I updated to the most recent version when it released last week. It crashes before it even gets to the splash screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and doing a hard reboot. Same result.
This is great for keeping your account in check at any time and place from your phone, but that’s IF it decides to work, it’s almost always crashing and not working and very annoying when you need to know your balance or something. It can go on for a week that it doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to get this app to work, deleting it and reloading it over and over for weeks now and it will reload but won’t open, says it needs to upgraded but when it takes me to the App Store to upgrade it, the button is not pushable, so not even that works.
the banking app does nothing but open to a blank white screen deleted and download it four times nothing changes does the same thing can’t even get it to stay open for more then a minute with the blank white screen
This app definitely has issues that need to be addressed. It used to work great but it slowly went downhill over the past few months. Constant error messages when attempting to login…and now the app will not even launch at all. It just shows a blank white screen. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded in an attempt to try to make it work again but to no avail.
Since COVID the bank nearest me closed down, so I drive an hour to the closest one there and back to deposit my checks. Over a month ago the app quit working, I have an iPhone 11 up to date and the app is up to date as well. I try to open it every time before I go to the bank hoping it will work so I can do a mobile deposit but, no.
I have a horrible time using the mobile app! Several times it would not even open to let me use my finger print or user name and password. I love the people that work at my branch; but the app leaves a lot to be desired.
App is great except that I have to delete the app every couple of days and re-download it because fingerprint ID quits working. This is the only app I have that does this and I have called multiple times and can’t get a fix. Very frustrating. RandyC14
Fingerprint sign in is not working again! Happens all the time. Went into settings on the app to turn it on multiple times and won’t save it. Now won’t take user name or password. Lots of bugs with sign in at the moment but otherwise a good app
The app continually says”The Mobile Banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version”. I would hope that when I open it from the App Store, it’s the latest version. I can only use it 50% of the time.
The newest version for the new iOS update is awful. I can hardly log in half the time. I get an error message. It also won’t save the sign in “Touch ID” when it’s turned on. Please fix.
Won’t stay logged in! Also, it always says my information is wrong when it logs me out and will not let me reset passwords or anything. Eventually let’s me log back in with the information it says is incorrect. Very frustrating!!
Usually a good Bank but they blocked my debit card so now I’m a moneyless they didn’t tell me they were going to block it no heads up so now I can’t do anything can’t get access to my money and it’s a 4 day weekend in the Army
My iPad is not compatible with this upgrade. I can’t get to my Accounts. Give me old software back!!!!!!! Each time I try to send my comments, I am blocked because I can not find an Acceptable nick name. What a crock.
I installed this app yesterday and it won’t even let me enroll it just keeps saying contact customer service this is the second time I’ve tried using this app.
I have re-installed this app several time, and got the same results, it doesn’t work. I think I will withdraw my funds and press my luck somewhere else.
This is a crappy app . Worked fine till they did an update now won't work at all .can you download the old app so I can get my banking off and stop my automatic payments .
The app doesn’t work correctly ever and their automatic payment system is appalling. Zero features that are worthwhile unless you have a checking acct with them. Mortgage payments and HELOC payments are a NIGHTMARE!!!
In a world where most banks have incredible apps, CB&S has probably the most antiquated UI that I’ve seen in a banking app…..oh, that’s only when it actually works.
Whoever designed new update KNEW IT WOULD ONLY APPLY TO LATEST VERSIONS OF APPLE IPHONE. We all cannot afford latest iPhone. THE BANK AND IT'S SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE IN GENERAL IS GETTING HORRIBLE. Sure not at all what it use to be and stand for.
Great app... has all the features you need to manage your account on the go. Mobile deposit was a great new addition. I love my bank and I love their app!
Mobile deposit is not available, no matter what I try.
No matter what I do, the mobile deposit function isn't even available for me. I have deleted the app, reinstalled 3 times, checked for updates (as of writing this, it can't be any newer), called the bank- they can't figure it out... they suggested installing directly from the cbs website, yet the mobile deposit feature doesn't even exist on the app I download. I have the iPhone 7 which is fully capable of this function. What gives????
App works great for viewing account balances. Recently the camera for mobile deposits keeps shaking when trying to capture check image. It would be nice if this would get fixed. I'm out of town and would like to deposit my check.
The app will not work on my iPad. It works on my iPhone but because of my limited vision, it is too small to be functional. Really need this app to be compatible with the iPad as well.
