Would’ve gave it 5 stars but the Face ID is missing now. I’ve been trying to login to my account using my Face ID but it seems like this feature is no longer available. Please bring it back I don’t like having to keep typing in my password when I’m in public checking my account.
All but two accounts that I use are missing. My list in bill pay is gone. I have officially lost access to my checking account through mobile devices. Do not use your members as your beta testers for you failed attempts to keep up with the ever growing world of technology. Add this app with a “beta” test icon so everyone knows what they are about to get into. Not having access to my main checking accounts through my main credit unions ap is seriously a failed product that smacks of gross negligence all the way to the CEO office. I would give this -5 stars if it was possible
I use the app nearly every day. It works as promised. I saw some reviews that said the deposit feature wasn’t working, but it has for me. Nice people at the credit union. Any time I’ve had a problem, they have fixed it. Give it a try!
This app is great. Check your account statements, see graphs of spending, and even deposit a check with your camera. Could use some more updates to allow for a smoother experience, but overall; it is the best way for me to have control over my banking.
Even though it says there is a mobile deposit feature it is missing in action. While I am happy with the bank itself this is definitely preventing me from completely switching from my other current bank as bank hours generally do not work with my hours. Fix this feature please.
Understand they are a small bank but the App is terrible in a world where everyone uses their phone for everything. Always having to verify myself when logging in even if I save the device. Very basic
About 2 years ago mobile deposit was available, and all of the sudden it disappeared. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unfortunately still no mobile deposit. This is a big deal!!!! I’m considering switching banks just for that
Doesn’t allow me make a check deposit with my phone... saying “application doesn’t have permission to use camera device, please change privacy settings”
Unlike the desktop version, from some reason, at login I'm not required to answer a security question. Other then that app is good. I would like to see an option of staying logged in for few min before I'm automatically logged out if I view an email or get a call
No mobile deposit available on iPhone 10, or 5th gen ipad. What’s the point of having an app if you can make a mobile deposit on it? I’m so glad I can apply for a loan on it though 🙄
App has its setbacks. For example, mobile deposit isn’t compatible with the newest iPhones. Also missing up to date features like thumb and face recognition, Zillow, Apple Pay, etc.
My goodness, this thing is horrible. The truth is, this app is simply an extension of the credit union. It's very disappointing, not much help, and more trouble than it's worth. For starters, it uses accounting terminology in a lot of places that the general public may not understand. This is just a thoughtless error that should be corrected. Also, the app does not save a users sessions. In other words, if you have to do anything that causes you to leave the app, you must sign back in. This is annoying, because a phone call will cause you to exit the program, then you need to log back in. Also, you are very limited to the things you can do with it. You can view account balances, transfer money among the accounts, and other minor things of that nature. I feel it would have been better for them to not release a half done app and finish it before the public gets a hold of it. If anyone is reading this that works with the credit union, tell the Pres. to stop hiring college students to do the work of professionals. Actually thats an insult to college students; I think they traded some video games to their neighbors kids to have them write this. Plain and simple this whole thing is amateur hour. That's the nicest way I can put it. Is a nice foundation, and I'm sure it will be improved upon, but it has no business being released to the public domain as it is now.
I would have given 5 stars but the bill pay never loads. I get an error connecting to the server everytime. But I'm glad you finally have an app. Just fix the bill pay.
This app serves its purpose. No more using my sometimes slow browser. I can log in quickly, view transactions, make money transfers and check my balance. It's simple to understand and functional. Thanks
A heck of a lot easier than trying to view their site on my phone. I am fairly impressed, considering they are not Bank of America. Some people aren't happy unless they are complaining.
This is a great app. Has all the features you need however I would like to see a Check Deposit feature. Had it with my previous credit union and came in handy.
