpads, I advise all beginners to use it. I really like that, first of all, reliable coins are shown on the market, and then with risk. Online support always responds and explains what and how to do, as well as a pleasant and simple interface disposes to trust and calms the nerves that are a little tense during trading. I like navigation. It is easy and understandable to understand the application. In fact, from the first minutes you understand what and how to do. I advise you to start using launchpads and staking, because these are low-risk methods to earn your first money in the crypt. For an inexperienced and novice crypto investor, this is the best application.

Bybit is trying their best but they can do better on their p2p UI the none verified advertisers are really messing up thing for verified advertisers and spoiling the rate and also scamming so many people too but bybit doesn’t take action unlike binance the p2p UI first display u only see verified advertiser which the really appreciate and put the verified advertiser at he good scale but on bybit you see both none verified and verified and the none verified are always at the top Bybit doesn’t have any good feature for verified advertiser because the none advertiser can always go higher by spoiling the rate Why not hide the none verified advertiser the way binance did unless a customer filter them in why do you have to filter verified advertiser in instead of filtering not verified this is putting verified advertiser into frustration please see to this I pray this review reach the team and they take responsibility thank you for you little good work

Been using the App since the beginning!

The UI is extremely easy to use which makes it better for trading. From the Strategy Alert page to the Rewards Hub. This app is definitely on par or better than most of them out there. I have been using it for about 2 years now and I may only trade here and there but its nice to come back to a simple interface with easy browsing to do exactly what your looking for. Now that they have Defi Mining and Cloud Mining it makes it even better and another way to diversify my portfolio and become more profitable is something I am always looking to do. Theres nothing complicated here and thats what keeps me trading here.

Easy and effective cex ever

Bybit is my first teacher of IDO and USDT Launch pool when I was a new comer into crypto. Everything is stranger and Bybit IDO and airdrops let me learn in easy ways. After I realized USDT pool and others, I really enjoyed it all (but sometimes, later it allows the less-valued new crypto pool) Else, I love it , including MNT staking is also my favorite. When I transfer, Mantle network to Mantle network is No- Gas - Fees ( web3 <-> cex) Only I want to suggest is to improve more about CS customer service because it’s a little more longer than other famous cex, thinking that Bybit will be more and more popular and it needs more good service. Hope it improves in a speedy momentum ❤️

I want to believe that there are people paid to write good reviews about this app and how much are they paid? This is the most unprofessional market place I have ever seen in my entire experiences on any crypto app. How can someone believe that I paid for a token on the p2p section and after 5 minutes of clicking confirmation button the seller appealed for not receiving his money and the token was reversed to him in 3 minutes time without asking for the proofs of payment, I was able to dispute the appeal immediately and the seller’s token was locked up, in few minutes time, the seller got his money and notified them that he has received the money but my token is being locked up since then without any response from the customer service. I also have other ones which the sellers have authorized Bybit to release token to me but they just held all till date.

Best Crypto Trading Platform 9.5/10

Bybit is a long time favorite for me when leverage trading the basics like BTC, ETH, EOS, & XRP. The simplicity of the platform is what makes it so appealing to me. The Leverage is good too and maxes at 25, 50, & 100x. The drag and drop feature for orders and stop loss is one of my very favorite features too, more exchanges should use that in my opinion. The only reason i give ByBit a 9.5 instead of a 10 is because they could definitely need to offer more trading pairs. I have always thought if you had ByBit's interface with KuCoin's variety you'd have a homerun Crypto Exchange on your hands. Thanks for all the hard work you guys have put in ByBit Team!

Bad management

A Bybit merchant tried to scam me did not pay my for my coin and made an appeal , dropped all evidence, the merchant couldn’t provide one . To my surprise Bybit allowed this merchant to keep on taking orders , and still this moment my coin has not been released . Their live support only read my message . No feed back no support .Cause I really don’t know how I will provide evidence and your merchant would not produce one and I’d have to be the one to suffer for this . I lost my supplier because of this transaction, I haven’t been able to pay him for his coin because you refused to let go of the coin . This is a disgrace. It’s hurtful and a shame on your side , me choosing to trade with you shouldn’t mean I should have to suffer this much. Most painful thing is you allowed your merchant to keep on trading while I suffer for being a victim of scam move and a bad management system

Amazing App with major features

The Bybit app has been useful ever since I started using it. As an mediocre trader I have found the app to be so helpful for me. I discovered copy trading aswell as other good options that help making trading less stressful. There are many opportunities and you’re also able to use the Bybit card which was delivered in less than a week for me. By spending coins or other assets you’re able to collect points and redeeem them for voucher codes for daily use. Overall I rate the app a 10/10 and I’d suggest it to anyone looking for a great user experience.

Unreliable app .

Their system lags . I don't know if they deliberately do that . When you are in massive profit and you want to sell at market order , it's not able to execute . I made 11% gains on Ecox/USdt pair and when I wanted to close th order in profit I wasn't allowed by the system but when the profit fell to just about 1% and I placed the order it executed . This app can't be trusted . Binance is the only smooth and trusted trading app per my 5 years experience . I only wanted to give Bybit a shot when CZ resigned but they are not worth it . Not at all in my case . This isn't the first . I previously had a trade before th ecox and when it reached my target , the system didn't execute the trade in profit . Either their system lags or they do that intentionally . Or probably low liquidity which raises eyebrows . Becareful with this app don't put any big money there .

In all honesty, I would give no stars! They are unquestionably the worst money app available. They keep closing my accounts for no apparent reason, therefore I had two accounts with them. They won't respond to my questions. They took money from me and won't give it back. They rank among the largest frauds in existence. The poorest customer service can be found there. Everyone there is from somewhere else. If you try to get answers from them, they will hang up on you and speak terrible English. They assert that my case was escalated, however it was never. They never emailed me in the first place, but I received an email saying that my case was closed because it had been open for more than three days. After making a report to ABERDEENDYCELP my hard earn money came back to me.

If you don’t wanna lost your money forever don’t use this app, Worst customer service ever

My account was banned since July 2023, I have about $8,000 in my account and everything was closed, I contacted the support and they ask for some documents for verification, including my business documents, source of income, so many things you can imagine, which i provided everything, after providing everything from different emails, they confirmed every information and stop replying my emails, without communicating the problem they just shut me off and never reply till date, since July last year, I keep sending reminder emails but nothing till date July 2024. This is inappropriate and unprofessional not to communicate and my $8,000 was gone just like that. DON’T USE BYBIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will probably lose, and it will hurt a lot

For my fellow inexperienced traders, please DO NOT USE THIS. I thought it would be easy, but it’s the most horrible, stressful, money-wasting experience I’ve ever had. We’re in a bull market, and so I thought it would be easy, but I kept getting wrecked until I had nothing left. $6,000 gone simply because I was deceived into thinking this would be easy. I didn’t fully understand how everything worked, where to set the stop losses, the hidden fees... etc. Maybe you’re a pro, and that won’t happen to you, but chances are, you’re just not as good as you think you are. You’re too confident in the skills you think you have. The truth is, most people lose, the poor get poorer, and the rich get richer. This profit is mainly going to the rich in this game, so stay out at all costs. You’ll have better luck with the lottery (which I also do not recommend). Go live a happy life, free from the cares of the miserable trap of leverage trading some of the most volatile assets in the world. You have a better purpose in life than to be enslaved to this greedy game. You were made to know God through his son Jesus Christ. He deserves your life - not this.

THE EASIEST AND THE BEST!!!

With Bybit app, I trade crypto with ease. I literally have used every single app from Trust Wallet to Binance to MEXC and Kukoin. None of them are nearly as easy to navigate as Bybit and I literally created an account with them 28 days ago and from the first day I realized that this will be my new number 1 trading app! The customer service are available 247 and responds swiftly on-like most apps where one have to wait for several hours and that’s a plus for me. This app is awesome, my number one trading app and I happily give it a five star!!!

Why I love this APP

Omo I have actually been using other trading apps for about too years now and I thought it’s was all I could get I was satisfied but just about 2 months of using bybit for tradings, conversions even the P2P platform is super fact and easy to release coin to buyers while still very been secured by the app… Omo me even coming to write a reviews says it all. I have never actually written a review on any app not even my banks app 😂😂😂 but here I am. I just love this app just makes everything easy.

The most reliable platform

I've been using Bybit for a while now, and I have to say that it's the best platform available on the open market. Both novice and expert users will find their platform to be easy to use and navigate, and they have an excellent customer service relationship. It's rare to find a platform that is willing to actively listen to its customers and provide assistance. I would rate their customer relationship a ten out of ten.

There is this buyer I open a trade with he use floating price and paid stupid amount I message him to chat him that I’m not trading again he tell me he don’t cancel trade….As you tell us on the Bybit app you said refund if you don’t receive the exact price from the buyer which I did since then the buyer claim he did not seen the money and you keep quiet almost a month now I check his bad reviews I see he do stuff like this on the app I mean this is not his first time you people did not reply to the issue again should I call both you thief or what….cause you use your app To support thief this is bad and it pains me is this how you treat people you drop the issue no reply nothing customer support did not say anything…you are now making to beg the guy and he still Insist he will not release my coin This is bad you are inconvenience me so we should be scared of using your app now You know bad people in the your app but you keep Them because of money you see there or what this is bad almost 460$ you keep my coin without doing anything

Funding Rate

Funding rate and fees should be added in positions open and or when closing a position it should show what fees customer is on the hook for as it can be changing fluidly and especially for beginners!. I do like all the work the team at ByBit has put into the trading experience as I am using ByBit more frequently. I still like BitMex and Binance for all the different trading pairs they offer. I hope ByBit will offer more in the future but dependability is most important. Thanks for all you do ByBit team and keep up the great work:)

I love learning how to trade on By it. First there is a test site where you can learn and once you are confident, and making good sensible trades, you can switch to real trading! So awesome. Best app for trading crypto!

The app streamlines what is important to the mobile trader so the user is not overwhelmed by too much information. The strategy alerts are also an excellent way to remind the user when their indicators are producing a signal, so I don’t have to keep looking at the screen anymore. I also really appreciate the frequent updates that introduce new features, fixes bugs, and ensure higher and better compatibility. I hope to see an iPad app next!

Screen orientation needs to change back

Love this app. But when charting coins, would love if we had the option of the screen still being vertical. The horizontal orientation doesn’t give the same feel at all. edit: Also want to add that the 1m and 1M show the same minute chart, instead of the 1M showing the month. Once the vertical ability to chart is back, mixed with this being corrected, I think I’ll use the app a lot more. Because it would be perfect for when I can’t pull up the full site and I’m on the go.

Ease of use.

ByBit ease of use has made it easy for a beginner like me to understand making it big on complex trade options I never thought I would dare touch before. Has bucket full of videos and write ups to follow a long to with a dedicated customer support to assist when need be - actual human. The internal bots that earn you a passive income is a lucky discovery for me with new rewards almost everyday.

Wrong information

Most of the seller use wrong informations, for example a sell that do not use a Revolut account posted that he receives Revolut payments and I sent money to his account surprisingly for me his account is not a Revolut account and the money will then get to him in 2 days time, which is today. I received an email that the money has gotten to him and now I have been written him that I want to purchase some coin from him so he should release the coin but he is not responding my message And there I don’t know way to report this user, his handle name is FAST_ and his name is Badredine Bouaid, please help me so that I can get my money back thank you

Scam Alert

This platform is a scam, a big one. I was introduced to this app and I decided to check it out and I sent in my usdt from another blockchain account so that I will be able to trade on spot and P2P. My account was terminated after 2 days of the payment for no reason and my funds was locked too. And I wasn't given a chance to appeal or to submit any documents. All this just happened within 48 hours now. Note: I won't give a positive feedback if my funds are not release. And if I do not come back here with a positive feedback just know they didn't release my coin and it's a big scam and a verified way to extort money from you. Thanks

pretty good app compared to others

at present, the feedback page on the app is glitching and constantly refreshing so it’s impossible to enter or submit feedback at this time. fix that please? my main 3 suggestions for improvement 1. notification options—we should be able to choose what kind of notifications we receive, and most importantly, where they are sent to (text vs email). 2. Reverse button. There should be a reverse button on the derivatives trading page. Other exchanges have this and it’s a helpful feature. 3. Alert notes. When setting alerts for coins, we should be able to enter notes on those alerts, so that when the alert is triggered we receive a message that reminds us of why we set the alert in the first place. The above 3 features would make this a 5-star app.

Easy to Use App and Many Perks

I have a few Crypto App and I like the Bybit the most and lately I have been using it for trading. Not only that the app is easy to navigate, I like how the widgets are arranged. There are so many features on it. Also, it keeps the user informed thru their Notification and it is well organized and you can easily get all the perks and events.

Bybit don’t attend to appeal issues they leave it

Bybit don’t attend to appeal issues A vendor was trying to scam me he said he didn’t receive the payment and I made the payment and he sent and appeal I defended my self on the appeal by showing more proof but the vendor couldn’t show his proof and Bybit told him to refund and cancel the appeal but the order is still on I was also telling the vendor to release crypto or refund but he disagree and Bybit didn’t do anything on that and he appealed me again and I defended myself again and Bybit is not saying anything and it’s been 2 weeks now I don’t know what to do

Inverse BTC Initialization Annoys in Mobile App

Everything was great until the trade pair initialization has fixed to inverse BTC in mobile app. I only trade ETHUSTD and now I need to change/tap to see the Ethereum chart EVERYTIME I open up the app since the default initialization trade pair is now set to Inverse BTC. Previously, I was able to skip this “changing trade pair” step becuase there was no initialization setup I guess and it was very convenient that I was able to trade the pair I want to directly.

Poor app update records

Every now and then were prompted to update this app by an annoying pop-up that’s difficult to close on your mobile device. I install the app update, and yet the annoying pop-up still persists. Another feature that is disappointing is that all of the controls are not on the screen you want them to be so that you can execute quick trades on your mobile device; you have to move things around in order to get to what you really need for action. Earlier versions of the app were much better and user-friendly.

Please PLEASE please please please please…

Bring back the ability to use drawing tools without the screen flipping on its side, the chart is to crunched up. I could use TradingView to do my analysis but I’d rather use bybits beautiful app for that. And as a trader who uses my cellphone to trade, it’s more convenient Also adding a tool that measure percentage movement by dragging it across the chart be incredibly helpful. GOOO BYBIT!!!

Great and reliable app

Nice and user friendly interface 👌. The UI is extremely easy to use. Good performance even if internet connection is slow. I love learning how to trade on Bybit.
