Customer (partially happy today)!
I just placed an order using your app. All was well till the check out step. I’m a passport member and I was charged a shipping charge. I could not find a way to let your app know this information. Suggest adding a simple check to say Passport member Yes or no. I called and your helper was great and he informed me that passport is connected to the Email address. So again one small suggestion include in your list of questions part of your order Enter Email address! Just saying. Additional during my call I realized that in spite of doing business with you regularly and regularly receiving emails my email address on record was complete nonsense. Letters and numbers and absolute weird stuff! Got it taken care of thanks to Cliff. Hope this will help me during my Xmas ordering! Thank you. Maria Teresa Conti.

App isn’t the best & customer service doesn’t always follow through
Initially, I enjoyed the app, and packages would get to the proper people when they were sent. Then 2023, I had an order that never got to where it needed to go. I would call customer service and they would say to me that they would find another delivery person. It’s been on for days and then turned into weeks and then I finally canceled my order, but they never refunded me. Matter of fact, they charge me double. 😖 After multiple calls, trying to get that order out then trying to cancel and get my refund was ridiculous. Finally, had someone refund my order canceled and then I finally got my refund. So sayer that I decided I had enough. I decided to cancel my Celebrations subscription. Customer service said that they would cancel it. Well, the account was supposed to be canceled for the year and instead of canceling it they charge my credit card for the subscription. So I’m trying again to have it cancelled & credit my account. Wish me luck! This is not worth the headache…

Could be better
I enjoy the variety of products offered and it's never difficult to find a gift. However, you don't offer the ability to save a product as a favorite. There are tons of specific items that I would like to send to different recipients at different times of the year but it's next to impossible to remember so many different products. Sometimes I'll take a screenshot but I'm not always able to. If I could save a product as a favorite that would definitely make my shopping experience more enjoyable. I also noticed that when you use the search tool you don’t have the ability to sort the results in order of price from low to high or vice versa.

Not What I Expected
I ordered a large lavender rose and white floral arrangement for my mother. The order webpage depicts a beautiful large bouquet with at least 6 lavender roses and other flowers and greenery. It was to arrive on May 5. I received an email that confirmed delivery on this date but my mom never received her flowers. I called the 1-800 number twice and was on hold for more than 40 minutes then told they couldn’t disclose their florist. I wanted to know where they delivered the flowers. They reordered me the same bouquet. It arrived on May 6. Unfortunately it was not what I expected or paid for. The arrangement was pink and mauve with only 3 roses. It looks like a small arrangement instead of the large arrangement that I paid for. I’m disappointed in the color, size, and price. I definitely cannot see the value for what I received.

I really like your service and some of the conveniences you provide. I had a difficult time with payments. I made a mistake on the information for my credit card but there is no way to edit that information. I had to re enter the whole thing and because I had saved the first information it kept going back to the incorrect card information even though I saved the corrected one. So when I placed 3 orders I had to redo the card information each time.

People think we're the best gifters now
After coming through sales, going to the post office, and being unsure of what to get for people the past few years, this app is a real game changer. Being able to add names and addresses, get free shipping, and access to an assortment of products year round makes holidays, birthdays, or just because I feel like it gifts has given people the impression I'm a gifting champion. The cost of the membership has paid for itself with free shipping, showing me what's on sale, being able to send cards, and saving me from trips to the post office! I will for sure be renewing my membership at the end of the year!

Read your contract
I found the program easy to use. The people complaining of paying shipping probably did not read their contract. It clearly states exceptions: No over night shipping included, Any product that is perishable (read that as needing cold packs over night shipping) are Not included as free shipping. There are other exceptions but as the saying goes Buyer Beware. Always read the fine print before signing for anything. The only time I was asked for a credit/debit card was at check out. If the program continues to be glitch free and upfront in any contract changes I will continue to use the program.

Awful app
This app is awful the functionality of it is not what it needs to be. It doesn’t give you all the options that the websites attached to it have available. Even when you search for the exact name on the website it fails to give you that result. Passport profile is hard to figure out. Click on see rewards history but it takes you to the Harry & David website to you account but doesn’t have you history anywhere. Manage account takes you to screen that only gives you the option to cancel membership or turn off auto-renew. There is an option for adding your birthday but when you click earn points it just says “Thanks! We’re looking forward to helping you celebrate. :)” This app could be so much better and user friendly.

Best way to buy Flowers & Gift Baskets
I’ve been a 1800Flowers and H&D customer for years and in full honesty the website and the other app isn’t great. I always found them a bit clunky and they just feel old. But this is different! It’s the most streamlined way to order from the brands hands-down. I had some items in my cart on the website and when I opened the app my cart was already there! Was so easy to buy multiple items. It also has quite a bit of articles presented in a helpful way. Still need to explore the different sections more but I’m already a fan! Looking forward to seeing this app grow!

Customer Service
The absolute worst customer service ever. I spent 20 minutes on the phone going in circles with the representative. Finally, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told there was no supervisor to speak to. Then I asked to speak to another customer service representative to clarify what I was being told was correct and once again was told, there was no other representative to speak to. When I asked, how could be possible that there was only one representative working the representative hung up on me. Did not assist me in anyway whatsoever. I love the service and order all the time using passport celebrations but they really need to work on the custom and of the product. When there is a product issue customer service just simply says sorry they don’t do anything rectify the situation. Major disappointment and very unfortunate.

Soooo Confusing
This app is really lacking- it has several stores all in one-I was trying to add an item and all of a sudden the billing forms appeared. I kept going to my cart and it only showed the first item from 1800flowers so it appeared the second item wasn’t added. After multiple attempts and about an hour, I realized the app makes you check out for EACH item SEPARATELY. Additionally one of the stores charged me fo billing even though I’m a celebrations passport member and was logged in to the app! I tried searching for my membership and after multiple attempts, just gave up and paid the shipping fee. I done even know if the Personalization store is under the celebration passport program but if it is not, then WHY put it in the Celebrations App-unless it’s just a sneaky way to get more money from customers.

Unhappy
I placed an order to be delivered on 9th of month. Received a voicemail stating item ordered out of stock and couldn’t be delivered until 19th, way after birthdate of recipient’s birthday. I called both Celebration Passport (which directs you to Harry and David) and number given for Harry and David customer service. I receive a generated message stating wait time for an agent is 5 hours. Seriously???? Then get I can push #1 for a call back. 7 hours later I call # again. Same exact wait time which will now be after hours. I then notice I have 2 voicemails on phone. Msg from H&D Both voicemails EXACTLY the same telling me to call them. Then tried “live chat” on line. Told I need to speak with agent. Left chat after waiting two hours for a response.

Great value and selection
Celebrations Passport is the way to go! Free shipping and wonderful products have made this my “go to” for all shipped gifts! Between cookies, chocolates, fruit, flowers, gift baskets and food- there are always appropriate choices for my loved ones! Download the app, sign in, slide from one company to another to shop- or choose an event category(birthday,etc). The app often has additional promotional codes for many items-look at the task bar. Use it all the time
Have bought cakes, muffins, popcorn, hot chocolate, flowers, ice cream. Ok I have lots of precious people who live too far to buy a lunch or cook a meal for. Fun surprises can make your day. Did I mention ice cream? So I pay the passport fee, which is worth it for me. Today I bought orchids for a retirement, Shari’s berries for the skinny kids, a plant for my weight conscious son and a box of fruit, all for Valentine’s Day. Love the products, ease of use and easy payment options. Just this frequent users opinion. Thanks.

Product description problem
On the app for the iPhone, the written product description is not clear. Selecting the written description displays a box with clearly printed words but the price of the product overlays other information. In the written display specific information about what is included in the box of fruit, cheeses, or cookies is not always listed. The photos of the products are beautiful but cannot be enlarged to read the labels to see what flavors of cheese, Wolferman’s English Muffins or Moose Munch are included. Hope the product descriptions can be improved.

Convenient way to shop
It’s so nice to be able to sit back and consider a variety of options for gift giving. Especially when they don’t live nearby! The app is easy to navigate. I did deduct one star for not being able to move through the card selection. I couldn’t figure out how to get through the selection process to birthday cards.

Celebrations Passport is Awesome
I bought the celebrations passport - free shipping for a year. Which makes gifting so much more affordable. My only gripe is the billing address. They can svae every address I’ve ever shipped to. They can save 2 different credit cards. But they can’t save my billing address. So every time I place an order I have to recenter my billing address. Which is a joke since it is the Only Thing that doesn’t change between orders.

Works a little
When I type in an address and you don’t have it on your list doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist - especially when you accept it when typed into a saved address. The trouble is, if an address is typed in that isn’t on your list, unless you put it into a saved address, you can’t enter it. You are stuck. And this “post office approved” address has been around sine the 1940s. I almost quit ordering. Very frustrating. And the typing delay on the website is horrific and it often clears what you type. Come on people. This type of software isn’t rocket science.

Easy to use, extra points and discount!
It was so easy to find exactly what I wanted to give my dad and easier than ordering on the website. Once I signed in, they had all of my information ready. I get 30 extra points for using the app and there’s a first time 15% discount if you put in APP15. It literally took me less than five minutes and one more Christmas present off the list.

This app needs work
There is delays for some reason and it takes a while for commands or entries to register. Search function needs to be smarter. Complimentary gift note is too limiting. You can surely afford to give us some more lines on the message. And the from box is terrible - if that ever can be! I couldn’t even get my name & last name on there! Do you think the rest of the world has 4-5 letter names? You also need to allow for enlargement of the photos. I shouldn’t have take screen shots to get a close up.

No next day delivery available
Have the passport program thinking 1800 flowers could deliver flowers when needed. Next day shipping is still an additional $4.99 when I called and they said to pay $4.99 at checkout for next day. So I said ok I’ll pay more at checkout. Wouldn’t go thru. Then I had to call back because no flowers could be delivered to hospital for my mom next day. They told me to order from a local flower shop if I needed a next day delivery to the hospital my mom is in. Well why have the passport and waste time with 1800Flowers if they can’t deliver when you need them to, even if you are willing to pay more?

Just What I Needed!
This app is a godsend! Now I finally have a way to view all of the 1800Flowers family of brands from the comfort of my phone. Everything is all displayed and organized correctly and I am easily able to see customization options as well as my estimated delivery date before checkout. Can’t wait to start shopping on here. Needs improvement
Great concept. However, it needs improvement. The appl doesn’t have everything, it’s constantly accessing the web and you need to sign in again and again. There should be a list of what store you would like to shop. And also a sort feature. It’s easier to navigate on the web then on the appl. Also, they advertise you get points. But can't see the points ! This appl has a lot of potential but needs a lot of improvement to work properly. Now the appl keep asking to sign in. I do. And it asks again and again and again. Obviously it’s NOT working.

Delivery never happened
This was my first time using this company and I made several orders one to my mom in Az which was delivered on time and was exactly what I ordered. I made a second order to my sister in Tx both were Mother’s Day gift her was supposed to be delivered on Mother’s Day and it never happened. When I called today to find out what happened no one can tell me anything except that their researching it and will get back to me. Well it’s 6 pm no one has gotten back to me and my sister still has not received her flowers not good business if you ask me very very upset. Two days late at this point.

Asked to leave a review
I love Celebrations Passport a lot, been an annual subscriber for almost 3 years + I order at least 4 times a year. However, I got my first iPhone in February 2018, and in the 5.5 years since I’ve ALWAYS had the “allow app developers to ask for reviews” setting turned off in my iPhone settings. From literally day 1, I turned it off and never turned it back on. I confirmed that it was off before writing this review. I still received a popup asking for a review. When this happens, I always pop in and leave a 1 star review. I’ll remove the review in its entirety once the developer has responded to it stating that they have turned the popup off for people who have the setting disabled. Until then, let this review stand as a reminder to not break Apple’s policies, they exist for a reason and I really hate that companies think they can brute force past them without any repercussions.

Passport members beware
Every single time for several years, I try to place an order online with my Passport membership. Not one time has it gone through smoothly. I always have to make a phone call, sit on the line for a minimum of 15 minutes, and they will eventually get my order placed with free shipping. However, this time they could not find my account with either email, my name or my phone number. I placed the order online, was charged shipping and will have to battle to get that shipping cost removed

Coffee has no flavoring
I got my order September 12 for 4 coffees from Harry and David’s so I could have my favorite coffee Christmas Blend. I got 3 bags of Christmas blend in time for my birthday next week. I opened the coffee and there’s no butterscotch and caramel scent, like usual. Usually it smells so good that it makes my house smell good. I opened up all 3 bags, so maybe there was an issue with one bag, but all 3 of my Christmas Blend plus peppermint coffees are all regular coffee. They’re all labeled flavored and I paid for flavored, but got plain regular coffee. What happened to Harry and David’s coffee? I pay extra and buy only their coffee. It’s so upsetting.

Save on shipping
The saving on shipping is fantastic. I’ve saved a lot of money having a celebrations passport. The most frustrating part is trying to figure out what your membership ID is. I tried to input what I think it is, and I’m constantly told it’s wrong. But, other than that, saving on shipping is worth the money.

Your app is difficult to follow. I go to the app and try and find a specific business and it just doesn’t allow you to go there. For example, I try to go to 1-800 flowers from the app and it doesn’t give you that option. I’m trying to order get well from that business but it will not to go there. The passport fee that I pay for the year is not just for Harry and David but it does not allow to to go to any business except Harry and David from the app so there’s really no reason for me to have this app.

Why gift codes never apply
I get gift codes to use that are supposedly across the sites but can never use them as always get note back that they don’t apply. A bit irritating. If you are going to put these codes in when you order to use on your next order, then they should be good on any order especially when there is no exact item that applies.

Info is slow to load. Keep having to hit view more options at the bottom. Should automatically load additional options when I scroll to the bottom and haven’t selected any of the options above. Checkout is clunky. I’m a Passport member who purchases regularly and I find it confusing. The checkout might drive newer customers away.

My recent purchase
When ordering it would be extremely helpful if there were a section for special delivery instructions. In my case the business does not open until 1:00pm, as it is a tutoring service. However, there was no place for me to indicate that to save on delivery time before the opening of the business for the day.

Brilliant concept garbage execution
One would think that an app with access to all these various stores would also be a good way to communicate with all the various stores. No! If these is an issue with the order you have to be directed to each of the various store customer services to resolve a problem. Great if you buy one thing horrendous if you buy from multiple stores in the same order. Not recommended at all and not worth the price of the “subscription”.

I had a selected purchase sitting in my cart for months (well at least 2!) and totally forgot I hadn’t finished my purchase and had item sent. My recipient could have already recovered (or occasion passed as in my case). How can placing an order for one item be so difficult? How hard is it to remember?

Free shipping with passport doesn’t show.
Still can’t tell if I got free shipping. Already paid for the passport savings last order. Other than that, I like that the website pulls from many different brands. Shipping on first order was delivered on time but FedEx left it in direct sunlight on a really hot day with the “avoid extreme temperatures” right on the exposed side.

App needs work Hard to use and keeps freezing up
Hard to navigate through app. Keep freezing up even when phone was connected to Wi-Fi. Unable to shop at one of the many companies under this umbrella of companies. Having to pick gift from just the suggestion listed. I only wanted to look at Wolfermans bakery but couldn’t get to just that sight. This app brings together all my favorite aspects of the best loyalty gifting program around. I love getting my wife flowers from 1-800-Flowers and sending friends edible gifts from Harry & David, Shari’s Berries, Cheryl’s Cookies, and The Popcorn Factory. Horrible!…don’t use this app!
I’m unable to track or locate any orders for this!..I attached my purchase via my apple account/wallet where two orders have been refunded or declined but not able verify what or whom the order was for?!…and currently on the line with customer service whom seems to have no ideal either?!…in theory this concept is great…but would recommend using the website vs the app. Would give NO stars if it was possible. Should have heeded the warnings of the previous reviews.

Charged me shipping when I’m a Celebrations Passport member!
I was charged shipping when the days to receive were chosen as no shipping charge but when completing order $7.99 for shipping was being charged. I had to call told to complete the order. I’m supposed to get a credit. I will update the review if that happens. These are gifts and look nice but every time I order through the Celebrations I get charged shipping when I’m not supposed to.
