CardCash - Discount Gift Cards

I have loved using CardCash ever since I found out about them. It has come in handy around the Hollidays and for purchases that you routinely make to the same retailers. The app makes purchasing the cards easy and more quickly then having to go to the website and signing in every time. A few fixes I would love is to be able to buy physical cards on the app like on the website. Also it would be nice to be able to sort the available cards by something other than the standard which is alphabetically. Just a few minor fixes that would make the app easier to use, but not necessary for the app to be useable.

So one they can either buy the cards they said they would buy from me if I spent the dollar “processing fee” to ensure “customer safety” and help against “fraud”. I unfortunately told my fiancee that I only had ten cents in the bank and we are in a tight spot lately regarding money so I told him about how if we did this and spent the dollar they would be purchasing over a hundred bucks of e gift cards I have. He was happy and sent me ninety cents in order for me to do this. Well unfortunately after making the purchase the page said my card was declined when in fact it wasn't because I get text message alerts when purchases are made using my card, I also receive them when it is declined. It will state whether it is declined or not. It said a purchase of one dollar was made at cardcash. I took a screen shot of this and sent it in an email to support. So thats the first option. Second option is to refund me the dollar because if they aren’t going to keep their end of the deal I most definitely shouldn’t be having to spend any amount of money. Seems like keeping customers safe and happy is the last thing they care about! What a scam. Will update and change this if they do what they originally said they would do.

I’ve been using CardCash quite a while and could not be happier! When I complete my shopping online at a particular store... I attach my store coupons then check CardCash to see if there’s a giftcard available near my purchase amount. Most of the time there is. So I purchase the card (for less than the card value of course) and use it to buy my online store items. By doing this I save even more! I do the same thing when shopping in person at my favorite stores! The new CardCash app is easy to navigate and enjoyable to use. I also like that customer service is only a call away if you have any questions or problems. I also like getting CardCash emails which alert you of extra good deals! I jump on it right away! If you like to get extra savings off your purchases download the CardCash app! You’ll be glad that you did!

I’ve purchased many gift cards at many different sites (eBay, Cardpool, Raise, giftcard granny, etc) as it’s a great way to save some money. I’ve never had any issue at any of them EXCEPT with CardCash. After inputting my credit card info and personal data, they send a bizarre email cancelling the transaction saying only “high risk.” What??? There’s no issue with my credit card, yet no explanation is given and there’s no way to get one from cardcash as customer service is terrible. I tried using this service a second time after several months had passed telling myself that the first try must have been a fluke —-it wasn’t. Same exact experience. Good riddance cardcash. I’ll take my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same. I’ve never encountered such a bizarre online business and wonder how long they’ll be around. (I’m not the only one this has happened to - check out the other bad reviews - there are lots of them).

I recently just got this app and so far it has been easy and a great way to save some money. I have not used it for anything big yet but if I’m about to go to a store or the movies I check for cards and what is nice is that I can instantly use them. It’s easy to search for a store, as you are typing you will see a list of what cards they have and if you see your store you can click on it or if it stops listing stores you know they don’t carry that one. I do compare this app to the others I have such a as Raise, Cardpool, and Cashable but a few times CardCash has had the best deals. I am really liking this app to help me save, I feel that every little bit counts!

I've only used the CardCash app to sell gift cards, but I noticed a few things: 1. It was nice to be able to enter multiple gift cards in one transaction and see the total payout adding up. That was something lacking when I used CardPool. 2. When selling e-gift cards I don't understand the need to mail in print outs e-gift cards. All the information has already been entered online. They are by definition electronic and this only delays payment and frustrates sellers. If there is some point to this please state that point up front or don't ask for print outs to be mailed in. It defeats the purpose of an e-gift card. 3. I appreciated that once my printed e-gift cards were received and processed (still annoyed by #2 above) that payment from CardCash was quick and electronic. To sum up, CardCash has a more streamlined process to sell e-gift cards, but the process could still be quicker, almost instantaneous even, and if not at least an explanation could be given to users as to why the process has to be so cumbersome so we'll continue to endure it.

I have been using CardCash for roughly one year. I think the service of selling discounted gift cards is extraordinary for people in need. I often buy things for my family, but am also a strong supporter of various schools and churches. I try my best to get discounts everywhere I go and CardCash facilitates that process for me. I started using the CardCash app on my iPhone 7 plus roughly two months ago. As a general rule, I do not like apps and use as few as possible. In this case, I chose to download and use the CardCash app out of pure convenience. I noticed that I would often be on the road running errands and then I would have unexpected needs at various stores. I got used to checking CardCash and became an instant fan of checking on-the-go. For all the people who say CardCash is a scam and they are identified as high-risk, please be aware that that designation depends on your credit card policies, not CardCash. The solution? Switch credit cards and try the transaction again! Highly recommend CardCash!!!!

Recent upgrades to UI and card delivery services are impressive. Now I can get the card with in seconds instead of waiting for minutes. It would be better if there’s an option to sort by % and other filters which exists in desktop version. Another key feature missing in this app is notification, I should have an option to get the notification when certain card is at certain %.

They claim to be the fastest at paying people out when selling gift cards false !!!! Almost day 3 and STILL !!!! nothing ! Oh and I even opted for the prepaid card in exchange which CLAIMS !!!! To be even faster NOPE !!!! Still says I’m verification and on top of that u have to VERIFY !!!!! To sell them gift cards with ur BANK ACCOUNT with a hold they pull just for future reference!!!! They make it seem so straight forward and soooo easy yet it is anything but that !!!! And they drag at sloth speed !!!! I’ll NEVER !!!! Waste my time messing with this lieing, false advertising GARBAGE COMPANY AGAIN PERIOD !!! They take forever to VERIFY !!!! you cards but they sure DONT MIND pulling a HOLD OUT OF UR BANK INSTANTLY that also still hasn’t been revered yet ! Another one to report to the Federal trade commission and the better business Beaure because they are lieing cheats GARBAGE COMPANY!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! that’s all !!!

Not gonna lie, I researched this company intensely after reading all of these reviews. But I decided to give it a try with trading in a $25 gift card first just to see. I was verified quickly and received my money in about 2 days. So I tried again with a $100 the next day aaaand received that just as quickly! I received over $100 in total cash back and I’m happy! Although they did charge that $1 authorization fee twice for some reason, so that’s $4 in total. But it says it gets refunded in 7 days so I’m just waiting. That’s the deciding factor right now lol

Horrible site/app. I tried selling a gift card and of course they want you to put in a credit card saying they will put $1 on hold. Well it ended up saying my bank declined the transaction so the order never went through so I figured if it doesn’t go through then they won’t still do the $1 hold because why would there be a hold when you are getting absolutely nothing. I tried twice to get my gift card to sell and the same thing. After I was looking at my email and I got an email twice that $1 was taking off my card so $2 altogether. Why is it taking my money when it wouldn't even sell my gift card. It makes no sense to me. I will try to sell or buy anything from this place again.

We have used CardCash for several years, but for some reason never thought to check if they had an app until recently. Since downloading the app, we have used it way more than we were before (not for extra purchases, but for purchases we were already going to make anyway). The app is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The gift card purchases come through almost instantly. We frequently buy them in stores right before heading to check out (once we know approximately how much we will be spending). Highly recommend!

I sold several gift cards (various vendors and amounts); the total was $196 and I received $157. Turn around was fast - I uploaded the gift card information on Tuesday morning and received the $158 in my PayPal account less than 48 hours later; an e-mail confirmation was sent somewhere in between that my gift cards had been “processed” and accepted. I was totally skeptical but this could not have worked out better! Would definitely recommend to anyone with unwanted gift cards taking up room in their wallet!

I am a user who uses cardcash App very often. I usually buy target gift cards before I go shopping. and as soon as you make a purchase, the gift card arrives by email. After they upgraded their services, a gift card that I purchase arrived super fast with in seconds. The function of the app is to buy a gift card, which is so simple that it is designed to make my purchase very convenient. I saved a lot of money through this app. If you are a gift card buyer, I recommend you use this app.

I used this App while I’m on the go and I can quickly check for any gift cards while I’m already in the store ready to buy! This makes it super convenient because the card delivery occurs in less than 5 minutes. Additionally, I love the front page UI that is simple to navigate and easy to search. The only thing I’d want to see change is being able to delete gift cards I’ve already used so it doesn’t show up in my cards left to use.

I had a gift card that I was trying to get rid of. I came across CardCash. I was skeptical at first, but everything worked well and I got my money within 1 business day! The support team will also email you back in a timely manner, if you need any help or it something goes wrong. Would definitely recommend this company. I rarely write reviews, but I want potential users of CardCash to know it’s legit.

Usually I decide to buy discount gift cards at the moment I decide to go shopping so the fact that these cards arrive in my inbox within 24 hrs (and a lot of times within the hour) is super convenient. Haven’t had a problem with the gift cards amount thus far, even after the 45 day protection period. I would love to see deeper discounts on “every day” gift cards (grocery stores, gas, etc.), even if it’s just 3% off (currently discounts can below 1%).

Tried using my both credit card and PayPal for purchasing, and they charged me when attempting to purchase cards and then instantly send me an email that states the order is cancelled because of high risk of fraud. I’ve written several emails to them and have only gotten generic replies that don’t address my issue whatsoever and one sarcastic reply saying maybe I wasn’t destined to use the card, seriously. I’ve tried calling them during business hours several times, and it’s always just a recording saying I’ve reached them out of hours. Don’t waste your time like I have, and don’t give these scammers your personal details and credit card info.

When you’re a student every dollar counts. I use this app to buy gift cards to help me pay for food, clothes for work, and gifts for the holidays. I have saved so much already and it’s so simple taking about 5 minutes to save money. Some of my friends are skeptic about buying used gift cards, but the card cash team is amazing and offers a price guarantee where you really cannot lose money.

I’ve been using all those apps to buy gift cards for the last 6 years. This has been my go to app for more than a while as its turnaround time is quite short. Have never till date been scammed. Hopefully my experience continues. It’s worth a try if not yet tried

It’s one of my favorite apps now! I love saving money by purchasing discount cards for things I’m going to buy anyway. The ap has improved tremendously over the years and I’ll keep checking in whenever I need a gift card. I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t resolved quickly. E-cards are delivered almost immediately, and plastic gift cards are shipped in a very timely manner. Definitely a fan of Cardcash!

I attempted to buy my first gift card from this app and after being charged got an email saying it was “high risk” yet they charged me anyway. If it’s high risk don’t sell the gift card in the first place or even better don’t charge people and then they have to wait a week to get there money back. This app is a joke and there are better apps doing this out there. I just got robbed my entire paycheck. Yes I’ll get it back eventually but I was buying the gift card for something I had to order within the next 48 hours. So refunding me a week later doesn’t help! Do your research and use trusted apps people!

I just got this app and I like it a lot. I had a few issues when I started using it but customer service got back to me immediately and helped me. I like that it’s an all in one I can sell my unwanted gift cards and also buy gift cards to give as a gift. I would definitely recommend this app to friends and family.

I really enjoyed using CardCash until my last transaction. I had previously used the CardCash service buying GC of Starbucks, Kohl’s, Target, Coffee Bean on several occasion at the end of last year and beginning of this year but my last transaction for a GC for Target my account was flagged all of a sudden as a “High Risk” and my transaction was cancelled. Called the CS line and they basically said nothing they could do, tried again next day and same thing happened. Nothing changed on my account used same payment method. Was a great app, would love to use again but it appears they no longer want my business.

SCAM AP!!!!!! They take your gift card info pull the balance and don’t give you the exchange gift card. It’s basically one of those robo calls saying there the irs and if you don’t pay them in gift cards you will be arrested kinds on scams but in this case give us the remaining balance on unused cards with the false promise of a exchange or payout. How is this not illegal?

I downloaded this app as an alternative to Raise since they don’t always have my favorite $5 Starbucks gift cards. I placed two orders - the first showed me a confirmation screen on the app, but I received nothing about it in my email. The second confirmed its purchase in my email, but I got another email from the company a minute or two later telling me that my purchase was “fraudulent.” Don’t charge me twice and tell me that *I* am the one committing fraud here. I’ll be sticking with Raise from here on out. Save yourself the money and headache and stay away from CardCash.

I seen alot of bad reviews at first I was hesitant so I only submitted 1 gift card, I received my money within 2 business days! I then submitted $50 worth of gift cards and received $38 for them, and both card Authenticator fees were sent back to my account. Would recommend if your looking for pocket money.

At first I had some trouble because it didn’t tell me whether it was online only and I’d be in a store such as Hollister having trouble scanning it and entering it manually. So, I’d have to pay in cash or card not like I intended. But the update now does tell you so I have no problems with the app! It gives great discounts and they deliver very fast. Saves me a lot of money. :)

They may work sometimes but my recent experience selling a card was not good. Once I have the card number and pin, I found out it would take several days to receive payment. So I cancelled the transaction using their cancel button. Within the time I submitted and canceled the transaction, my card was used for an online purchase and emptied. After weeks of emails and phone calls I’m being told that because I cancelled , it’s my problem and they are not responsible.

Stumbled on this app because I received a unwanted gift card and didn’t know what to do with it. Found card cash on google and I liked the concept. Downloaded the app and now I use it regularly. You buy gift cards at discounted prices saving you money $$. The app is fast and has a good interface. Check them out!

I have saved a ton using this service. Just watch out if you buy a large amount they can send you tons of small gift cards. I have learned the hard way and got like twenty 5 dollar gift cards from target. Other than that I love the instant delivery it’s the best!!

For some reason, my main issue with CardCash is that it keeps saying my address doesn’t match what’s on file? Which is well, impossible because I know for a fact that it’s correct. And of course, they assumed it was something on my end from my bank? And well it wasn’t. Plus, some cards they consider “prepaid” are not prepaid.

I was using Raise a lot to save on the stores I shop at and someone told me about CardCash so I tried it out and bought 3 Marshalls gift cards. Unfortunately the one that was supposed to have the highest amount was empty!!! I was very disappointed as I needed it that day. I put in a claim and have to wait 3-5 business days for a response (my money is just stuck until then). I am waiting for a reply but HOW HARD is it for CardCash to check the balance of the cards BEFORE selling them to us and taking out our money to put in limbo for a week??? WTH

Was at Target, and figured I try to order a gift card. It came right to my phone in literally three seconds! I wish the cashiers at the store were as awesome as this Ap! Highly recommend, amazing results. To all those with concerns -READ the terms and conditions. I for one, appreciate the security features of this company!

I “sold” a $50 gift card to this company, I received the -$1 on my card for confirmation and they said the money would be paid to my PayPal 24-48 hours later. It’s been 5+ days and no signs of any deposits. I would contact support but it seems they’ll likely tell me I’m wrong and there’s nothing more they can prove. And with the overwhelming amount of fraud and scam reviews under this app I should have known. They probably drained the card and are refusing to pay out. Not worth handing out private info. This app needs to be taken off of the App Store ASAP.

Card Cash is great for so many reasons. From getting a great deal when buying gift cards, to getting rid of gift cards that you simply will not use, it would be difficult to find a reason why Card Cash isn't an amazing service for everyone.

What better than getting your shopping done at discounted rate. Cardcash offers same facility with instant e-gift card that u can redeem online or in store. Absolutely worth giving it a shot. I am sure once you use it, there is no going back..!!! Keep it up Cardcash team and keep on bringing good discounted rates.. Thanks

Unable to verify and complete my order due to their “security”/“fraud” detection not having my current phone number that I’ve had for over 5 years and is on file and has been for all legal documents and otherwise. Disappointing. The most recent number they have of mine is a number I had when I was still a MINOR, leaving me to question how it is they have a minor’s phone number but not an adult’s current (and half a decade old) information.

Somehow their website flagged me as not in the US. I tried PayPal and 2 separate credit cards all attached to my US address sitting in the middle of Tennessee. Customer service basically told me too bad they can’t do anything to help and I can’t use their service. This is very strange to me. I’ve never had a company not willing the help with technical issues. But maybe it’s for the best and I’m the one avoiding a scam

I like the app & I use it all the time however it has major limitations. 1. You can’t view ALL gift cards that are available. The app only gives you the electronic gift cards. You hv to go to their regular website to buy the physical gift cards 2. If the card was purchased over 45 days it’s not in the “wallet” I think all purchased e-gift cards should be there until you erase them yourself

This app is a SCAM. Be very careful purchasing gift cards through them. Two of the four gift cards I purchased had a $0 balance. I emailed them to let them know and ask for a refund. They denied and I had to contact my credit card company. Disgusting treatment of customers. They lie, sell you zeroed out gift cards, then refuse to rectify. I deleted the app immediately after this incident and will never recommend it to anyone. There are other, reputable giftcard marketplaces out there….. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!

I’ve only used the website version as I had a card to sell and the app doesn’t support the selling features. However looking at the app I am impressed, keep it up guys. I don’t know what is stopping you from allowing the selling of cards on the app but I wish you guys did.

I have attempted to purchase on 2 separate instances. Went to the restaurant and presented these after eating and what happens next is embarassing. I have several employees gather around and managers trying to figure out why the cards dont work. Patrons of Carraba’s and Bonefish start to stare and, ultimately, the cards dont work. Had to use my card that works…my credit card. Not going to even try a 3rd time. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me. There wont be a 3rd burn. Embarassing.

I have used CardCash on several occasions and it is a very simple way to save on what you are already buying. I go shopping and check the app to see if there are any gift cards to purchase and buy them in the store to save on my purchase.

I recently sold my gift card on here and everything was legit. I got paid 1 day after my card was approved and had not problem. The only site I trust to sell my gift card.

Very infuriating because I like this app. I have no history of fraud, my cards are both legitimate, I have no suspicious record. But twice, with both of my main cards, have I been barred from purchases due to my activity being deemed as “suspicious”. I buy Starbucks gift cards because I’m a daily drinker, how is that suspicious. Would not recommend this app, and if I did, I’d preface that their fraud system is extremely sensitive.

This app is easy to use and pay for the gift card. It is fast and convenience. I like to use it to buy restaurant gift cards. Card cash also have additional discounts at least once a month to help you save even more.

The new app is pretty impressive. It lets you do everything you can do on the website, plus. Very nicely designed. Works fast and smooth. I especially love the quick buy feature. Definitely recommend.

1st purchase went smoothly Following 4 all marked as fraudulent. Unable to get customer service to do anything. Was told “there is nothing we can to”. Waited a few says. Made an other purchase successfully and then rive more were marked as fraudulent. The discount is definitely not worth the idea of stuffing the pockets of whomever is driving this.I have contacted the BBB and my local news in hopes of shedding light. Do Not use a debit card as it ties up finds for a few days when marked as fraudulent even when they tell you it doesn’t. It didn’t not tie up cc funds and i actually received a security warning from my CC company asking about validity of the purpose. The whole this has been a horrible experiencd Buyer be ware
