I say I love CapEd because other banks don’t offer online banking especially when it comes to managing your account however you please. I can also check my accounts daily to help meet savings goals and such. I love the fact that I can also transfer money into my savings from my checking or vice versa without having to call and ask them for me. Highly recommend this app. I am very satisfied with it and use it daily.
But it lacks the full functionality I was hoping for. There’s places to see your different account management settings like moneytracker and such, however you can’t actually do anything except for view it. You need to view the “full version” of the site (app?) to actually do things like create budgets and stuff. I thought that the app would be the hub for account management and everything, which is why I got it. The only reason I keep it is because it’s more convenient than going to the website, and it does have some features that are useful. The app is great, but it could be better.
This has certainly made banking with Cap Ed quite convenient. I enjoy being able to log on and check my accounts and loan balance. The only drawback I have experienced is it seems that quite often the program wants to confirm my identity although I’m logging on with the same device. This becomes annoying as it sends confirmation emails or texts that I must enter prior to getting access to my information. I activated the “Remember this device” button but that did not seem to help.
I have a loan through caped, and my local banks stopped shared banking, but with the ease of access to the app (thus my loan) I have no worries! The app is so miser friendly it’s almost too good to be true. I can find anything I need regarding my loan, can keep up with any changes, check my credit scores, transfer money and easily view what I need. This is one of the best banking apps I’ve ever had!
This review isn’t just for the app, but the bank themselves. First, I had money being pulled from my account that was not authorized by me. When I reached out I was met with nothing but automated calls and messages. Ridiculous. When i finally got through it was nothing but confusing directions on what to do. Finally i got my card locked so that whoever or whatever was pulling money couldn’t anymore, and they TOLD ME that money couldn’t be pulled when its locked. Well money keeps being pulled out, so its being authorized by you guys not me. This is not okay and you need to figure it out or i will take my money elsewhere.
Cap Ed cares about me as a partner in all of my money needs. They share in my growth as well as my protection. I can count on them to keep my accounts free of scammers, growing in interest and supportive in loan needs. I feel they are there for me, not using me for corporate gain or greed. I trust them and appreciate their business model. I’ve been with them for 40 years and plan to continue as they grow.
I love this app! They are always improving the user experience. The app never breaks on me. The appearance is on point in my opinion, and when I think it can’t get any better they make adjustments and I like it even more. It takes a lot for me to like an App but this one checks all the boxes. Very user friendly!
I like to say Cody was very friendly very professional she explained everything to me and she was very patient and very kind. CapEd has been amazing! My husband and I opened out checking and savings with them almost three years ago, since then we have opened accounts for most of our five kids my brother opened one up and I just opened 3 more accounts today for my Real Estate business!!
The mobile deposit photo portion doesn’t work right for the back of the check. It just keeps saying flip check. Also I don’t like that my funds get held (my paycheck) unless I send a specific email asking for my funds not to get held Otherwise the app is fine
They made it easy to save money with multiple savings accounts all in one. Online banking is easy, need to make it easier Dor me to make more savings, it’s too complicated, I always have to call in.
I have banked with caped since second grade, they are the nicest local bank I have found! I love the ease of the app, having everything in one spot, and their quick customer service when issues arise or when I have questions! Thanks CapEd, we love you!
I never had an issue until today. It keeps saying retry. I shut down phone, same problem. I deleted app and reinstalled and same issue. It is stressing me out. Please let me know what is going on. Thx

I have been a member of Capital Educators for over 20 years & I love them! I have even kept them after I moved across the state & haven’t missed a beat because their app is so wonderful & easy to use.
Great app, looks phenomenal, maybe change the colors up a bit, make the Snapshot feature for iPhone work properly. Allow transfers between credit unions to transfer faster than 72 hours.
This app is easy to use and very straightforward. I love the ability deposit checks, transfer funds, and access all my accounts at the touch of a screen.
I live in Arizona now but I still bank with CapEd in Idaho because that’s how wonderful they are! Any problems that have come up they’ve always had my back!
Pretty much a good app only thing I wish was that I could see my transactions for my credit cards instead of having to go to a different page while in the app.
I have never been so satisfied with a bank. Switching to this credit union was the neat thing I did. Everyone is always friendly the service is always amazing I love this bank!

I tried to talk to a live agent about my loan And wanted to find out if the documents that I signed was alright and check to see when I would get my loan. I could never get a hold of a agent. I liked the old system where I could talk to a banker.
Cap Ed is the best banking institution I’ve ever used. Every single employee is dedicated to superior service. The mobile site is extremely simple to navigate through.
I would give it Five stars but with the new updates it doesn't remember your user name even if you click save user name. Fix that and I'll update my review.
