This is an outstanding and very well designed App. The whole App is very well designed and intuitive. The bill pay template/layout is perfect and very easy to use and navigate. It is beautiful and easy to use on my iPad Pro as well as my iPhone. I can tell a lot of research and development has gone into this App and it has paid off. Thanks to Commercial Bank of Texas for providing the very best to its customers. Kudos to Digital Insight too. I’m home.

This app makes it so easy to deposit my paychecks. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday and don't work in the same town where I bank. Thankful for online banking. I know baby if I deposit my check online on my lunch break, by the time I leave work around 5:10 I know my check will be reflected in my account.

Update recommendation?

This is the best bank I’ve ever used. The app is okay, but would be interested in being able to have push notifications to my phone from the app about my balance or transactions I make at that moment instead of having to log in the app each time to check into it. That’s the only reason I put 4 stars. Overall this bank is great!

Great Banking App

Terrible New Update

When my boyfriend and I first signed up in December with CBTX their app was perfect and easy to understand. With this new update there are no dates! Everything is jumbled and I have no clue what is happening. Everything shows pending when the system decides to go through. This update was a major step back in programming.

Missing up amount of money I have

It sometimes crash of the app and I can’t tell how much money I have it gives me a different amonunt of money I don’t have in the bank then when I used it then the next day I have negative in my account

So helpful!

I can find an ATM, branch and directions from my location. Transferring funds is so quick and easy. I live outside Texas now. This application saves me so much time while I'm on the road and traveling. I don't know what I would do without it. Truly a time saver for me!

Great app!

This is a terrific app. I can quickly view all our savings and checking accounts, make electronic deposits of checks with a simple picture, and transfer money between accounts with ease. Luv it!

Quick, convenient, and easy to use.

My only complaints are the photo deposit. It has never worked for us. It would also be convenient to be able to stay logged in, though I can love with that inconvenience. Otherwise, we love it.

Locations,

I know where my local ones are, but it won't find any places for me. Why no way to stay logged in, like keep a 4 number pin to protect the account within the app? Make it time out over a week or something.

I have a small business and this is very convenient. Sometimes getting to the bank and waiting in line takes more time than I have. Very easy to use also.

Great App

This app is great. It does what you need it to do quickly! CBTx updates your deposits instantly. I make a deposit, check the app right after I pull out of the bank parking lot and it's there. I'm glad I made the switch to CBTx!

Very disappointing

The Deposit feature is not available on my iPad, even though it's supposed to be compatible with both iPhones AND iPads. I use the Deposit feature, thru my iPad app, on my Chase and Bank of America accounts, so was looking forward to the convenience on this account as well. But, Commercial Bank is always behind the curve on developing technology.

CBTx has a superior app compared to other banks in the area. Sometimes it takes longer for transactions to appear, but when the long semester is over it seems to be quicker.

Mobile check deposit

I like this app, but taking pictures of the checks for mobile deposits is a pain. I constantly get error messages and get the check sent back/rejected. Needs to be fixed.

Not always usable

This is a great concept and would be an incredible app- if it ever worked. Hardly ever opens when it's supposed to, and then often has internal errors. The mobile deposit feature has frequently failed as well.
