Very easy on the financial handling, you get what you sign up for…. Other than making a password often when it can not be verified, it’s all good - might be app to server connection
This app used to be helpful with getting funds and now everytime I need funds it says I have to call and is super inconvenient to do that, and when I call and let the rep know the app is not working they tell me the same thing every time that it never works which is weird because it always did. They also told me to send screen shots of the error messages I get when I try to get funds and send them to there email and no one ever gets back to me about it . Very disappointing
After downloading the app two days later I go to check it and says error call this number. Called it was a medical emergency alert line. After hanging up my phone has not stopped ringing all hours of the day with people calling from India and they won’t tell me who they are. Called multiple times the stores spoke to multiple reps who said unfortunately it is slow to fix issues. This is my personal information what do you mean? Go to the website and it will not work. I have tried every browser. I tried to remove my data from the app and it will not let me. Now I am continuously being harassed and blocking the numbers doesn’t work they just call from a new one.
I have I have been going around and around trying to figure out if I got approved or not it said I did and then it changed the amount and I gave them my information and I have not it been able to get a hold of them because now they say that they’re close or with other customers I’m finding that this seems a little sketchy and I might have to report this to my sons father, which works for the FBI to figure out what is going on with this company because it’s very unprofessional to have me on my phone for over an hour and a half trying to figure out if they’re going to send me money to my bank account or if I’m gonna get scammed I’m very upset
The closer you get to paying your loan off, they increase your amount and call it interest so while you see your payments, going down lower towards the end, your last couple of payments, your amount will begin to increase don’t do it. It is a complete rip off this business should be shut down I am personally reporting it to the Better Business Bureau, and will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone do not get a loan from this company you will regret it. if giving zero stars was an option. That’s what they would’ve gotten.
I have to keep changing passwords because no matter how accurate I input it, says wrong and I have X amount of attempts left. I change my password, you have to MATCH passwords for it to accept it. As soon as I go back to log in page, same thing. Keeps saying wrong password entered. I have tried choosing very simple passwords and it will accept it but then not work. Can’t log in for weeks now.
works how it should easy to add and remove payment methods and make payments or schedule payments for a future date I’ve had some minor issues but none that are persistent it’s a lot better now
App won’t let me sign in. Changed my password multiple times. Called and the rep informed they have no access to the app. You try to take more money out on the phone you are only allowed to use a 12 month term apparently. Really dumb because they never use to do that. Tried calling the 888 number and got an automated message either busy or closed. So dumb and irritating.
The app is trash 🚮 everytime I go into it & check when my payment is due it malfunctions. There’s always something wrong & when you call cash1 personally they have attitudes to check when your payment is due . But they will call you 100x when it’s past due. You guys need to stop being cheap & fix your app & fix your customer service attitudes 🫶🏽
Missed one payment with them because my dumb bank is holding a deposit due to a bank holiday and the passive aggressive texts and emails pushed me to write this review. If they’re stressing out this much about a $135 payment they’re in the wrong line of work, don’t give them any business so they’ll realize that treating their customers with understanding, kindness and respect matters.
They slowly give you 250$ with an apr of 345% so instead of paying back the 250$ you’re actually paying back over 800$ if you don’t pay it all off the day after you get it. They raise your Apr daily I had to reach out to family for help to pay it all off so I could get out of it. They pry on younger people and want them in debt. I will be reporting them aswell!
I constantly have available credit & I still cannot access my cash unless I call.. very inconvenient. Isn’t that what the app is for? Also, workers need to get on the same page, they tried ripping me off $150… I called almost everyday for a week until I got my funds back.
I have been trying to access my available cash and it keeps telling me I need a different method for payment. I have called customer care twice and they told me it was an issue with the update and until the developers fix it there is nothing they can do.

The new update is not working, so I’m unable to access my account. Which is ridiculous considering I have been a cycle years and never missed or even had a late payment… but I cannot refinance or take a larger loan out. Instead I may get a small increase every month or two.
I downloaded the app. I’ve tried logging in,received several codes, changed the password several times, still can’t log in. Since I’ve had it, never able to use it, even tried talking to a tech who could t get it to work. I have an account, but according to this app, I don’t.
Don’t apply for a loan here. The interest is so high you won’t be able to catch up paying it off or end up paying twice the amount back if you can’t afford each payment every week. This app/ service should be illegal. Interest rate will make you poor n
The app was great but know it will not allow me to log in. When I enter my password it says that it is an incorrect attempt and I have 4 more tries. I’ve changed my password and even tried to re-register and I still can see my account. Please fix.
I tried logging in on the website, it tells me to log in via the app. I register on the app and I keep going through a loop of signing in, registering in app and setting up the pin, and having to do it all over again. I did this over 5 times. Please fix this bug
Payment systems, app, and employees are a complete mess. This company will lie and steal from you. I explained to them that they defrauded me and they refused to resolve the issue. A complaint was filed with the department of Justice. If they tried to do it to you to, then file your complaints with the department of justices so they can no longer defraud others
I am now going on 3-months that I can not rest my password. When I to get a link sent to my email and I click on it, it says link has expired! I have brought this to the attention of your representatives numerous times over a 3-month period! PLEASE FiX IT ASAP!
Does anyone else have no access to loan agreement, terms, or payment history…. Easy way for them to steal money and keep it going. When I make payments early it doesn’t count for the upcoming payment date or subtract from the balance left… just taking money with no records
I have an existing account and i keep trying to login but each time i do, it sends me to the “register” page and says I have an existing account already. I have been trying this for days and it will not let me log in. Very frustrating
I applied for this loan online and had to call in to verify my information to get it to process. I had the money in my account instantly! This was right on time because I really needed the help. The percentage is crazy high for interest but that’s expected with loans like this! Obviously the sooner you pay the loan the less money you will spend. The interest rates are crazy high to make up for the people that default on their loans but to also give you incentive to pay the loan off sooner than later. I see so many bad reviews because of high interest rates! They make it very clear when you take this loan that you will have high interest rates on pay back the longer you keep the loan! It’s nothing that is hidden or not spoken of! It’s not a scam and the reps make it very clear what the terms are when they are going over the final details of the loan! So if you don’t want to pay 400% interest, don’t take the loan or if you do, pay it back within a few months! It’s literally that simple! I was having an issue with one of the reps the second phone call I placed to cash 1 but I asked to speak with someone else and he apologized and took care of me. No company is perfect and employees drop the ball sometimes! But the overall outcome is what YOU make of it! I was thankful to have cash 1 at the time I needed emergency funds! You can’t be mad at them for the terms YOU agree to pay at the time you accept the money in your account! Thanks cash1 I appreciate you so much for helping me at a time of need!
This app works great when it does work. It takes a long time for the app to load on the log in page. Even though all of the log in information is correct ,it will say it isn’t. Constantly crashes.
The prior update months ago was not working, the App wouldn’t load up. This new recent update is still not working, the App still doesn’t open. I’ve turned phone on/off, delete/reinstalled App... still does not start up.
Your update has created an issue. Worked fine before where I could access available money. Now I get a spinning circle and it won’t go away to hit review. How about you fix your update so it can be accessed.
I downloaded the app and it keeps saying passwords is invalid so I try to change and it says contact customer service and I did that and there’s no one available. Hope I didn’t get scam after I just gave out personal information
It just keeps making you review your information then log in….. over and over and over. I even deleted and started over. Doesn’t make any sense. Makes me nervous that I can’t access my accounts. Terrible.
Ever since update, whenever I log in, it reads “ outstanding loan info not available, please try again later” well it’s so annoying. Why is it hard to log in?
