Update: if anyone is having trouble like I did, delete the app and reinstall - solved the problem :) The app works great and no longer immediately logs out if in the background. However, the fingerprint login does not work for me despite being turned on. I'm jealous since it works for the rest of my family :(
Read a review from January 2013 that requested app be updated to support multitasking. Now it is March 2014. I am new to this app, and love a lot about the app, except the lack of its supporting multitasking. I was making my first deposit via the app, had already captured the front of the check, and inadvertently hit the home button when I wanted to capture the back of the check, quickly got back to app, but had to sign back in and start the process all over again. Yes indeed...app needs to support multitasking. Deal with security issue by timing out user, not logging user out after leaving the screen for a split second. (That alone is worth 1-2 stars!)
It's an ok app, but it needs the ability to take advantage of multitasking. I don't want to have to login every time I hit the home button. Sometimes I want to view my accounts and use my calculator, but can't quit the C&F app without having to login again. Very annoying. It also needs iPhone 5 support (taller screen). Fix these and it's a 5 star app.
When I first got this app, it was so convenient & easy to use! Now I don't know what's going on but it'll ask me to put in a bunch of security questions & never move on from that. PLEASE FIX OR UPGRADE
I use to have an android phone but I switched over to apple and ever since I haven’t been able to get Into my mobile banking app except for only a few times. I find this very inconvenient, please try to figure out why on the iOS update 14.7, that you can’t sign in to mobile banking.
