I would like to be able to see my deposits for a longer period of time -it seems like I can only see them for maybe a week or so and I would prefer to see them even two months later. So I would request that to be considered. Also sometimes I do not ‘see’ who made the deposit. That could be an improvement on my banking experience from my cell phone.
The only thing you need to add (at least that I can think of) is to be able to disable your spending limit. Yes, I know you can make a limit for yourself but there’s also a limit the bank sets. You should be able to remove any and ALL limits for a set amount of time. So if you are going to pay for an expensive car repair such as myself and the banks have closed, your not totally screwed
Balance shows over $1,700.....go to menards, card says declined. Go across the street to the bank to use their atm. Balance shows over $1,700. Need to do more shopping so I tried to withdraw $400, says that’s too much. Tried the same for $300, $200 and $100....same message. This bank has been nothing but a joke since they changed from United. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Rick West is the name of you’re wondering.
This app is constantly hard to utilize for myself and my children. Sick of not being able to see my account balances and being able to make deposits and transfers online!!! Makes me want to move my accounts to somewhere else!
Constantly have login errors due to constant maintenance or site issues and give you the same message as if your login info was incorrect. At least switch the error message when the site is inoperable.
It is upsetting that one of the only banks that don't have Apple Pay in town. Now for the app here well if you do not setup your login from the actual website when you setup the acct at the bank this app is useless and the 800 number to call isn't 24hrs so if u lock your acct on a weekend or work nights well!!! Then you call the telea number to check your info but some reason can't it's giving you a Error message. Now Within an emergency like your CCF card gets lost or stolen and want to check your acct to see if there's money missing well good luck with that.. Now if you had Apple Pay I would not be carrying the card in the 1st place to get stolen. Bottom line I never got this app working in 2 years
