The new update did fix the Quick Balance widget on my phone, so app is now fully functional. Aesthetically, I don’t like the change to recent transactions. It doesn’t have items listed separate by date now, just one long list. Otherwise no complaints, super easy to use.
Wish I didn’t have you as a credit union but since my credit card has a long standing payment history on my credit I am forced to stay for the time being but won’t be for long. You guys take the personal touch out of business because you make people feel uncomfortable with security guards at the door always checking you out and making sure to take off that hat or glasses. Who do you think you are telling me how I can dress in public? No other credit unions do this. MSUFCU handles my business and personal accounts now and you will never get another piece of business from me or referral. You need some major work! Your response would probably be we care for our employees and want them safe but guess what if you didn’t have the public’s money you would not exist. Learn that customers come first and stop telling people how to dress.
I have not been able to access to my account information on any of my accounts more than 10 days since October. I have no idea how much money is in my account and have no ability to transfer funds other than going into the bank it seems like every month for about two or three days I’m on able to access it Try and log into my account every day and at least three or four days out of seven I have absolutely no access to my account to see what funds I have or to transfer or to pay bills. The brick and mortar locations are even worse. It’s been almost a month since I have been able to access an ATM that works for a bank that is open
Many of the l buttons are not labeled. Performance in the more menu, is very poor with voiceover.
I am able to complete most of my banking transactions with this app. I am blind, I use the voice over speech program, and it is fully compatible with voiceover. It's a great deal for a guy like me. The only problem I have, is that we are not allowed to add payees on the mobile app. Maybe we could do something about that? Thank you.
If I was able to actually use this app then maybe I would have a better opinion. But if the keyboard disappears, it will not reappear, making it impossible to type or enter info. And I have to exit out and start all over again. I have a new iPhone. My app is up to date. Why does this keep happening?
I was skeptical that check cashing with my phone would be difficult and unsecure. I no longer have those worries. I'm over 60 and if I can do this, anyone can! This saves me so much time and gas and money at non participating ATMs with their fees. This app is top notch in my book... Now if you can just figure out how to get me cash this way! Picture was easy to line up and take. Steps were not cumbersome And were well ordered. Takes less than a minute start to finish. I can't thank you enough!
At first I was extremely disappointed that CASE was so far behind the curve when it came to technology...now I am glad they took the time to create an app that not only functions great, but is leaps and bounds above those that have been in the game for a much long time. Well worth the wait CASE, job well done!
This app is so much better than the online website one previously available! If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! It makes paying your bills extremely easy, and as always, without postage stamps.
The design and simplicity of this app makes online banking so easy. I use this app 2-3 times a week to access my 3 accounts to pay bills and move money from one account to another I thank the techs & developers at CASE for a job EXTREMELY well done.
Ever since the website was updated, I haven't been able to use my phone to access my account on the desktop site (the mobile site is horrible). So, I gave in and downloaded the app. Now I am only allowed to sign into one account on my phone and have no way to access another. Overall, the app provides limited options compared with the desktop site.
This app is extremely simple and convenient by employing some of the most-used features on the CASE website. However it can run slow even on wi-fi and sometimes needs a restart or two before it works correctly.
Awesome app but a few selections require you to go on the full web site to activate, for example mobile depositing took a day to get approved. Besides that a great fast clean app that allows you to manage your account!
Sitting here sipping my coffee in my jammies and I realized I forgot to deposit my paycheck. Decided to use the mobile depositing app. Simple, perfect and my coffee didn't get cold while I ran to the bank!! Awesome CASE! Just awesome!
