As a realtor on the go driving through different neighborhoods and getting phone calls at all different times of the day. Using this app on the go is amazing. Searching for properties getting information about details on homes at my fingertips is a game changer. Forwarding and being able to share a listing to my clients phone is the best part. Secondly, communicating with the agent, hooking showings, asking questions and doing it by phone or text or email fantastic. Keep making upgrades. Love it love it love it. I love the app since i can just click on it and search away without the delay of logging in online. But there seems to be an internal conflict because i get alot of “security breach” alerts when trying to log in online. I think it’s reading that I’m logged in on my phone still.

Better than any other app!

Love this app! Better than any other! I can share any listing out there without worrying that the listing agent’s information is going to be accessible to my buyers or prospects. It has a lot of features like the others except, this one won’t show the listing agent information to your clients. Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻😍

App Crashing and Freezing

Not sure what is happening. But the app has been crashing and freezing up lately. There have been no updates to the app or any type of support from the developer. I have reached out to the MLS multiple times as well as people that I know who have been having the same issue and there seems to be no support. The app freezes in less than a minute of use, so I have to close the app, force it to close and reopen it, and it still freezes up. At this point this app is useless.

PLS FIX CRASHING!!!

Fast / reliable

I really like the simplicity of the app. Would give more stars except on iOS phone or iPad the mortgage calculator does not work. Seems to be an issue with touch. I used to operate the calculator function quite often now I have to have a separate app for that. Please fix

Buggy app

Location does not update after a few searches on the road. Filter cannot be reset after a few searches. Have to shut it done completely to reset the app. Very inconvenient.

Confusing lack of features

No way to save/like listing. When I share a listing with buyer the link provide has no map option so they end up going to realtor/Zillow/Redfin to see map, and save listing. These seem like such basic features. There are at least 3 platforms that are out there to match features with. Time to catch up

Information does not update in a timely matter

Open house information does not change in A timely manner. I had canceled an open house that was scheduled for a Sunday on a Thursday, the CRMLS app was still showing there was an open house but yet the matrix on a desktop does not show the open house.

I wish you could edit your listings easier

I wish it was easier to edit your listings via the app instead of having to open the app, then view entire site, then need to scroll left and right to see the entire page.

Worst app ever

This app is the only thing that ruins this job as a realtor. Constantly closes on you, super slow, history of conversations can’t go much further it will close on you the app just shuts down. I use it on my wife’s brand new iPhone and it’s the same worthless app. What upsets me the most is how much I pay for it. For the way this app works should be free. In fact there are free apps that work far better. But their info is unreliable.

Bug fix

This is a great app and have used it for many years. The reason for my 3 star is because it keeps on crashing or freezing every 10 seconds. Wish the developers would fix the issue

Home Search App

Where are the updates

This is CRMLS’s best app. But where are the updates? Seems a bit outdated and in need of a more modern look. My customers use my app and others like Redfin and zillow. Please help us keep them on our app only CRMLS. I hope this gets done soon. (Wishing on an update)

I love the app, but hate not being able to save stuff.

Great app. But please fix or explains why you have a big heart with no positivity to retrieve favorites. There’s either a bug or it’s not really intuitive. I can’t use the app on the go if everything I like is later gone.

New Update Not Great

Can’t find agent roster, which was helpful finding listings for particular agent in my area. The new layout within the listing screen doesn’t seem as robust. Like the old version better.

Crashed multiple times & your with a client

I’ve had numerous crashes on my Apple phone and support can’t solve it in a timely manner. They act baffled but yet it shows on their app that they had IOS 13 crashes of the same issue. We needed to be treated with more urgency.

Realist

Would give 5 stars if realist worked better. Mobil realist still doesn’t work like it should. Easier and more efficient to use RPR and we should be able to use Realist for that info.

Can’t log in

I just shifted from Foexmls to. Emil’s and am a member of PFAR. No one told me a lot of the stuff isn’t yet available for my board including the mobile app. I was able To log in once on my desktop and now that doesn’t even work.

Last update screwed up all the filters

The app greatly delays behind MLS. The app is not intuitive. It’s difficult to use to find area comps. As an agent I need to use other apps to find the information I need.
