I cannot access all of my accounts although there is no problem on my PC. Even the tab accessing the mobile set up has an error message and does not work. It is obvious that the mobile app is not syncing with the information on the website. This a needs serious adjustments.
Love the app!! Super easy to use. Able to move my money to whichever account I need it in easy as can be. Never had a single issue with its functionality!! Have to say the staff in the office are awesome as well and take care of all my banking needs efficiently.
I love the app as well as the Credit Union itself. Credit Unions offer great services, lower interest rates and other perks that Banks do not. I was able to join because of my Employer. I will take full advantage of everything that is of interest to me to build my savings and fulfill my banking needs. However, I inquired about a debit card when I opened the account and have not received one. A Debit card for me, is a necessity in order to access and transact my banking business. My work hours do not allow me to get to an actual branch location during the hours of operation of the Credit Union. I am hopeful to receive the Debit card that I requested when I joined.
Tenure probably has a lot to do with it, as I’ve been a member for almost 20 years, but the people go above and beyond for their members. The app does as much as I would comfortably want it to. Very well structured software.
The app is easy to use. However, I always have issues with using face ID. sometimes it's there and sometimes not. Also, sometimes I can not access the app, whether on WIFI or cellular data. But besides these two issues the app is easy to use.
I like the service. The app is convenient and easy. Customer service is friendly . Only thing that got me was the $4.00 money order. That is very expensive and very high for a member. There are places where money orders are free and well under a $1.00. For that only 4 stars
Would like to have all the phone numbers of the different branches on the app. This will make talking to a live agent easier, when it is needed. I like that I am able to view all my accounts and loans in one app. This organizes and centralizes my info.
Often when I try to deposit a check, it makes me log in again, then when I do, the same thing happens. Doesn’t happen all of the time, but I’m finding it might just be easier to mail it in.
In general, this app is much improved since the early versions. My only concerns: 1) navigation can be challenging. 2) I need the Bill-Payer groups from the desktop version. It is too hard otherwise to find the right payer.
Old version allowed mobile check deposit, this is no longer an option following April 2019 update. Would be very convenient if this issue was resolved to avoid customers having to drive to branch to deposit a check.
