CFSB - Mobile Banking

Good overall, but have some issues with mobile deposit, if the check is not written perfectly clearly it often takes many, many tries before it accepts it. Otherwise it is great

This update is huge! I love the sleek, simplified design. Far less clutter and easier to find everything I need. Favorite features so far: Apple Watch compatibility and linked external accounts. I can view all my accounts from my watch and keep track of my credit cards and student loans without every leaving the CFSB app!

The app was good before as in it did what it was supposed to do, but now after this new update it comes with a budget tool, auto-catergorizes transactions, and some cool other features. It’s way better and I love how it looks!!

The new app is much more intuitive and has all the up to date features you would expect and more!

Love this bank and excited for all the updates going on!!! CFSB is by far the best local bank around! Excited about the new look of this app!

New and improved! This app has everything I need

App crashes constantly and locks me out all the time. Says my password is wrong and when I try to rest it, it says I can’t use my old password (that I was trying to put in as my password all along because I knew it was right)

Loan payment process needs improvement. Process is difficult to navigate. Having to draft a payment and then tracking down the place to review the draft and approve and the acknowledgement by text is to many steps.

The new app is incredible! Love the new features.

Just downloaded the new app and it looks really good and user friendly BUT .... I hit the home button to do something else and forgot about it. Later I double tapped the home button and saw that it was still running and tapped the app and sure enough it popped back up active WITHOUT another password or authorization. I use a lot of online apps for business and all of them will lock you out if you switch screens or hit the home button for security reasons. Not requiring reauthorization is a big no-no for security especially for a banking app. If you happened to set your phone down for a moment and someone else picks it up (and you don't have a lock screen) Please fix this security flaw. It's a great app once this is remedied.

I try to deposit every two weeks and every two weeks it tells me the amount I entered didn’t match the amount on the check. Absolutely useless

This app crashes a lot. Also It needs a serious re design. You’d think they would have enough money to afford it since all their banks looks like palaces.

This new updated app is a game changer!! Between the card swap feature where I can add my card and accounts like Disney+ and Netflix and Amazon, etc and be able to change everything over to a new card if need be with just a quick click. The new loan payment options and financial budgeting tools. There are just so many more options now and it makes banking so easy! The look of the app is also so much more user friendly. I super love it! Love CFSB! 🖤💫

Advertised to be able to deposit checks through the app. Nowhere in the app is there anywhere to do this function. Very annoying especially since there are so few physical locations.

The app is decent. Could use a more functional GUI but for a community bank it's adequate. Currently some bugs exist that do not allow some users to view their information however.

April 22 2020: The app has been great for keeping up with balances and expenses but it needs to be updated ASAP. The app will not load as we speak. It says Application Error The System is not available, please try again. Please update the app as soon as possible please. May 27 2020: Since I last posted, the app will only work when I am home on WiFi but will not work when on data. It won’t work anywhere but home WiFi. Please update the app!!!!!
