Awesome design awesome service

I have bought several items from the website (just started using the app) so far both for myself and as gifts. Recently bought the silver jewelry from the Shaya line,all the jewelry is well made and there are several unique designs which I get compliments for and asked about consistently. Am in the US they don’t really have a presence here yet but are working on it so I generally get the products shipped to my moms place in India and then have someone bring these over when convenient. Other than Carat Lane I have never shopped for fine jewelry online and I have not been disappointed, they are responsive and helpful and have great products.

Met my expectations

I live abroad and I made a couple of purchases from Caratlane website, I was not able to place my order through the app at the time. I was pleased with my purchases where I was able to custom size my rings. I knew that I would have to wait 3 - 6 weeks for my order to arrive because it was an international order; but I still was concerned and contacted Caratlane customer service and they were prompt to address my issues, confirmed my shipping address before sending the items. Caratlane has gained my trust and I’d purchase from them again. :)

Poorly Designed App

I think they have put a lot of aesthetics on the app forgot basic functionalities. Speaks of very poor engineering, design and transition. I was a customer for 4 years and bought a lot of stuff. However the store struggled to make a bill as they could not create a bill with my credentials.I am also quite surprised and shocked that my order book shows no orders in the app. Clear example of shoddy work and launch and management of App. I hope this message gets into the notice of the highest levels in the organization.

Highly recommended

Very happy with Carat lane. They have beautiful designs and a very professional after service. Last year I order an ear rings set for my mil. Needed some after service and was impressed how well they take care of it. Very happy and would recommend to all my friends here in US.

No ability to delete account

Hello. I just downloaded the CaratLane app (version 7.2.0) on an iPhone 8 running iOS 14.6. According to the newly updated App Store Review Guidelines, all apps that, “offer account creation also have to offer account deletion.” CaratLane offers account creation using an email address - but doesn’t seem to offer an option to “delete account.” Please include this option in your next release.

Beautiful Collections

They have beautiful collections at a very reasonable price. Their delivery is on time and very neat. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy gold. I just wish they have 22 carat instead of 18.

Poor customer service, great designs

The designs and prices are great but the customer service is pathetic and unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a package which I ordered two months ago, haven’t received any notification on anything from their end. Be prepared to contact several representatives for the same piece of information, coz they never seem to stay true to their word of getting back to you. Disappointed.

Fake promises and cheap products

I ordered baby bracelets from them . They broke as soon as my baby wore them . I contacted their customer care team , they said they can be exchanged when I come to India . Now I am being told International purchases can’t be exchanged. Also I purchased a mangalsutra from them . It broke easily also its color faded in a month .

Fraud and Misleading with poor Customers Service

Firstly the item will be not the same you order. Less weight more of making charge, not genuine. Will give you false information of delivery time. They will not deliver the item on time. So if you have any event and want to order avoid this. They are not genuine. Worst customer service..

Not Good

I have ordered one mangalsutra bracelet and the received product is totally different from the picture. They haven’t mentioned about the chain size properly on website. As I am a international customer they are not allowing any return on the product. Would never recommend any one to do purchase from CaratLane. A Unhappy customer

worst customer service

Beware Customers!!!Their customer service is horrible. They will not help you even though mistake is on their end. They will aak you for more money. Whenever I placed an order, I have to go through a lot of hassle and it total waste of time in the end and I am not happy with my purchase.

The app isn't working! Otherwise it's my fav.

When I open the app only the landing page appears. And the wishlist. When I tap on any product to view or search nothing loads. It's just blank and gives the error something is wrong, please come back later. I don't know what to do. Kindly fix it.

Not user friendly

The app is not user friendly. I can’t find what I want easily. To change the currency to $ you have to use a laptop which is not convenient. It could be more smart and easier to use.
