I recently opened a new account with CFG. Most of the reviews for the app were negative. However, I was hoping that the app has been improved upon since they were posted. I now have to agree that the app is very basic and doesn’t provide the necessary functionality that I expected. I can’t even see what linked accounts that I have set up unless I try to make an external transfer. The real disappointment is the the website is even worse! Makes me question whether the high yield offered is worth the inconvenience.
I’ve never took tone time out of my day ever to write a review but this bank is that bad!! I cannot access my money for nothing, it’s like they are holding it hostage!!! I guess they make their money off 50 dollar closing fees because I’m sure that’s what everyone who gave this bank a chance did. And I’ve been trying for a few months now. Absolutely terrifying and horrible.
Whoever makes this app has a critical design flaw. About every two weeks I open the app and try to use keychain to input my password but keychain and my other password manager app for some reason won’t work with the app. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall.
VERY basic app. They need to put the interest rate somewhere on the app, & keep it updated. No way to send messages directly to customer service. Many improvements needed
